“Mayra was our server and bar tender. It was the Monday following the Grand Prix so things were a bit slow as far as clientele. But that meant we got extra five-star service from Mayra.

We ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps and crispy green bean appetizers. We ordered a bottle of sparkling rose. And for dessert we had the banana spring rolls and an espresso martini.

The espresso Martini was not authentic but we asked ahead of ordering it and she made sure that she told us exactly what the ingredients were since they don't have an espresso machine.

Everything else was top-notch, but the service with a smile from Mayra made it such an enjoyable lunch for me and my friend, whom I hadn't seen in over a year.“

“I was trying to find an old restaurant I used to visit for great Jjajangmyeon, and although this wasn’t the exact place I remembered, I was very satisfied.
They served a small egg soup as a welcome dish — warm, light, and comforting on an empty stomach.
During lunch time, I tried the stir-fried vegetables, which were fresh and perfectly seasoned without being too salty.
I also liked that they offered small-size bowls of Jjajangmyeon — just right for a light meal.

I also appreciate the variety of Chinese food available here, its not just orange chicken, but they have shrimp, pork, and fish dishes. Even the boba is really good and nice and chewy. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! “Tasty Goody in Norwalk is hands down the best Chinese food place this side of the Mississippi. I go there whenever I want some ? orange chicken, and it never disappoints. The portions are huge, and the prices are great for how much food you get. The orange chicken has the perfect amount of crunch and sauce, and the noodles are always fresh. I’ve tried a lot of places, but nothing really compares to Tasty Goody. Plus, the people there are super nice and quick with your order. Definitely my go-to spot for Chinese food.“

Fave dishes include the shrimp fried rice, garlic green beans ( yeah i don't even love green beans but they add salty garlicky crack here!) and the eggplant with garlic sauce with mushrooms and a dash of pork . Soup dumplings are winner. Potstickers yum.
The San Pedro locale has lamb dumplings that they need to add here!

“I came here with my family for dinner for the first time on New Year's Eve, and it was a great experience.
The dumplings were tasty and fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is that the chicken we ordered wasn't made with white meat, which is disappointing. But other than that, everything was fine.

“I had a great experience at Kung Pao Bowl, and it’s one of those places that does the basics right without trying to be something it’s not.
The teriyaki chicken was the standout for me. The chicken was cooked properly, not dry, not rubbery, and the teriyaki sauce had a solid balance of sweet and savory without being overpowering. It actually tasted like it was made to complement the chicken, not drown it. What really stood out was his genuine care in making our wedding affordable - he offered suggestions to minimize our budget wherever possible, rather than pushing us to spend more on additional services!

The venue itself was beautifully decorated - simple yet elegant, which perfectly suited the atmosphere we wanted to create. The food was amazing, served in large portions, and absolutely delicious! The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly.

“First timer. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a nice Chinese food spot. Decided to try and they did not disappoint. The female worker was so accommodating. It was 30 min before closing and they cooked up our food fresh. The orange chicken was on point. Besides the food we also tried the Matcha Green Tea and Thai tea Boba so delish. Will be returning soon. Definitely recommend.“

The owners greeted us as we came in with the biggest smile and we're so kind.

The food wasn't made until we ordered it and let me tell you ... it was amazing! The shrimp was do flavorful and amazing!
