“Pho & Bun is hands down one of the best spots for Vietnamese comfort food in San Jose. I've been here a few times now, and it never disappoints. The pho broth is rich and aromatic you can tell it's been simmered for hours. I usually go for the rare steak and brisket combo, and it's always served hot, fresh, and packed with flavor.

Their bun dishes are also a standout! The grilled pork is tender and perfectly seasoned, and the veggies are crisp and fresh. Portions are generous, and everything is plated beautifully.

The service is consistently friendly and quick, and the space is clean and welcoming great for both solo meals or a casual lunch with friends. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and they never skimp on ingredients.

Definitely my go-to spot for a hearty bowl of pho. Highly recommend if you're craving something warm and delicious in the South Bay!”

It’s a total gem, especially for someone like me who loves bold and flavorful dishes. I saw they had some new items on the menu recently, so of course I had to come try them right away!

The food was just as amazing as always — full of aroma, depth, and that unique Yunnan spice kick. The Guizhou Stinky Shrimp Sour Stir-Fried Beef was incredibly flavorful — tangy, spicy, and packed with umami. And the Dai-Style Beef Offal Bone Broth Mushroom Hotpot was pure comfort in a pot. The broth was rich and milky, full of mushroom and beef flavor, and the combination of textures from the offal, beef, and wild mushrooms was just perfect.

Every visit here reminds me why this place is one of my absolute favorites. Highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic Yunnan and Guizhou flavors — intense, aromatic, and unforgettable!”

The staff is very attentive and friendly; we felt like members of the family from our first visit! The food is priced fairly, which is hard to say about almost any other restaurant I've been in lately, and, it is delicious! “I was born and raised in Oaxaca City and decided to give this place a try. I will happily say that they absolutely exceeded my expectations in terms of their flavors, service, and atmosphere.

This food truck is located within the parking lot of a local gas station at E Calaveras Blvd & S Park Victoria Dr. There was enough parking at the time I drove in. The guy who took my order greeted me in Spanish with a smile and acted very genuinely and cordially.

I ordered 2 lengua tacos. The portions were appropriate, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted both juicy and very, very, authentic. The onions and cilantro had been freshly diced and made me smile when I squeezed lime juice on both tacos. They gave me two small containers with their red and green salsas. Yes, their salsas immediately activated long-stored memories in my taste buds. I can say that it flew me back to Oaxaca. My whole mouth watered at the first bite, so to extend the feast in my mouth and soul, I made 4 tacos with the double tortillas.
I will be coming back with friends and family and I think you should too.”

“I stop by after work yesterday to get the tiramisu cake for my mother-in-law. Each of us had a slice of it after the homemade hot pot dinner. We were all quite amazed about the texture and the taste. Beyond our expectation! I have to say personally I like it better than 85 °C’s version (or other competitors bakery) especially with the $31.99 price. The guy helped with my pick up was nice, I was in and out for 5 minutes. He gave me 3 packs of different color candles although we didn’t ended up using those. Their paper plates quality are not that good, very thin made. I would suggest just ask for utensils for your cake order. Might go with a different flavor next time for my husband and my daughter’s birthdays in September. :)”

“this is one the best sushi spots in the south bay area! huge selection of sushi and specialty rolls, nigiris, special sashimi combinations. we ordered the 10 pc sashimi special and enjoyed it so much — it was thickest cuts of sashimi we’ve ever had! we also ordered omakase box (8pc) which came with wagyu, otoro, uni, salmon belly and other selections. the portions were so generous and the fish was extremely fresh!”

Everything is fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The seafood section is the star, and the crab legs are a must-try — grab them while they’re hot, because they taste amazing and go fast. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained the place is, which makes the whole dining experience even better. “Location of this Starbucks is the worst. Just a grab and go can be hard due to sharing parking with trader joe. I once have to park really far to just get a coffee. Not really a great location but other than that it’s ok”
