“We were out and about, looking for a place to have dinner on a Wednesday evening. We didn’t expect that most restaurants were only taking reservations. On our way back to the hotel, we came by Cenote. It didn’t look like much from the outside. It only had a few small tables with hard stool-style seats, fast food style. However…. The food was incredible! The four of us had all a different dish, and all four dishes looked beautiful. The flavors were fresh and very tasty. No disappointment! If you are looking for a mid-range priced dinner with awesome flavor in that neighborhood, this is your place! We all paid less than $20 for a fabulous dinner. Highly recommended if you like fresh and flavorful Mexican food.“

Best smash burgers. Absolutely perfect natural cut fries. Fantastic home style Bolognese pasta. Great hearty soups. There's basically an item for every craving - except tacos and burritos. My life would be complete if they added Mexican to the menu!!

“With 3 hours to kill, we set off for the food court recommended by a pilot we asked and looked at our options. We decided to "be healthy" after a 10-day cruise and were rewarded with amazing food! The Good Catch Vegan Manhattan Seafood Chowder and Tortilla soup were both amazing and the Cabo salad was hearty enough for us to share and not feel deprived in any way. Of course, we then justified a couple of chocolate chip cookies for dessert-LOL. I now hope we have a reason to get back there again.“

Honey ginger, without over powering each other or the salmon. Roasted pine nuts? Very very tasty and roasted to perfection. The holendaise was tart again exactly the way it should be. “You can always count on MIXT for a good lunch salad. I love the selection of fresh toppings. Before the pandemic, the line used to crazy. I do miss those days when a big group of my colleagues and I ate here. Nowadays, I just order on the website and then pick it up. It will be ready on the shelf against the back wall by the time I walk over. It is very convenient. The only drawback is they don't toss the salad when you order online. But I do understand that salads will get mushy if the dressing is on it for too long. On the nice day, sitting outside under their yellow umbrellas is relaxing.“
