They have changed ownership and go by Vietnamese restaurant express now.
Bartender gave out free ice chia lattes when i was there which was really nice.
It was also slow so don’t count on the same perks when you visit.
Definitely would try again“

“I loved the vegan broth options! Glad we could find a place that has more vegan friendly broth and toppings! Our server Jeraldine was awesome and she took care of our complicated order due to our food allergies! We will be back again!“

“Pho is flavorful. A legitimate pho place and a place to return to when in the area.
Portion to menu pricing is reasonable. Here, an order of small Special Pho is $12.00 compared to Monterey Park or Alhambra area at $15.
Service and atmosphere is atypical of a small business pho restaurant. Not a lot of frills. Just a reasonably clean place for dining. Overall a good meal and service.“

“Went in for happy hour. Service was great and prices were well under what you would pay at other ramen establishments. The super spicy ramen was good could use a little more heat. I am not a sadistic hot spice eater so believe me when I say that it was good but notquite sneezing and sinus releiving.
Over all great experience for an up and coming area I will be headed back next week!“

“The food was delicious! My friend recommended it and we decided to eat there for lunch. Our refreshments were served in a cute mason jar. We shared chicken egg rolls for an appetizer. My friend ordered tom yum soup with shrimp and I got Thai Boat Noodle. I am definitely going to eat there again and bring my family.“

“It's cramped inside but they outdoor seating which was perfect for the weather. First time visiting. We would go again if we're in the area again. Service was pleasant. Very friendly.
I do suggest trusting your guy when it comes to spicy. The whole family went to dinner. Totally forgot to take a picture. We we hungry 😁
I got the spicy ramen (I don't remember the name.)with pork belly and it was a level 3 spice. I love spicy food but it was almost too much to enjoy the flavor of the soup. I'll get it again but we all tried it and we felt a 2 would be perfect.
Hubby got the Gyu something. It was steak, rice and curry. I'm not a fan of curry but it was pretty good. Meat was super tender.
Son got the same dish I got but not spicy. His was really good. This why we think a spicy level 2 would be good. His could use more spice and my could use less.
Daughter in law got a poke bowl, I think salmon. Great size. Very good portions for each ingredient.
We would order all the same things but make a few alterations but worth hunting for parking and small space for eating.“

“They really need to update their hours, the food is awesome, but I came here on Friday at 2:25pm and the gal at the front desk said they close in 5 minutes. Their hours on google is incorrect. Very disappointing! I drove 20 minutes to get here 😕“

The broth is clean, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavors do NOT stop with mmmmmm?. Your meal experience, will result in you leaving with a happy and full belly. I've even seen some family that brought children, with excitement for the food here and kids can be picky. The service is quick, communication is clear, and the restaurant team is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The staff, all work really hard together, to keep their customers consistently happy. They go above and beyond here, to make sure your experience is a full and comfortably wholesome one. The atmosphere is unforgettably clean like their pho broth?, there is more than enough space to keep to yourself or enjoy your company in your own bubble together with your meals. They also have outside seating, for those who prefer fresh air to themselves. I would NOT sleep on this place, if I were you. Plenty of parking, and walking distance to public transportation for those who are not personally mobile. I highly recommend this place, to anyone looking for tasty and clean pho options.“

“I came down long beach decide to eat at koh Ruessei. Waitress no greeting took our order then brought out our food we say Thank you not even a word. Every item she bring out i say thank you she just walk away. But man when she sitting around her word nonstop to other customers. Don't get me wrong food is very delicious but need to have better customer service.“
