They have a monthly menu so I find myself making it over there a lot when they have certain flavors. Earl grey milk tea (now a monthly flavor) may be my favorite but the tea-frescas are really good, too“

“The lychee milk tea is tasty but the jasmine green milk tea lack tea taste and very very mild almost taste like just milk. I wish it’s stronger and more robust tea taste. They make their yoghurt fresh in store. They even have a coconut yoghurt for the vegan among you. The many toppings are super fun too. Try one you would never think to add and you’ll probably really enjoy it. The purple rice or oats add a nice chew to your drink. I like the mango pomelo sago with extra sago. “There were two extremely patient and kind girls working the counter today and they made this place worth talking about. We are from Orlando, FL and we have been itching to find a good Boba spot for the last 4 days. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I already won the lottery. Their churro donut is phenomenal and light, but what really impressed me was when we went off menu and I asked for a taro coconut item. One of the girls said that she likes those two best when they are mixed together in a smoothie and...she did not disappoint. The taro coconut smoothie is better than anything I have tried in Orlando. In addition, I decided to try something new and asked for the pink coconut milk tea (essentially it was strawberry and coconut). Once again, I LOVED the drink. I hope I do come back to San Diego soon and bring family along with me because I loved the atmosphere, employees/customer service, and menu items.

“The place has a pretty good space, a lot of seating compared to other cafes. Parking was pretty easy as well since it’s in a plaza.

Staff overall was nice and helpful but minus 1 star because we got total of 5 drinks and there was only 2 of us. And it threw me off when they weren’t gonna give us a bag or drink carrier and when we asked, the guy was so confused and lost. He gave us a little cup holder that holds 2 drinks💀 Not two of those, just 1. Don’t even wanna bother asking for another one at that point.“

“I always try to stop by R&B tea if I am near one. There aren’t many in San Diego so it’s always a treat if I can get my favorite drink: brown sugar boba milk.

Brown sugar boba milk - my favorite! The fresh milk is so tasty and mixed with a salted cheese foam with brown sugar. (Do not adjust the sweetness down or it won’t be as flavorful.)
Some other R&B locations offer this is a XL size for $2 more, but not this location.

You can customize your drink - no ice, less sugar,etc at no extra charge. It’s dangerous for my waistline but worth it. It’s a small shop and there’s not really an area to sit down to hang out. It’s more like an order and go kind place.“

The spot has a chill vibe and it's set up for you to hang out with a few small games and old magazines. It took a while to get my drink. The drink was really good and had strong coconut flavor which I like. The place is located in an weird spot with weird parking that I can see getting tight if there were more cars. The staff is friendly enough and had good knowledge of their drinks.
