“We ordered the house milk tea with boba and the twilight taro with boba - both with less sugar and less ice. They were both delicious! Personally I preferred the milk tea - but I tend to like that more usually anyways. Parking was a little difficult but service was quick!“

“Well priced drinks. Came here years ago, and I'm glad they are still around. Got a 25% sweet pear tea drink, and, personally, I would get it sweeter next time. The 25% sweet lychee tea drink, though, was the right amount of sweetness for me.
Overall, I will come again when I am around the area again. The place is small and has no restrooms.“

“I was walking through china town and spotted someone walking with this boba in their hand, so I decided to find the shop. It’s located in an alley a few shops away from the fortune cookie store. It’s very well decorated and they have an extensive menu of boba & some other foods. I ordered the Brown Sugar boba milk tea, with less ice & 75% sugar. I was told that it’s usually 50% but I still stuck with 75% and wow it was SO GOOD! Honestly the boba was like a 9.5/10 level of good. The tapioca boba were part of the price, $6.75 for a large. I can’t comment on their fruit teas or food but I’m sure everything is just as tasty.“

“I’ve always heard good things about Yifang but honestly I’m quite disappointed at this store. As a boba place they were out of boba and mini taro boba which made things much less appealing; also the red bean coconut latte tasted just like coconut milk, the amount of red bean is much less than what their ads picture looks like. Maybe I should’ve gotten something else“

“Have come here before and will keep coming back- great selection of fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, even soft serve and egg puff waffle. I was introduced to this place by friends who really like this boba spot too. It’s a small store inside but they process orders quickly and there’s 3 little screens to place your order on. No bathroom or inside seating, though there are 2 benches just outside.
I got the honey lemon with aloe, regular ice, 50% sugar, with agar (pictured) and it was a good option for a hot day when I wanted something light.“

“Best Dang Gone Place To Afford Milk 🥛 Tea 🍵 In San Francisco & A Few But Great Varieties to choose from. My Personal Favorite Is The Alien Tonic 👽. Mmmm Taste just like Sprite. In Fact it is Sprite. But a with a Sweet & Bursting Kick Of Refreshing Taste 😋
Kid-friendliness: Nice Little Kids section over in the corner of the Milk Tea store where the children can color in the whiteboard & etc little toys and such“

“When I visited, the store had no seating and had closed their restrooms to customers, not sure if this is a usual thing. I ordered from an iPad, I liked that it had photos & an in-depth description of all the different tea options. My friend got the Oreo Matcha & I got the Lil’ Giraffe. It was pretty good, I was surprise they didn’t already come with the traditional boba ($0.75 additional charge). My friend’s was better, I didn’t taste much of the cake batter maybe due to my 75% sweetness instead of 100%? I wouldn’t recommend the Lil’ Giraffe, I’m sure there other options are better.“

“Loved the mango boba with red beans ❤️So delicious and comforting, what’s more is that I paid the price of 1 for 2 with their special discount that day . Too bad there’s no branch here in the L.A. area .
Dietary restrictions: With the customized ordering, you can opt to reduce the sugar in your boba drink, I only had 50% of the amount of sugar for my calorie limit. So that’s really great and my boba tasted so yummy , my hubby had one too?“

“If you’re looking to get some yummy fresh boba tea then choose Teaspoon! I was impressed for my first time here.Drinks: The boba teas were fresh and light. They both tasted just right, not too sweet, and with great flavors. We tried the taro milk tea and the dirty ube and we would highly recommend both!Atmosphere: It was a charming little place with indoor and outdoor seating available. The place wasn’t too crowded as well and staff were friendly and welcoming.Price: Normal price for these quality drinks! You get what you pay for.
Parking: Parking is found in the parking lot area outside of the many shops/restaurants. You don’t have to pay for it either.“

“My favorite crepe place in Japan Town!!!
I love how much they pay attention to the presentation of the crepes especially when they add cute little faces on each of them. I've been coming here for years now and I can say that they have always made their crepes still as good.
I always get the nutella and strawberries crepe with chocolate ice cream, whipped cream and cornflakes, but they have a lot of different combinations and you can customize it yourself too!“

“Anyways…. My aunt ordered a lychee tea and she didn’t like how sweet it was, some drinks here can be hella sweet but I’m like 50/50 sure that u can adjust the sweetness. I got a dirty fresh milk one time and I’m lactose intolerant it was so good but a few hours later I was regretting my decision so badly…
but besides that, the dirty fresh milk is a bit sweet with a slight bitter aftertaste like coffee. I couldn’t sleep that night the caffeine levels were high :( anyways I love this place“

“There are not too many boba options unless you take a MUNI ride a few blocks in some direction here. Coco's fills the void plenty, though. This spot has high ceilings and maybe half a dozen tables but plenty of standing space. Plenty of wall decor, and more spartan on the seating.
The service can be slow if there's a large crowd, as this location has minimal staff.
The drink selection is excellent, offering everything from fruity blends to classic teas. Coco's is the spot I recommend for friends who like cloud-tops and popping boba. Look for the discounted drinks on the monitors.“
“Delicious boba tea, and probably the best I've gotten while in San Francisco. They had so many different variations, bases, and flavors to choose from, so you were practically guaranteed exactly what you were looking for! This is also a women-owned and run establishment! So that's just another great reason you should go and support!“

“My son and sister ordered some drinks. It is a very small place and it took about 20 minutes to get the drinks. I thought that was little long, considering we had to pay for patking.
Kid-friendliness: The staff were busy talking to a customer instead of making our drinks.“

“Wonderful tea, boba, and coffee! District Tea has a wide selection of snacks and beverages that are delicious. I really enjoy the twin peaks drink (lychee and mango fruit tea) with lychee jelly. The price for the drinks are reasonable especially compared to other boba tea spots.“

“I crave the Green Plum Green Tea all the time, even with 0% sugar it's amazing. I like that they have soymilk for vegan boba, lots of different toppings, and kiosks to order on. They use high quality ingredients and the staff will always answer any questions, even when busy. My only complaints are that the music is really irritating (it's on a very short loop) and there's not many caffeine-free options. Overall this is still one of my favorite boba shops in the city and I will continue to go back, especially for my Green Plum Green Tea!“

“Came here for the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it was incredible. Only giving it four out of five stars because it was missing the fried Thai basil that typically comes with it and also needed the chili powder. Otherwise it was a really delicious snack.“

“Stopped by Lilikoi in Burlingame and gotta say, it definitely hit the spot. I was in the mood for something refreshing and a little snacky, and this place came through.
I tried the strawberry matcha boba — super pretty and actually really good. The layers were on point: creamy matcha up top, sweet strawberry on the bottom, and chewy boba pearls that had a nice texture. Not overly sweet either, which I liked. You get that earthy matcha flavor with a fruity twist. Solid combo.
Food-wise, I went for the spam fried rice, garlic fries, and chicken wings — don’t judge, I was hungry 😅
The spam fried rice was honestly fire. Comfort food vibes, perfectly seasoned, and the spam was cut just right — crispy edges, not too salty. The garlic fries were loaded (in a good way) with garlic and crispy all the way through. And the wings? Crunchy outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. Kinda addicting, not gonna lie.
The place itself is cute and laid-back, and everything came out pretty quick. Perfect little spot if you’re craving a good drink and some comfort bites. Will definitely be back.“

“Chicken Tikka Masala (in a bowl, with white rice instead of brown) - The chicken could have stayed on the grill for an extra minute or two. The Tikka Masala curry was phenomenal - had the right spices, perfect amount of tomato sauce, and quite strong! The curry was contrasted with a white yogurt raita, which contrasted quite well with the umami-ness and the curry. Love the mints and cilantro, made it look very refreshing. The marinated and pickled cucumbers, I felt, had hints of sesame oil.
The pickled cabbages were a great addition to its refreshing dish. Overall, it was a great balance of the strong flavors of the curry and yogurt, and keeping the refreshing profile of the dish.
*I have had this multiple times. The pickling of the cabbage can be inconsistent. The white rice can sometimes be too soggy. The curry was pretty consistent throughout.
FINAL REMARKS: Would come here again for the aforementioned dish.“

“I think that this is one of the better ZERO& locations, even thought it’s a little small. They have two ordering kiosks, very easy to use and the service is quick. I’ve never had a bad drink here. The location itself is also very convenient, a quick walk from Civic Center BART station. I recommend stopping here if you happen to be craving a sweet treat while walking through Hayes Valley. Their Thai Me Up is delicious as well as the Matcha Tornado.“

“I have been here many times in the past, usually when I am in the area or if I am craving for some boba. Most of the times there is a line, since they are well known and not many boba shops are in the area. They offer many unique drinks to choose from, everything is made to order which is a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and polite where each of my visits were easy going and I had never encountered any issues. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you are looking to try something new of if you just need a refresher. I definitely will be back to tryout the other uniquely delicious drinks they have to offer.“

“I find this to be a consistently good tea drink place. If you order less sweet + less ice it will come out that way. They have a lot of flavor options, from basic to more adventurous. One thing I especially like about the sharetea is they have lychee chunks as an add-in, which I prefer to boba. Note: there is only one large size available, it is ideal for sharing. It's kind of too much for one person.“
