And the service was great! They arrived early. And the food was hot. The owner, Norwood, presented the food with a very appetizing description of each entree. Everyone loved it! Additionally, the portions were very generous. And everyone went back for seconds. At Triedstone, we do everything with excellence. And Darrow’s definitely met the challenge. “Always a lot of fun coming to my favourite crab boil spot. It is an iykyk location but so worth it. Nicole is always our go to very friendly, very accommodating and very funny. The only other crab boil I have been to is the boiling crab and I can easily say this is a much much better choice for not only being healthier and better tasting but for the service being superior too.“

“The dining room atmosphere was really cool⚓️, the music was awesome, and the food was delicious 😋 We ordered the 2 lb cajun garlic shrimp bucket, a bowl of gumbo, garlic fries, and calamari. The bibs and gloves given to us for eating were perfect and necessary for the messy juicy shrimp.🍤 Everything was very tasty and not too spicy. “We had a really nice experience! The side of the restaurant has enough space for a few tables to dine in, and it felt cozy. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I liked that they had sauces and water available right at the tables for self-service.

We dined in, and everything came out fast! We spent around $40 for a chicken bowl, two sushi rolls, and two miso soups ,perfect for two adults and a toddler. The food was amazing! My husband said the teriyaki chicken was really good, and I agree. the chicken was juicy, not dry at all. The salmon sushi was good too, just a little warm for my husband’s liking, but overall, everything had great flavor.

The music was a fun surprise, they were playing some techno, which we didn’t mind at all! It actually made the experience more fun. We even found ourselves dancing a little while eating. Definitely a place we’d come back to!“

“The best seafood boil we have ever had. My twins are allergic to seafood and this is the first restaurant that was able to accommodate my girls. They made us a “no seafood” seafood boil with potatoes, corn, sausage and boiled eggs with their amazing capt loui sauce. I know our request is unusual but I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our girls dream come true they've always wanted to try a seafood boil without their throat getting itchy and this is the first ever without any cross contamination. If you are looking for a seafood boil restaurant that can accommodate allergies, vegans, vegetarian. I highly recommend this restaurant. “I recently stumbled upon your establishment and must say, the name perfectly captures how I felt after trying your food. I ordered fried wings, rice, and vegetables, and each dish was exceptional.

The wings were piping hot, and the aroma that wafted from the box was simply incredible. The blend of spices and flavors was perfect, and I was truly blown away.

The rice was buttery and delicious, and the vegetables were a wonderful complement to the meal.

“Food and service were great but it's a small shop in a weird location with a tiny parking lot. They're rather new but I was surprised that it was totally empty on a Saturday at lunchtime when we arrived and no one else came in while we were there.

We ordered the #1 combo that includes 3lbs of seafood and some standard add-ins like corn, potatoes, and sausage. We got 2lbs of shrimp and 1lb of mussels with their mild all-in-one sauce. A few of the shrimp were a little overcooked but otherwise it was delicious. For mild, there was a slight kick that I enjoyed; I would have gone spicier if it weren't for my fellow diners. Compared to other seafood boil places, the sauce was very flavorful but a bit less salty and garlicky. I don't mind it either way.

My 3-year-old enjoyed her Cajun chicken tenders and french fries. I thought the chicken was a bit dry but she didn't care.

This was a random choice for our Saturday lunch and I was a little skeptical but we really enjoyed the food and I'm glad we came here.“

“OMGG SOOO GOOD!!! i got the bucket medley flavor with the whole shrimp and potato bag, along with the Cajun fries for $26 which is not only a good price but was a very good portion of food and it was the best seafood boil I’ve ever had!

We had the chance to try pretty much everything on the menu — and I can honestly say this is one of the most flavorful seafood spots in Los Angeles.

The shrimp were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The crab legs were tender and loaded with flavor. The sauces? Next level. Whether you like it mild or extra spicy, the seasoning hits every time. You can taste the freshness in every bite.

“Everything was perfect. Today is a Wednesday granted so my husband and I didn’t fight a crowd. The ambiance was perfect, the food was great, our waiter Luis was outstanding. We had a great time and enjoyed the food tremendously. The review on here about no flavor…can’t imagine what they tried because our #2 boil was the bomb. And the michelado was on point.
