“They have only a few vegan / gf items but all were really good. Salad, broccolini(yum!!) and the build your own gluten free pasta is great!!
So bummed the regular pasta noodles are not vegan! Can’t please everyone but pasta so rarely has eggs, it’s a real sad day when it does. The place is so pretty and in such a cute area of Larkspur, I hope to convince my husband to try the GF pasta because I’d definitely go back.“

“The restaurant is lovely, it feels like a small small trataria Italy. The service was perfect, very conscious of the customer's needs. The burrata salad was delicious as was the pizza. The pizzas are cooked, as one would expect in a wood fired stove and are absolutely the best in every way. I want to go back and go through the menu and eat every thing.“

“I got the carnitas and pineapple pizza, which was hot, fast, and very flavorful! So thankful I missed the SMART train and had to find dinner in Larkspur.

The staff were easy to chat with and helpful - they made me feel welcome, even though it was pretty close to closing time, which I quite appreciated.

Got an ice cream afterwards and also loved it! Their mix-in machine is pretty cool.

“We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here with seven in our family and North Beach Restaurant went above and beyond!! We lucked out as Thursday is Frank Sinatra night with a reincarnated singer of identical voice sound. Seriously, this guy was truly amazing, if you love Frank, which our 21 year old does, you'll be amazed. The staff was superb, the food also amazing and the night was beyond what we hoped for! It really was straight out of a movie with every aspect of perfection for such an occasion. The property is elegant and inviting, we had a table right at the window, the bar is high standard style, every person treated us as if they knew us personally. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We are from Santa Monica, CA, or we'd be at North Beach Restaurant frequently. As it is, our son is a student at UC Berkeley so we will be here every time we come up to visit from now on. We ordered multiple drinks from the bar, but their wine list looked very adequate and desserts were all spectacular. Thank you all at North Beach Restaurant for everything you did, it went down as an incredible and greatly memorable evening, and our lucky night with Frank's amazing voice as the evening's background music. WOW!! Our son said the evening was above and beyond with his family!!“

“Pizza with a little salty dough but it's not a problem because the rest is very tasty, neither high nor low, good mozzarella for the price, oregano not of high quality, the locals like it a lot, while an Italian might vaguely remember the frozen one but a little ' Better. I have to say that it remains good considering the place where it is located.

“Non-American pizza and pasta with very reasonable pricing;

Since we just waked over from the farmers market at the ferry building we ordered margarita and calamari as a light lunch for 3. The pizza dough was perfectly light and puffy with a thin crispy crust + hint of firewood and paired perfectly with the freshness of the tomato basil and mozzarella. The calamari was slightly tough in texture but the dish in general was still excellent. Really loved the vegetables since they carried so much flavor and umami from the olive oil and calamari!

We were seated outdoors and the server very kindly rearranged the tables so we’d be in the shade (tysmm!) the people indoors were watching football and it was so cheerful to see them cheering (and singing) after Real Madrid scored a goal;

“This place was excellent! A little hole in the wall right off of the 101. Me and my husband were driving home late from SF and wanted to grab a bite to eat on the way home. This place is open until 130 in the morning, so makes a great late night option. The crust is made of sourdough and is the perfect amount of crispy and chewy. The sauce was tangy and rich and the toppings tasted fresh. Overall 10/10. The atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about but the food and the guy making the pizzas were excellent and made the hole in the wall vibe. Will go again the next time I'm driving out of the city late at night.“

“My Father owned Brother's Pizza, a legendary New York Slice in the Bay Area. Therefore I am a pizza snob. He is no longer alive, but would salute Stefano's for a delicious pizza, and winning the Marin pizza war. I always come here when I am in central Marin. There is no better deal in the entire county than 2 fat crispy slices and a drink for $6.50. Pizza Princess approved. They have a chill table out front to enjoy your meal quickly.
