“Its a McDonald's so you know what you are getting. Its off a major street so it can get busy during rush hour. There are two lanes for drive thru orders. The parking on the right side is tight, especially when there is a line for drive thru. The parking lot to the left has plenty of space and isn't obstructing the drive thru line“

“Okay so basically the food I had ordered it and I was trying to catch the bus so I paid and ran out by accident. This one was on me. I came back like 15 minutes later and they had my food ready for me so I was glad that they didn't forget about me. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with some regular chicken nuggets with some fries. Why in the world did I get spicy nuggets with a burger? I did not order that but I was hungry so I ate it but I was just like so mad that they got my order wrong like damn. How'd you mess that up so bad like what but I still ate it. It was fire though. And the lady at the cashier. She was so nice. There was even some girls that were being rude and yelling and disrespectful and she kept her calm and her cool and I'm so glad I'm so proud of her cuz you know I would have popped them people very much. So yeah, service five stars atmosphere. Three stars because of the people and I don't feel safe there low-key but that's probably just me being paranoid or whatever. And the food food four stars cuz they low-key mess on my order but it was still good and I ain't even too mad about it cuz it's Low-key the same price and it is what it is. So thank you bye.“

“I made a mobile order and kind of dreaded having to wait in the drive through line, but I did it anyway. That was the fastest, friendly and most efficient group of people in that McDonald’s. The fries hit perfectly. The Big Mac wasn’t a disaster and the McFlurry was available and perfect. Weird new cup that I’m not a fan of but that’s not in their control maybe.

“I go for their iced coffee. With the app, a large is just over a dollar, and they .ake great coffee. As far as food goes, I have a gluten allergy, and everything has gluten, even the fries and hash browns. I have eaten their sausage egg mcmuffin with no bread and have been OK, but I dont do it unless its my only option. The staff are always amazing.“

“Tonite I waited, and waited patiently. Finally a woman comes and help actual people although they seem to take only kiosk and mobile orders. So she helps the mobile person, then the other person, then asked me, the one who was there for awhile and before the other 2 people about my order, which was sitting there waiting over 6 mins ago!

“I recently visited a McDonald's in Los Angeles and had a mixed experience. Here are my thoughts:

What I Liked
Convenient Location: Many McDonald's locations in LA are close to hotels and major streets, making it easy to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.

Late Hours: Some branches are open 24 hours, which is great for late-night cravings or early breakfasts.

Classic Menu: The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's—Big Macs, fries, and breakfast items are consistent in taste and quality.“

“Recently visited this location & interacted with two associates, both Chris and Humberto. Their customer service was such a welcoming experience. Chris took our order with such grace and he was very precise. We told him his voice even sounds like AI and he laughed, such a beautiful person. Humberto provided our order and was very pleasant as well! We really appreciated the great service from both gentlemen.“

“As an independent film producer living in Culver City, I work from home on certain days. What that means is I find myself at this McDonald’s more often than I care to admit—mainly because it’s just a few blocks from my girlfriend’s place. Ironically, it’s also not far from an apartment I used to share with a different ex. Every now and then, sitting in the parking lot waiting for a mobile order, I find myself wondering how she’s doing. I don’t want to go back to that relationship, but I do wish she could see how much I’ve grown since then. Maybe that wish alone says something about my own narcissistic tendencies.

Philosophical musings aside, this location is efficient, clean, and the drive-thru is clutch. The McDonald’s app, in particular, is a true retail innovation. It’s streamlined, rewarding, and shockingly effective at boosting my visit frequency. It’s wild to me that the cinema industry hasn’t taken notes. Post-pandemic, theaters are still trying to compete with streaming services for leisure time, yet they’ve barely scratched the surface of mobile engagement.

If exhibition’s real margins are in concessions, then maybe it’s time for cinema chains to explore deeper integration with major food corporations. Imagine AMC partnering with someone like PepsiCo or even—dare I say—McDonald’s. If I can order a Big Mac and a movie ticket in the same app? That’s a night out. That’s culture.

“Same food as all McDonald's but this location has great employees never employees get ng rude or yelling at customers no harassment of the homeless when they come here to eat and sometimes you'll see them at a table charging there phones getting out of the heat using the restroom and the employees let them as.long as there's no problems and because the employees are so respectful this location doesn't seem to have any.problems.with the homeless there seems to be a mutual respect“

“This is a time square McDonald’s, it seems busy and it is busy. There’s only kiosks to order at there’s a ton of them a few malfunctioning and a lot of people with no common sense. You’ll have to navigate that jungle with patience.

Once you’re done ordering you walk over to the pick up station where you’ll wait and stand with the crowd, and stare at your order until it’s called. Once it’s called you walk up show your receipt and you leave or go upstairs to dine in.“

“Very clean driveway and parking lot, versus so many other businesses in this area allow their driveways and parking lots to look disgusting. I’m sure it takes extra work than in less crowded areas, but that comes with the territory. Obviously, this franchisee or manager sees that as part of the cost of doing business. I applaud that!

I find that a reliable way to always get one’s fries actually hot the first time at any McDonald’s without having to return and ask for “actually hot—not lukewarm fries, please” is to use curbside pickup.

Unfortunately, out of 4-6 curbside spots, all were occupied except 1 space (so at least there was a space for me), but in the time it took me to get my really long vehicle into the space, park, get comfortable in my seat, order using the app, wait a few minutes for my food to be brought to me, and arrange my food and myself to get driving again, I believe only one of those cars moved. I was sitting there for at least fifteen minutes, if not more, because I took a long time to decide what I wanted.

That makes me think that at least four of those vehicles were parked in those spots but weren’t using the curbside pickup.

Of course, that’s sure to be against the business’s policy, but it made me wonder how much they really feel they can do about it. Because if they do call a tow truck and the person leaves, would the business have to pay a call fee to the towing service? Plus, even though the McDonald’s would be fully justified in having those cars towed, do they really want to potentially create an enemy out of any of those people? Because you know there are many people who will never admit their own fault in the situation and only blame the business, even though I’m sure there are signs posted all over the place about the parking regulations.

So I’m not upset with the business—actually, I feel bad for them because I imagine that’s a difficult call to make.

Anyway, back to the good: they have double drive through lanes, their staff is very friendly, fast, and competent.

I like this McDonald’s location because it’s easy to get in and out of, the turning radius in the drive through isn’t too tight like some businesses have, they have curbside pickup, and they have an inside (although I’ve never been inside).

And it’s on my way home, so if I’m really hungry, I stop here before I drive the remaining hour of my commute.“

“I'm a local that had out-of-towners to chauffer in for a bus tour that started at 10am. It was so comforting to find this oasis while i waited. I got to have a moment of calm at 10am to enjoy my favorite egg McMuffin and Coffee. It was quiet, clean and huge, so you are not sitting on top of other customers. The most reasonable priced meal on Hollywood Blvd. This restaurant is in the middle of a tourist location, so no drive thru, or store parking and there is security in place due to it's location. It was the best 30mins of my day.“

“We received the perfect McDonald’s French fries at this location. Perfectly crispy and perfectly seasoned. It was as if Mother Marry came to this location for a meal and I happened to get some of her well deserved French fries.
Service is mediocre and the atmosphere is not terribly welcoming, but the fries make it one hundred percent worth it.“

“First time to this location, very busy intersection, only went into the drive thru, small parking lot, busy store but line moved very fast. Friendly service and hot food. Very happy with my purchase and would return to this location for convenience and service.

“I don't usually rate a McDonald's but this is a McDonald's like no other. Absolutely clean. Fast service. Lovely atmosphere with relaxing piano music and flowers on the tables. The staff were also really attentive, walking around the restaurant looking for guests who weren't paying attention to when their food was ready.“

“Haven’t been here lately, but my grandma used to pick me up from nursery school and get me a hamburger, fries, and a milk. We’d feed the birds with a little bit our bun. Gotta hand it to so-so McDonalds. They are part of our life. That was 50 years ago- hope they are there for another 50.“

“Sandwiches and other items are always freshly made. The drive thru moves quickly and orders are brought out timely. The parking lot crowd is rough and sometimes the characters that hang aren't the most desirable. They will approach your car asking for handouts or money. The staff sometimes invites them to the drive thru window for water while guests are waiting there with their window down, which is interpreted as a safety concern.“

“This McDonald’s location seems to be one of the newer ones, and it definitely shows. The restaurant was clean, organized, and all of the self-serve kiosks were working—which is a rare win! I was also surprised (in a good way) to see the ice cream machine actually up and running.

Customer service was great; the staff was friendly and efficient with my order. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of how my drink was served. The cup had chocolate syrup on the outside, making it pretty sticky to hold. It wasn’t a huge issue, but definitely something that could’ve been avoided.

Other than that, everything else about the visit was solid. I’d definitely stop by again.“

“Come here to eat every so often and it never lets me down. I live their bourbon steak with mashed potatoes. Tried the wonton chicken tacos (appetizer) for the first time and they were delicious! I could probably go there just for those. Our server was super attentive, friendly and quick. This place is always clean and the atmosphere is lively.“

“This is one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in--and I grew up in a wealthy neighborhood. Having said that, this place is almost always packed so service can be a little slow and some of the characters that come into the restaurant are...a little peculiar.“

“A nice McDonalds in a pretty high traffic area. I was stuck there and needed to use the restroom very badly. McDonald's was the only place in the area with an available restroom. It does require a code but the gentleman behind the counter gave me the code without an issue. The restroom was super clean! Plenty of toilet paper and toilet seat covers. No mirrors above the sinks but I know many of the stores have removed them, or don't install them in the first place, to discourage people from spending hours in the bathroom applying make up or fixing their hair haha. I also placed an order for food. The quality of food is what it's always been but the prices are astronomical. $34 for 2 meals, one of which was a hamburger happy meal. Yikes! If asked, I would recommend this location to anyone with a craving for fast food when they're in the area.“

“I ordered four Hot and Spicy McChickens(my go to meal), and was pleasantly surprised when my meal arrived quickly and in a bag, despite not requesting a bag. The server was fantastic—friendly and efficient—and made sure to generously load me up with ranch. A great experience all around!“

“This McDonald's on Manchester is pretty good. The staff is pleasant and they are pretty fast through the drive through.

The only problem is the entrance leading up to the drive thru shares a parking lot with businesses next door so it's kind of inconvenient if you are waiting in line because you might be blocking traffic. Also there is only one entrance so again, it may be hard to get into the drive thru line. Otherwise they are great!“

“This McDonald's surprised me to be very friendly with a warm atmosphere and caring staff. The dining area was clean and reportedly the team does take pride in their work. Atmosphere is chaotic in the afternoon to evening, lots of SC students and vagrants roaming in addition to he regular folk coming in to eat, making in it high traffic and crowded but the service and food are always good. Minus 1 star because I didn't get what I ordered, or maybe it wasn't on their menu. I ordered 2 oatmeal cookies + 2 chocolate Chip, I received 2 oatmeal cups (hot and tasty btw) but not what I was craving. Staff was very courteous at both drive thru windows (payment & pick up) and gentleman hosing the driveway ?. I didn't notice the cups of oats until I arrived home so that was a bummer and I didn't think it was worth driving back out for them. Maybe someday I'll know if they in fact still bake oatmeal cookies ? but not today ?“

“It's terrible food health wise but taste really good. I've never really been crazy about burgers but for some reason I wanted one really bad. So I got a quarter
pounder. It was very tasty and completely satisfied my craving. I was a little worried I'd get sick after because junk food makes me sick sometimes, but I felt fine.“

From what I saw is that if you had a problem with your order they will fix it for you immediately when other McDonald's just simply don't care. “It's a good McDonald's overall. They even gave me an extra happy meal to make up for the McDonald's App glitching. The drive thru lane is a bit tricky, tho.

McDonald's corporate: work on your app. It's mostly great, but the back-end can be unreliable. I've had lost orders and other issues.“

“This is one of those classic American McDonald's, it reminds me of watching Sesame Street or something because it's the perfect microcosm of Mexicans and Asians and White folk cooperating, Kinda nice to see. “If at night, please only order through food couriers/apps or Drive-Thru pickup. The dining room as well as counter pickup closes sometime between ~6-7:30PM.

My mobile order for counter pick-up at night turned into a super delayed curbside pickup. The influx of delivery/Drive-Thru pickup orders overwhelms the staff to a point where people like me end up getting third-rate service in comparison to those with cars or the money to order delivery.

This location needs to work on providing clear and accessible communication about store hours, dining room hours, parking lot hours, delivery hours, etc. on the windows, on social media, and anywhere else applicable. Leaving ambiguity on the table is neither fair nor acceptable given the current dangers of walking at night. It hits people who take public transportation, work at night, and earn fewer wages where it hurts. And at these prices I'm better off going to another place nearby be it a pharmacy, grocery store, or rival chain.

Place could be understaffed, but afaik quality control in terms of food quality seem alright.“

“Besides the homeless that stay scattered here and the night time LONG LINES..I dont feel right giving this McDonald's below a 4 because the food has always come out great and the employee work thier tail off to get you in and out..
