Awesome attitude, very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & just an overall pleasure to interact with (something AI will never be able to accomplish) the place could use better seating & the prices are…well pricey AFFF but it is a damn good sandwich for sure, but damn $4.65 for a bottle of root beer? That’s wild. Again, Darnell made it all much easier to hand over $21 for a sandwich & soda with his awesome attitude. “Eric the manager today, Oct. 14, 2024, demonstrated exceptional customer service and friendliness. There was an issue with a female employee which I believe he privately and graciously addressed to my satisfaction. She assumed I was a homeless person in need of a bathroom. I use a walker. She refused to allow me to enter nor did she direct me to a place where I could enter. I never asked for a bathroom. She said I could go to Starbucks next door where there is a bathroom. She did not listen to me at all and was rude and inconsiderate.
Eric was also thorough with my orders and I appreciated it because I made several changes to suit my friends and my tastebuds. He went out of his way to make me feel valued as a customer. And lastly he escorted me to my car and made sure I knew how to enter the restaurant through the parking lot next time. Eric made my experience at Mendocino Farms very very pleasant. “Me and my husband shared our favorite sandwich, Left Coast Pastrami and a bag of Maui onion chips, today. We agree that this sandwich shop is better than Togos, Subway and Jersey Mikes. We will definitely keep coming back and encourage others to try it out - you won't be sorry!“

“This is a cool deli with a number of options to choose from. Both hot and cold sandwiches, they offer hot dogs as well. Friendly staff and a clean dining g area with a wall mounted television. We chose to sit inside which has ample space although there is seating available outside.

It's probably better to place your order online, go in and pick it up, then sit down and eat it. It's probably more efficient. However, I like having the offline experience. “The people are really nice ! I got my brother a gift certificate which he enjoyed . I was surprise about that but it’s all good . I go quite often with my nephew and nieces they love the mango smoothie. For me tho I enjoy the lee’s ice coffee .

I have been coming to this location a couple of times, I always get club sub, but once in a blue moon, I get the philly cheesesteak. I have had a couple of times where I have had issues with either the sandwich or the order itself. But the owner of this franchise always reaches out to me to help resolve the issue. His name is Rick, and he is always very helpful, but I will never take advantage of any issue just to get something for free. The fact that I always continue to go back to this location tells me a lot.“

The app makes mistakes and glitches atleast the android version that I use on Samsung 22+. So order from app and include instructions incase your choices don't show properly.

If the store makes a mistake and you inform them by review or in person they fix it. At first my order was screwed up a few times, but after that they very rarely made a mistake.

Also know that if you order early AM it will be ready fast but expect stale bread. If I order afternoon the bread is better but it's the lunch rush so it might be delayed a little or the order might have a mistake because it's rushed.“

The food is fresh and they make the bread fresh everyday - I ordered the turkey foot long and was fresh and loved the taste.Parking is always easy and available and the best part is how clean and well maintained the inside of this Subway is and smells clean. “One of the best turkey sandwiches I've had. I think it was the Cole Turkey. Bread had the perfect density, and sandwich contents were the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The salads I've seen here also look delicious.
