“Overall, it was a great experience. The highlight was the scallop appetizer, glazed carrots side dish and the lemon style sorbet dessert. I would not recommend the s'mores dessert as it was gelatinous. The waiter described it as an explosion of flavor, but I did not find that to be the case. The drinks were delicious, especially the seasonal one with blackberry and cinnamon and lemon.  I had the Wagyu skirt steak and was not as blown away as I expected to be. It is a Michelin recommended restaurant so I was hoping for a bit more, yet still enjoyed the experience immensely. “

“We came for dinner on Sunday night and got seats at the sushi bar. Chef took our order and promptly rolled the sushi in front of us. He said he is from Northern Japan, and a pro at rolling and chopping the good stuff. We'll be back! 🍣“

“Had a wonderful dinner with my family, including 19 month old daughter. The restaurant was super accomodating with the baby and the food was incredible. We had the rotisserie chicken, I always say if the chicken at a restaurant is good then they know what they're doing. The filet was great too, all the sides and even the seared salmon from the kids menu was cooked to perfection. Salmon skin perfectly cooked with a solid crisp and was not overcooked, really easy to overcook salmon. Wine list was fantastic. Pretty extensive between old and new world. We had the Goldeneye Pinot Noir; a favorite...thanks for a great dinner.“

“GREAT food! Some of the best ramen I've had.
Vegetarian and vegan options - if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions definitely let them know when you're ordering so they can accommodate. One of the included ramen toppings is narutomaki (fish cake) even if you get the vegetarian/vegan broth; so if you tell them what you can/can't have when you order they can relay it to the kitchen :) . The service is great and everyone is friendly and happy to help! It's a busy, cute, place but the bar seating is comfortable and they are quick to get you taken care of.

“Wow. Fantastic. Having been to Thailand two times, traveling from Batong to Bangkok to Chiang Mai, the food at Thai Bros is as authentic as anything thing we have found stateside.
We traveled from Los Angeles to try this.
We had Green Curry, Thai Beef Salad, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Summer Rolls and Tom Yum. All excellent. The food was made fresh. Nothing had been pre-made. Spicy, crunchy, tangy and a little sweet. Classic Thai spice but not overwhelming.
It's hard to find fresh prepared Asian - this place is it.

“This wonderful little restaurant is the gem of South Laguna. if you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by and try it out! The food is delicious and they offer a wide variety of dishes. I've been going there with my wife for over 20 years and never once had a bad meal. Papa's is also one of the best take outs in Laguna Beach“

“Food at Splashes is always excellent. The server was knowledgeable and was happy to take the time to talk to us. I had texted the restaurant ahead of time to say that it was my husband's birthday and was told that a treat would be brought at the end of the meal. This didn't materialize, but, oh well, the meal was great!.“

“The staff at Harvest went above and beyond especially our server Wiassiam and Adam (not sure what position). Our family went for my wife and I anniversary, we were greeted at our table with a hand written happy anniversary card and complementary desert. The food was great especially the pork chop and crispy octopus. Before leaving Adam came over the table to chat with the family and gave our son a Harvest stuffed animal (Deer with Harvest scarf). Overall great experience. We will be returning for sure.“

“I love Maro's! As a local, this is my go-to spot for fresh, healthy dishes like the green beans and shishito peppers. The empanadas, especially the mushroom ones, are delicious. While I enjoy most of the entrées on the menu, my favorite is the bone-in filet—super yummy! The owners and staff are always on duty and aim to please, making you feel like family. The ambiance is great too, whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors. For a more intimate setting, sitting indoors is perfect, but if you want to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, the outdoor patio is the way to go.“

“I made dinner reservations for the 2 of us for 4:30 to surprise my husband with a rooftop sunset dinner date and when we arrived on time to check-in , we were told there's at least a 45 minute wait despite several tables being open & we were told that those tables were being held for others with reservations . We were then seated inside a room with no ambiance no view and a large party setting was being prepared. This was a total disappointment, we travelled by Uber for an hour to get there, a venue we have been talking about checking out the surprise was ruined and the hostess at Mozambique really didn't seem to care. This place looks cool & they have some great upcoming events we like to give places a second chance so we will go back.“

We were in a hurry for reasons out of our control, and they were great about getting our food out in time to enjoy on their front patio with a nice bottle of Italian red wine. They have umbrellas and heat lamps, but we didn't need them; the weather was perfect. I'm vegan so I ordered the Capellini al Pomodoro, but substituted it with the spicy sauce from the Rigatoni Arrabbiata. It was SO good. My husband had the Wild Mushroom Agnolotti, and that was also delicious. The other dish ordered was the Pesto Gnocchi, also so good! Every other place on Forest had at least an hour wait, but after all, it was a Saturday evening during the Festival of Arts. Thankfully someone recommended Salerno. We're definitely going back. Price spent reflects the wine. Next time, I'll try to make a reservation just in case!“

“Very long wait times. Terrible customer service and overall, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The waiter messed up our order and argued with my wife about how he did not mess up the order and continued to argue with my wife, which further upset me and my parents. I asked the waiter to leave and requested to speak with the manager. I had explained everything to the manager and told the manager that because the food came out wrong and the waiter argued with my wife, that it was time to go because the waiter ruined our meal and our experience. After paying for 3 meals that we did not eat, the restaurant manager was extremely rude, told us to leave, and to never come back. We left very angry and upset. This restaurant ruined our entire afternoon. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the terrible customer service. If you make a mistake, own it, and make it right. Not the case here, they just want your money and send you on your way as fast as possible. If you’re looking for a nice dining experience there are far better options than this place.“
