“I made a mobile order and kind of dreaded having to wait in the drive through line, but I did it anyway. That was the fastest, friendly and most efficient group of people in that McDonald’s. The fries hit perfectly. The Big Mac wasn’t a disaster and the McFlurry was available and perfect. Weird new cup that I’m not a fan of but that’s not in their control maybe.

“This place is OK as long as you don't use the app to place a mobile order inside the restaurant. If you need to place a mobile order, go to another location, unless you want to wait forever to get your order. They will not call your order number when it's ready but they will hide it until you talk with them and ask them about the order.“
“Okay so basically the food I had ordered it and I was trying to catch the bus so I paid and ran out by accident. This one was on me. I came back like 15 minutes later and they had my food ready for me so I was glad that they didn't forget about me. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with some regular chicken nuggets with some fries. Why in the world did I get spicy nuggets with a burger? I did not order that but I was hungry so I ate it but I was just like so mad that they got my order wrong like damn. How'd you mess that up so bad like what but I still ate it. It was fire though. And the lady at the cashier. She was so nice. There was even some girls that were being rude and yelling and disrespectful and she kept her calm and her cool and I'm so glad I'm so proud of her cuz you know I would have popped them people very much. So yeah, service five stars atmosphere. Three stars because of the people and I don't feel safe there low-key but that's probably just me being paranoid or whatever. And the food food four stars cuz they low-key mess on my order but it was still good and I ain't even too mad about it cuz it's Low-key the same price and it is what it is. So thank you bye.“

“I don't usually rate a McDonald's but this is a McDonald's like no other. Absolutely clean. Fast service. Lovely atmosphere with relaxing piano music and flowers on the tables. The staff were also really attentive, walking around the restaurant looking for guests who weren't paying attention to when their food was ready.“
“Tonite I waited, and waited patiently. Finally a woman comes and help actual people although they seem to take only kiosk and mobile orders. So she helps the mobile person, then the other person, then asked me, the one who was there for awhile and before the other 2 people about my order, which was sitting there waiting over 6 mins ago!

“I came to buy chocolate chip cookies and the representative on the drive thru was very helpful and recommended the right quantity and the cookies were amazing. the service was top notch YES at McDonald's, this particular one.

“This is a time square McDonald’s, it seems busy and it is busy. There’s only kiosks to order at there’s a ton of them a few malfunctioning and a lot of people with no common sense. You’ll have to navigate that jungle with patience.
Once you’re done ordering you walk over to the pick up station where you’ll wait and stand with the crowd, and stare at your order until it’s called. Once it’s called you walk up show your receipt and you leave or go upstairs to dine in.“

“I just got a caramel iced coffee very good ? they didn't have a person working taking my order they had machines one of the girls came out front to help me she placed my order in the computer and then I was paying cash the machine didn't accept cash ? then she pressed a few buttons and she took my cash if it wasn't for her being so helpful and nice I would have given McDonald's a 1 Star rating but because of the very nice helpful lady I forgot her name I decided to give her a 5 Star rating McDonalds should realize that there's always a need for a person working not a machine“
“The hands-down best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life, and I've been eating at McDonald's for decades. It is truly a community hub, with an informal chess club that meets daily, super friendly and accommodating staff that remember your name, neighborhood regulars...it just epitomizes the very best of what a neighborhood fast food joint can be. It's exceptionally clean, moreso than most McDonald's are (although to be fair they all tend to be fairly clean); the decor is a lot more stylish than the current "airport lounge" theme that they've all been converted to, with a kind of cool, retro vibe and these acrylic tables with lights in them that change color when you touch them that are surprisingly amusing to play with. The management team is outstanding--they remember names and orders, and are super-friendly about handling special requests or other tasks. They have to do regular battle with a difficult constituency--homeless people that sometimes harass paying customers--and always handle it with grace and emotional fortitude. Alas, the only downside is...the food quality could stand to be improved. Everything I had was always fresh and fit to be eaten, but the fries are not crispy unless you ask for it--they don't fry them long enough and/or don't set them under the lamp, and instead serve them soft and limp unless you ask for them to be crisped up. They are happy to do this, but McDonald's fries (once the gold standard of fast food fries) shouldn't be served undercooked and limp by default. So I can't give them five stars on that, but still consider this restaurant as the brightest star in the McDonald's universe. Thanks you guys, I really appreciate your hard work.“

“This McDonald's surprised me to be very friendly with a warm atmosphere and caring staff. The dining area was clean and reportedly the team does take pride in their work. I liked the comfortable seat and spaciness which made dining a pleasure. Great service quick and out the door satisfied with my meal. Will definitely look forward to coming back soon!“

Atmosphere is chaotic in the afternoon to evening, lots of SC students and vagrants roaming in addition to he regular folk coming in to eat, making in it high traffic and crowded but the service and food are always good. Minus 1 star because I didn't get what I ordered, or maybe it wasn't on their menu. I ordered 2 oatmeal cookies + 2 chocolate Chip, I received 2 oatmeal cups (hot and tasty btw) but not what I was craving. Staff was very courteous at both drive thru windows (payment & pick up) and gentleman hosing the driveway ?. I didn't notice the cups of oats until I arrived home so that was a bummer and I didn't think it was worth driving back out for them. Maybe someday I'll know if they in fact still bake oatmeal cookies ? but not today ?“

“It's a typical McDonald's experience lol. Good when you need a quick meal after work or when you just don't have energy to cook. Prices are getting up there though. Hate going alone from the beggars always stopping by car windows to beg or stopping you at door. Does get annoying when you pay a higher price for burgers and end up getting home missing one or two 😅“
“Awesome crew here during Xmas day. Only picking up order but I witnessed Hella teamwork, positivity and customer service skills while I was there. SUPER busy due to holiday and the staff stood calm & professional while dealing with crazy situations happening left & right. Bravo!“

“A very good experience in this McDonald’s located not far from the Westfield Century City shopping center. Once again, as French, we were pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the products almost faithful to the photos, the cardboard boxes still used in the US, the unlimited drinks dispenser with a very wide choice,… The premises are rather simple but well maintained, the interior room, quite spacious, is clean, as are the toilets. The order is placed at the automatic terminals and is prepared rather quickly by fairly friendly staff. Particular attention is paid to the presentation of the trays. The products are all very good, faithful to the usual tastes, but are also particularly well presented. The menus are copious and the prices remain reasonable. In short, nothing to complain about!“

“If at night, please only order through food couriers/apps or Drive-Thru pickup. The dining room as well as counter pickup closes sometime between ~6-7:30PM.
My mobile order for counter pick-up at night turned into a super delayed curbside pickup. The influx of delivery/Drive-Thru pickup orders overwhelms the staff to a point where people like me end up getting third-rate service in comparison to those with cars or the money to order delivery.
This location needs to work on providing clear and accessible communication about store hours, dining room hours, parking lot hours, delivery hours, etc. on the windows, on social media, and anywhere else applicable. Leaving ambiguity on the table is neither fair nor acceptable given the current dangers of walking at night. It hits people who take public transportation, work at night, and earn fewer wages where it hurts. And at these prices I'm better off going to another place nearby be it a pharmacy, grocery store, or rival chain.
Place could be understaffed, but afaik quality control in terms of food quality seem alright.“

“It’s a McDonald’s. There’s a “random security check” that comes over the intercom roughly every half hour, where the employees respond “We’re good”. Probably the only place in the immediate area where you can get a latte or mocha at 3 in the morning, which is nice cause it’s close to the 10, so whenever I’m doing a road trip, I can always start off by going here.“

“Perhaps the best run McDonalds in LA. A clean atmosphere with generally friendly staff. There’s no outside patio for eating however the interior is spacious and well assembled to make it feel quasi-private. Food is typically fresh with minimal mistakes. Also, there’s always a classic 60s & 70s music playing which is so charming.“
