“Eric the manager today, Oct. 14, 2024, demonstrated exceptional customer service and friendliness. There was an issue with a female employee which I believe he privately and graciously addressed to my satisfaction. She assumed I was a homeless person in need of a bathroom. I use a walker. She refused to allow me to enter nor did she direct me to a place where I could enter. I never asked for a bathroom. She said I could go to Starbucks next door where there is a bathroom. She did not listen to me at all and was rude and inconsiderate.
Eric was also thorough with my orders and I appreciated it because I made several changes to suit my friends and my tastebuds. He went out of his way to make me feel valued as a customer. And lastly he escorted me to my car and made sure I knew how to enter the restaurant through the parking lot next time. Eric made my experience at Mendocino Farms very very pleasant. Very clean, quiet, pleasant, and the service was up scale and staff was very friendly, helpful (came out to help us to select/pick/choose our food items).
A little pricy, though, but the food was good and tasty, that's important to us.“

“This is a cool deli with a number of options to choose from. Both hot and cold sandwiches, they offer hot dogs as well. Friendly staff and a clean dining g area with a wall mounted television. We chose to sit inside which has ample space although there is seating available outside.

“Delicious vegan sandwiches“

“Some seriously delicious but fairly small sandwiches. They have many locations all around Los Angeles this being the most Westward of the bunch. It’s located in a small strip mall with a lot of parking. However, the parking lot spaces are very tight so if everyone is not parking well it may be hard to find some spaces. If the parking lot is full it’s easy to find free parking in the neighborhood behind the shopping center. It’s more of a to go type of place although they do have tables inside to eat. The attendant behind the counter was very polite and all of our items were made quickly for a last-minute Saturday night dinner.

As mentioned the sandwiches here are quite small so don’t think of it like a submarine sandwich location or somewhere with giant belly busting sandwiches. It’s closer to the size of Porto’s sandwiches. We decided to try a few of their sandwiches. We ordered The Bentley, The Medianoche, and the Carving Club. The best of the bunch was the Bentley because the meat was truly tender and seasoned well and the sauce with it made it extra creamy and just a wonderful bite. The Medianoche was also pretty good, although not the most authentic Cuban sandwich. I wish it would’ve had a stronger mustard flavor, but still I really enjoyed it. The Carving Club was probably my least favorite of the three just because of its small size. The flavors were good, but it didn’t have the traditional club flavors in my opinion. We also ordered the tomato soup and fries as our sides and I was a big fan of the tomato soup, however, the goat cheese in it was extremely small, but the fries were not my favorite because they were a little too crisp and hard. I tend to like mine soft and salty.

Overall a solid sandwich place that has some great to go options. I would recommend anyone in the area searching for a great sandwich.

“Visited several times now. The star here is their Banh Mi Sandwiches, Vietnamese Coffee, and pastries. Don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation. The cashiers are tuned into their selection and what other customers have to say.

Depending on what’s ordered the wait time isn’t bad for a small sandwich shop. I dined in each time I visited and found it to be a nice place to sit with earbuds in while I escaped the heat and enjoyed my sandwich and coffee.“

During lunch hours, they should have more cashiers, or more help in general. I felt the 15 minute line to place my order was a bit long for lunch hour, I went at 1:00 p.m., and then we waited another 15 minutes for our sandwiches to come out. It's probably better to place your order online, go in and pick it up, then sit down and eat it. It's probably more efficient. However, I like having the offline experience. I kind of like having the human interaction. But the staff was friendly. It was just slow.“

I was so sad when the Westwood location closed but this one is run soooo much better than the old one. The whole crew isn’t high as a kite so all my orders have been correct & ready in a timely fashion even though the restaurant was very busy with takeout orders. 🤗 I’ve eaten there 3 times in 4 days so to say I love it is an understatement! “I walked into the subway and saw a customer saying that the sandwich she received did not meet her standards. This customer gave me the ick and started to threaten me and my adopted children, furthermore, she threatened to adopt me. Being cornered by the lady, I felt as if it were the end. But suddenly, the employees came in and saved my life. In return, I gave them my children for saving my life, you know, an eye for eye. Feeling gratitude for my trade, the employees bowed down to me and began the subway ritual. Tomatoes all around me, olives all over my hair, and salami on my shoulder, I felt a sense of bewilderment. One of the employees started speaking this ancient language, I believe it was something like come estas ahora. No, I knew what they were saying, but nonetheless, I ventured through the ritual. As the ritual concluded, I felt a sense of holiness and change, I was no longer the same man I once was, I was Jared Fogle. I quickly examined myself in the mirror and began to weep as the revelation came through. I now had to live life as Hared Fogle, from now on I was that one weirdo no one would ever love. I'm 82 now, and still am Jared Fogle, and will probably remain this way for the rest of my life. As I enter the premises of any establishment, people stare upon the man who had once caused a great immense of terror, they don't see me, they see a monster. So ya that's my overall review of Subway, would suggest going on Thursday from the hours of 3pm and 8pm“
