“I got the carnitas and pineapple pizza, which was hot, fast, and very flavorful! So thankful I missed the SMART train and had to find dinner in Larkspur.

The staff were easy to chat with and helpful - they made me feel welcome, even though it was pretty close to closing time, which I quite appreciated.

Got an ice cream afterwards and also loved it! Their mix-in machine is pretty cool.

We arrived at Capo’s around 7:20 pm on a Saturday and were told we would have to wait 40 minutes for a table.
As hungry travelers, we said thank you and as we were about to leave, the hostess finds a nook and sat us down outside. I appreciate the fact that she did us that favor.
There were no patio heaters, so if sitting outside or walking in during busy hours, expect to dine outside in the cold with no heat (during winter).

(The Staff)
It was a very busy night, but the staff did a spectacular job in checking in on us.

(The Food)
The appetizers come in a reasonably sized portion, we ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella and was given a complimentary dish of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
My partner ordered the meat lasagne and I ordered the rigatoni alla vodka with smoked pancetta. The food was really good, it’s unlike anything I have ever had.
Take in mind that the dishes do serve up to 2 people, on busy nights it make take a bit to get your food, and regular pizzas take up to 20 minutes to bake, deep dish pizzas take up to 45 minutes to bake (but they look like they are worth the time!)

(Conclusion)
I would have loved to sit inside, the vibe is really nice. If you are looking for authentic Italian food with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, book a reservation at Capo’s.“

“The place is tiny and easy to overlook since lacks any personality or atmosphere. However, we’re glad we stopped for dinner tonight. Ordered a slice of cheese and a large pepperoni and sausage. The slice was hot and ready within minutes, and my 10 year old loved it so much that we had to order a second slice! Waited a bit for the large pizza, but it was worth the wait.“

“Pizza with a little salty dough but it's not a problem because the rest is very tasty, neither high nor low, good mozzarella for the price, oregano not of high quality, the locals like it a lot, while an Italian might vaguely remember the frozen one but a little ' Better. We were seated immediately. The dining room has a few smaller tables for 2 and 4 and one bigger high table.

We got 3 pizzas to share. They are 6-8 slices depending on the cut. Crust is good and thin and chewy but the toppings lacked some oomph. Not enough sauce, egg plant was a little off.... The star was the broccoli rabe.“

He is no longer alive, but would salute Stefano's for a delicious pizza, and winning the Marin pizza war. I always come here when I am in central Marin. This place is open until 130 in the morning, so makes a great late night option. The crust is made of sourdough and is the perfect amount of crispy and chewy. The sauce was tangy and rich and the toppings tasted fresh. Overall 10/10. The atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about but the food and the guy making the pizzas were excellent and made the hole in the wall vibe. “The pizza here was very good. It was nicely sized and had great flavor. A full pizza costs about $18.50 and a slice costs about $6.50. The service was very good and the workers were very nice. It took a little while to get our food but it was worth it. The outside seating had a beautiful view of the bay. We even got our water in a bottle! If you are around the area, I would recommend trying this place.“
