“We are from out of state traveling from the San Jose Airport to Ukiah, CA. We are in CA traffic with no rest stops. I googled bathroom and my app sent me to this restaurant. The hostess graciously let me use their ladies room. I am grateful!!! The restroom (and bathroom) were immaculate, the setting on the water beautiful and the aroma tantalizing. “A friend recently introduced me to Laundromat Bagel & Cafe on Balboa Street in the Outer Sunset, and I'm so glad they did.

The cafe immediately stood out thanks to the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bagels drifting onto the street. Inside, the space felt airy and inviting, with a thoughtful blend of wood and metal accents that created a warm, modern atmosphere. What impressed me just as much was the staff. As for the bagels, they are hands down superior to most bagels I've had in San Francisco. Even without toasting, the exterior had a satisfying crunch while the inside remained light and fluffy. The flavor was wonderfully balanced—neither sweet nor grainy, but pleasantly nutty. Most remarkable of all, the bagels weren't overly chewy, allowing their texture and flavor to shine.

They have a good variety of pinsas, although I didn’t find them as balanced as some others I’ve had. They’re pretty heavy on the cheese, and the sauce is a little too sweet for my taste.

The service was friendly, but could use a few tweaks. The staff were almost too attentive. I don’t really need my water refilled every time I take a sip, and at times it made the meal feel a little rushed; not ideal. Also, pay attention to where the water bottle is placed. Our waiter repeatedly put it right on the edge of the table next to our hands even though there was plenty of room elsewhere.

“I don't care where in San Fran you're staying or how you get here, but every vegan NEEDS to come and experience Cybelle's FULL plant-based menu. I had to come a second time to explore more of the menu. As a 12 year vegan, this is by far the biggest vegan menu in a undedicated restaurant I've seen. The garlic knots taste just like Domino's but without the fast food feeling or aftertaste. The mozzarella sticks are DEAD ON with Sonic's (just no cheese stretch). The texture and taste of the chicken wings are FANTASTIC. Loaded fries was jam packed with flavor. This is a must stop in San Fran!“

“First time. Waiter was very friendly and tentative. Drinks and food came out in a timely manner and it was yummy! All of it was really good but my favorite was the beet salad, the spaghetti pasta, As for the pizza, I think we tried 4-5 different ones. My favorite was the pepperoni and the mushroom. We arrived at Capo’s around 7:20 pm on a Saturday and were told we would have to wait 40 minutes for a table.
As hungry travelers, we said thank you and as we were about to leave, the hostess finds a nook and sat us down outside. I appreciate the fact that she did us that favor.
There were no patio heaters, so if sitting outside or walking in during busy hours, expect to dine outside in the cold with no heat (during winter).

(The Staff)
It was a very busy night, but the staff did a spectacular job in checking in on us.

(The Food)
The appetizers come in a reasonably sized portion, we ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella and was given a complimentary dish of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
My partner ordered the meat lasagne and I ordered the rigatoni alla vodka with smoked pancetta. The food was really good, it’s unlike anything I have ever had.
Take in mind that the dishes do serve up to 2 people, on busy nights it make take a bit to get your food, and regular pizzas take up to 20 minutes to bake, deep dish pizzas take up to 45 minutes to bake (but they look like they are worth the time!)

I would have loved to sit inside, the vibe is really nice. If you are looking for authentic Italian food with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, book a reservation at Capo’s.“

“Nice quaint little place. Eye catching sign outside drew in the WolfPack Adventures crew after a long rainy day of city shenanigans. Friendly staff, charming decor. The staff definitely not used to the characteristics of the adventure crew. Marsala tender, but lacked traditional pop. Flavor was nowhere to be found. The Italian dressing, on the salad, did make up for flavor punch. Left us all experiencing major foodgasm. Thank you all for the experience and being open to accommodate wayward adventurers.“

“Stopped by recently on a hot summer day for some gelato. Talk about a perfect repast to beat the summer heat. I had hazelnut and mango, and the portions are very generous. I didn't ask, but I think they make the cones in-house. Anyway, strange combination, I know. The mango was immediately delicious but I think I messed up combining the two because when it came time for the hazelnut, I was too full to truly enjoy the depth of flavor. Next time, I'll get it to take home. I love the location, it's in one of my favorite areas of San Rafael with shopping, good food and entertainment in abundance. Haven't had the pizza yet, but I'm a New Yorker and we're picky about our slices!“

“Perfect Italian authentic restaurant when enjoying North Beach neighborhood for my friends birthday! I got us tickets to dear San Francisco, which is a wonderful show at Club Fugazi just 3 blocks away from this great restaurant! Paolo took wonderful care of us. His wine, suggestions and appetizer and entrée tips were the best! The pasta is homemade and very delicious and special. We tried the gnocchi with pesto, as well as a delicious braised meat, red sauce over fresh linguine. We also enjoyed the grilled (not fried) octopus. The tiramisu for dessert was perfect! I’ve been here before, and I will go back again and again for the service and authentic delicious Italian cuisine.“
