“Kinda surprised I’m writing a review for McDonald’s, but I absolutely had to in this case. The staff here are some of the nicest, helpful, and friendly staff I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I believe this location is franchised owned because it’s so different than other McDonald’s. The workers work extremely hard and always keep a smile on their face. They all deserve a raise in my honest opinion. The food here is never cold or poorly made like every other McDonald’s I’ve been to… please give these people a smile and thank you as they work extra hard at this location! Thanks team!“

“Its a McDonald's so you know what you are getting. Its off a major street so it can get busy during rush hour. There are two lanes for drive thru orders. The parking on the right side is tight, especially when there is a line for drive thru. The parking lot to the left has plenty of space and isn't obstructing the drive thru line“

“As an independent film producer living in Culver City, I work from home on certain days. What that means is I find myself at this McDonald’s more often than I care to admit—mainly because it’s just a few blocks from my girlfriend’s place. Ironically, it’s also not far from an apartment I used to share with a different ex. Every now and then, sitting in the parking lot waiting for a mobile order, I find myself wondering how she’s doing. I don’t want to go back to that relationship, but I do wish she could see how much I’ve grown since then. Maybe that wish alone says something about my own narcissistic tendencies.

Philosophical musings aside, this location is efficient, clean, and the drive-thru is clutch. The McDonald’s app, in particular, is a true retail innovation. It’s streamlined, rewarding, and shockingly effective at boosting my visit frequency. It’s wild to me that the cinema industry hasn’t taken notes. Post-pandemic, theaters are still trying to compete with streaming services for leisure time, yet they’ve barely scratched the surface of mobile engagement.

If exhibition’s real margins are in concessions, then maybe it’s time for cinema chains to explore deeper integration with major food corporations. Imagine AMC partnering with someone like PepsiCo or even—dare I say—McDonald’s. If I can order a Big Mac and a movie ticket in the same app? That’s a night out. That’s culture.

“Recently visited this location & interacted with two associates, both Chris and Humberto. Their customer service was such a welcoming experience. Chris took our order with such grace and he was very precise. We told him his voice even sounds like AI and he laughed, such a beautiful person. Humberto provided our order and was very pleasant as well! We really appreciated the great service from both gentlemen.“

“Tonite I waited, and waited patiently. Finally a woman comes and help actual people although they seem to take only kiosk and mobile orders. So she helps the mobile person, then the other person, then asked me, the one who was there for awhile and before the other 2 people about my order, which was sitting there waiting over 6 mins ago!

“I don't usually rate a McDonald's but this is a McDonald's like no other. Absolutely clean. Fast service. Lovely atmosphere with relaxing piano music and flowers on the tables. The staff were also really attentive, walking around the restaurant looking for guests who weren't paying attention to when their food was ready.“

“As a father of two kids. We love coming to this McDonald's. Always clean and updated. We like that they decorated for the holidays and play Christmas music too. “A nice McDonalds in a pretty high traffic area. I was stuck there and needed to use the restroom very badly. McDonald's was the only place in the area with an available restroom. It does require a code but the gentleman behind the counter gave me the code without an issue. The restroom was super clean! Plenty of toilet paper and toilet seat covers. No mirrors above the sinks but I know many of the stores have removed them, or don't install them in the first place, to discourage people from spending hours in the bathroom applying make up or fixing their hair haha. I also placed an order for food. The quality of food is what it's always been but the prices are astronomical. $34 for 2 meals, one of which was a hamburger happy meal. Yikes! If asked, I would recommend this location to anyone with a craving for fast food when they're in the area.“

“This is a time square McDonald’s, it seems busy and it is busy. There’s only kiosks to order at there’s a ton of them a few malfunctioning and a lot of people with no common sense. You’ll have to navigate that jungle with patience.

Once you’re done ordering you walk over to the pick up station where you’ll wait and stand with the crowd, and stare at your order until it’s called. Once it’s called you walk up show your receipt and you leave or go upstairs to dine in.“

“I have a video but I don't know if I can send it. I ordered a sausage bagel breakfast, one hash brown and a slushie. It took me long to figure out something was missing because I left the moment I got my order thinking that my order was all there. When I opened the bag, not only was I missing my hash brown that I clearly paid for, there was this weird yellow sauce on my bagel that was everywhere. It's unknown to me so I would rather not eat it because I don't know what it is. Terrible. Honestly I just want my entire refund“

“I’m a rideshare driver and needed to stop by to use the restroom, and I was genuinely impressed. Compared to other McDonald’s locations, this one was very clean the dining area was well kept and the restrooms were spotless. It was also my first time seeing a two-story McDonald’s, which was pretty cool. (Sorry I do not give 5⭐️)“

“Same food as all McDonald's but this location has great employees never employees get ng rude or yelling at customers no harassment of the homeless when they come here to eat and sometimes you'll see them at a table charging there phones getting out of the heat using the restroom and the employees let them as.long as there's no problems and because the employees are so respectful this location doesn't seem to have any.problems.with the homeless there seems to be a mutual respect“

“First time to this location, very busy intersection, only went into the drive thru, small parking lot, busy store but line moved very fast. Friendly service and hot food. Very happy with my purchase and would return to this location for convenience and service.

“Come here to eat every so often and it never lets me down. I live their bourbon steak with mashed potatoes. Tried the wonton chicken tacos (appetizer) for the first time and they were delicious! I could probably go there just for those. Our server was super attentive, friendly and quick. This place is always clean and the atmosphere is lively.“

“Placed an order December 4 around 9:45 AM

I used the machine, but they were out of of the roll of receipts so I had to guess what my number would be or hope to hear my name lol
I mentioned it when I got my order and the employee apologized

Anyway, our food was yummy, made to perfection, we got some extra treats that we didn’t ask for like an extra cookie to complement the meal… literally the pick me up my partner & I needed..

Coming in for breakfast instead of hitting the drive-through is definitely worth it .“

“The young lady with green vest this morning was very kind and attentive. It seems like the store is clean and well maintained. It was by far the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Due to recent wage hike, most of the fast food chains are running businesses understaffed, but this location seems to be managing well.“

Don’t usually like this location because all the workers are rude but they have 1 good employee named Jonathon who I’ve seen working there for years & the cleaning lady. He’s the best drive through & In store worker, he’s the only one who I can understand clearly & gets my orders right! Give that man a raise! “This is one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in--and I grew up in a wealthy neighborhood. Having said that, this place is almost always packed so service can be a little slow and some of the characters that come into the restaurant are...a little peculiar.“

“Sandwiches and other items are always freshly made. The drive thru moves quickly and orders are brought out timely. The parking lot crowd is rough and sometimes the characters that hang aren't the most desirable. They will approach your car asking for handouts or money. The staff sometimes invites them to the drive thru window for water while guests are waiting there with their window down, which is interpreted as a safety concern.“

“We received the perfect McDonald’s French fries at this location. Perfectly crispy and perfectly seasoned. It was as if Mother Marry came to this location for a meal and I happened to get some of her well deserved French fries.
Service is mediocre and the atmosphere is not terribly welcoming, but the fries make it one hundred percent worth it.“

“This MacDonalds is one that plays good music.It was for me as always when I visit a place to sit down and enjoy some of the favorites on the menu.It is to me a place to escape for awhile and just relax.You will get treated nice and the food is good.“

“This McDonald's surprised me to be very friendly with a warm atmosphere and caring staff. The dining area was clean and reportedly the team does take pride in their work. “I love McDonald's sausage mcmuffin, but I can't stand the crunch of egg shells . It's not all the time, but often enough that it really annoys. There has to be a better way so that we don't crunch on egg shells all the time.“

“Very clean driveway and parking lot, versus so many other businesses in this area allow their driveways and parking lots to look disgusting. I’m sure it takes extra work than in less crowded areas, but that comes with the territory. Obviously, this franchisee or manager sees that as part of the cost of doing business. I applaud that!

I find that a reliable way to always get one’s fries actually hot the first time at any McDonald’s without having to return and ask for “actually hot—not lukewarm fries, please” is to use curbside pickup.

Unfortunately, out of 4-6 curbside spots, all were occupied except 1 space (so at least there was a space for me), but in the time it took me to get my really long vehicle into the space, park, get comfortable in my seat, order using the app, wait a few minutes for my food to be brought to me, and arrange my food and myself to get driving again, I believe only one of those cars moved. I was sitting there for at least fifteen minutes, if not more, because I took a long time to decide what I wanted.

That makes me think that at least four of those vehicles were parked in those spots but weren’t using the curbside pickup.

Of course, that’s sure to be against the business’s policy, but it made me wonder how much they really feel they can do about it. Because if they do call a tow truck and the person leaves, would the business have to pay a call fee to the towing service? Plus, even though the McDonald’s would be fully justified in having those cars towed, do they really want to potentially create an enemy out of any of those people? Because you know there are many people who will never admit their own fault in the situation and only blame the business, even though I’m sure there are signs posted all over the place about the parking regulations.

So I’m not upset with the business—actually, I feel bad for them because I imagine that’s a difficult call to make.

Anyway, back to the good: they have double drive through lanes, their staff is very friendly, fast, and competent.

I like this McDonald’s location because it’s easy to get in and out of, the turning radius in the drive through isn’t too tight like some businesses have, they have curbside pickup, and they have an inside (although I’ve never been inside).

And it’s on my way home, so if I’m really hungry, I stop here before I drive the remaining hour of my commute.“

“I had the 10 pcs Chicken Nugget’s Combo for dinner. The food was fresh and my fries was fresh and crunchy. My food was served by Oscar. He was friendly and helpful. He asked if I needed some condiments with my food and I told him yes please I would like some ketchup and black peppers and ranch dressing for my nuggets. The place was nice and clean and was surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of parking.“

“This is the one McDonald's that does not have any homeless people. This McDonald's is clean as a whistle. From what I saw is that if you had a problem with your order they will fix it for you immediately when other McDonald's just simply don't care. “Food: very tasty, yet not very healthy. My father threw up from the food once but it's very convenient and easy to eat. Service: Table Service - Very nice, get the food in 12 - 15 Minutes. But do not try the new fries. It is a scam, you pay 20 cents extra but only half of the fries are the new ones. Atmosphere: good but sometimes crammed“

“Pretty good as per usual. The service was speedy, considering that it was an afternoon time. The atmosphere was not crowded at all. There was plenty of space and the staff was very kind. “This place is a god sent. While driving thru LA to get home, my kids needed a restroom break. They were cranky and tired from the trip. The general area was pretty sketchy, so McDs it is. Restroom is locked, and the staff needs to unlock it for you. Inconvenient, yes. Practical for sure. Restroom wasn't the cleanest, but it was clean enough. Kids got their soft serve, nuggies, and fries, and was smiling at the end. And that's all you need McDs to be.“

“Food is always on point. Atmosphere is chaotic in the afternoon to evening, lots of SC students and vagrants roaming in addition to he regular folk coming in to eat, making in it high traffic and crowded but the service and food are always good. Minus 1 star because I didn't get what I ordered, or maybe it wasn't on their menu. I ordered 2 oatmeal cookies + 2 chocolate Chip, I received 2 oatmeal cups (hot and tasty btw) but not what I was craving. Staff was very courteous at both drive thru windows (payment & pick up) and gentleman hosing the driveway ?. I didn't notice the cups of oats until I arrived home so that was a bummer and I didn't think it was worth driving back out for them. Maybe someday I'll know if they in fact still bake oatmeal cookies ? but not today ?“

“This McDonald’s location seems to be one of the newer ones, and it definitely shows. The restaurant was clean, organized, and all of the self-serve kiosks were working—which is a rare win! I was also surprised (in a good way) to see the ice cream machine actually up and running.

Customer service was great; the staff was friendly and efficient with my order. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of how my drink was served. The cup had chocolate syrup on the outside, making it pretty sticky to hold. It wasn’t a huge issue, but definitely something that could’ve been avoided.

Other than that, everything else about the visit was solid. I’d definitely stop by again.“

However, despite this, the McDonald's team does an impressive job maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations, so it looks modern and refreshed compared to how it may appear in older photos online. One thing to note, however, is that the play area, which might have been a draw for families with children, is no longer available. The updated design of the restaurant does not include a play area, so parents looking for a spot to entertain their kids should be aware of this change.

In terms of space, this McDonald's offers plenty of seating, making it a comfortable spot for both individuals and larger groups. Whether you're dining alone or with a group of friends or family, you won’t feel cramped or crowded. Additionally, the location offers ample parking, which is a big plus if you're driving. The spacious parking lot makes it easy to find a spot, even during busy times.
