They have abominations like habanero with berries and strawberries with pepper and balsamic, for the bold.

The rest of less weird combinations are just delicious, vanilla bean with sea salt and caramel, lavender, chocolate brownie.

“Walked over for a treat after lunch at a nearby cafe. And was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I got the chocolate with Nutella. So good. Lines were much shorter than other ice cream spots in the area and it was a nice walk to get there.“

Pricing was more reasonable than other vendors in the Sonoma / Napa area. Only wish that I had a chance to try all 7 flavors on the night of (or asked for a to-go container). “The first Somi I ever went to! Cool to see that they've now expanded to many more locations across the country and every one I've tried is consistent in quality.

I recommend their upside-down with nutella/red bean fill + any soft serve flavor of your choice. Their individual taiyaki is also delicious and served fresh.

There's often a line during peak hours, but it moves quickly! The storefront itself is super small but there's plenty of seating outside. Never had issues parking in the Main St structure; however, street parking can be hard around mealtimes.“

Stopped by for some gelato and was really impressed by the variety of flavors, especially the lactose-free (vegan) options. Got to try three samples, and all of them were smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced. It can be hard to find good dairy-free gelato, but they nailed the texture—creamy and satisfying without feeling icy or thin.

Service was friendly and efficient, and there was no long wait, making it an easy stop for a quick treat. The setting is nice, though more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and linger.

“I saw a worker from another place come back from break holding a churro. I had to ask where, this shop was two doors down. First I ordered the churro and then I saw the fun ice cream varieties. Settled on a refreshing soursop, it had seeds! My friend got a dried fruit and he said that grew on him. There are many other flavors to try next time. Service was nice, there are a couple of tables to sit and eat other snacks that they make as well. PS the churros were OK, crispy and sweet but the middle was not as crispy as fresh out of a fry vat in Mexico.“

“Among all of us we had the Rose, Kulfi, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and also the puppy icecream. All the flavors were really nice and you could see real vanilla bean powder, nuts in the different flavors. Pepper did not stop licking till her icecream was done and then was looking for more. “The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always find a way to accommodate a request even if it is last minute. For example they took care of me on Saturday when I needed a cake for my son's birthday party on Sunday without any complaints even though I was the one asking late. At the Santa Cruze Ave location in Menlo Park I was told that all I could so was choose from what was in the display fridge. Props to Carlos at the EPA location who even gave me his personal cell to make sure everything was seamless! And the cake was super yummy as well!!!“

“She is now located in front of Tere’s Boutique near the Chavez Supermarket by Middlefield Road.I love her raspados so much! I used to get them after church growing up. Her recipes are delicious and traditional. My favorite one is the raspado de Guanábana (soursop). It’s perfectly sweet and the pieces of fruit are delicious. I have also tried and liked her limon, rompope, vainilla, coco, nuez, mango con chile and chicle flavors.I recommend also trying their tostilocos with everything plus extra hot sauce. They are super delicious and a very generous size. Her fruit cups are also really good. The fruit is always perfectly ripe and fresh.Definitely recommend when you’re in Redwood City. “This is how you package for delivery. Unlike coldstone and other places,pinkberry actually makes sure it doesn't melt on the way to you by putting ice in the bag. I wish they find a way to make their yogurt without the guar gum,carageenan,and other additives tho.“

“I ordered through DoorDash and both things I ordered were really good and filling. The elote I feel isnt worth the cost of the size. I can pay less and get it from a street vendor. It satisfied my craving and tasted great though but wont order it again from here.

The Churrito bubble waffle was very good and being so hot outside it cooled be down. I dont think it's worth the cost either though. They give you half a churro and one scoop of ice cream. I can buy a bubble waffle somewhere else and a small pint of ice cream for same price.

So be aware that the food is good but you are better off going to downtown San Jose to La michoacana ice cream parlor. This place is just convenient that’s about it.“
