“I love this spot! My sister used to work here while I was growing up as well as a few friends while I was in my teens. It has always been a peaceful place to draw, read, catch up with a friend, and sip coffee with a snack. They have changed ownership a number of times and always retained good quality! From time to time a man will come in and play piano on the out of tune wooden one. Mostly 60s-early 80s music, he knows all the lyrics too! The landscape artwork by Pam Anderberg is really phenomenal and matches the coastal energy of the cafe. Couldn’t speak higher of a cafe in Pacifica!
The line can be a bit overwhelming on weekends if there is an event. When there was a running event I think it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and muffin.

Reducing a star because of a female barista here that gave terrible service. I asked if I could order two separate single shot espressos, instead of a double shot to which she responded “take your scam somewhere else this is a small business etc.” and generally took a harsh tone. I still ordered and just got a double shot. When I gave her cash for this, she tossed the change back across the counter from my purchase which slid onto the floor. This interaction has stuck with me as I’ve never had a problem visiting this cafe before. Anytime I see this barista behind the counter I decide I’ll just have coffee at home instead.“

“I tried their Matcha Latte with the Cream Cheese Cloud, and it tastes absolutely amazing even with 50% sugar. The Pandan Cloud also tastes super yummy. It is not your usual matcha, it is infused with jasmine tea leaves. The cloud foam is not overwhelmingly sweet either and blends well with the matcha. I definitely recommend it if you like jasmine tea. The owner, Joy, is very kind and attentive. I can't wait to try their Vietnamese Coffee next!“

Incredible coffee and food selection+quality, friendly atmosphere, little to no wait unless there's a line out the door (which definitely happens on weekend, but they have a sense of urgency and respect your time!)

“United delayed our flight for 4 hrs, so they gave us meal vouchers (I had to request them). We used them at Klein's and got 2 sandwiches. It's located at SFO, near the F gates. I chose the Embarcadero and my husband chose the Mission. Both are on ciabatta bread. Mine was warm, with diced chicken, gooey mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and pesto. It was very good. A good selection for airport food. My husband's sandwich was cold, with roast turkey, avocado, tomato, onion and cheese. He also liked his sandwich. Both were good portions.“

If I’m running behind, I’ll usually order my Iced Matcha Latte through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, there’s never an option to add a note requesting my “Extra Non-Dairy Strawberry Cold Foam,” so I’ll call the store and ask if they can add it to my drink.

Joe is usually the one who answers my call, and he is always SO sweet and accommodating! He never makes it feel like an inconvenience and is always happy to help. It’s little things like this that make such a difference and keep me coming back.

I’m proud to say I’ve been to ALL the branches, from San Jose to Daly City! Vicky and Tyler from the team helped me coordinate drinks for two company events within a week, for a total of 600+ drinks!

There’s a couple of reasons why I prefer serving Tiger Tea for large events. 1.) Their drinks are actually good. 2.) Their pricing is extremely competitive. 3.) They use non-dairy creamer, so it’s an easy win for people with lactose intolerance. 4.) They deliver!

Drinks ordered:
- Classic black milk tea: Truly a classic!
- Jasmine milk tea: This one was the crowd favorite
- Thai milk tea: I think I had three of these, so good!
- Brown rice tea: A nutty, dairy-free option
- Oolong tea: A bolder, dairy-free option

I got a mix of some drinks with boba and some without. If I could do it again, I think I would skip the boba, since the ones that sat out too long hardened a bit. 50% sweet was the perfect option for most folks. Some attendees asked if I had 0% options, which I would probably consider for a future order! 🤔

For the second, smaller event, I requested to add no ice, but leave some room, since we were putting them into the fridge for employees to grab. This worked out well and resulted in less “sweating” cups!

I’m very grateful they let me customize the little name tag that comes on the drinks, so my name wasn’t on 600+ cups. They put a cute “Happy10” for the name field instead!“

“The hangar is a fairly new food Hall and is quite beautiful inside. Many who work nearby come here for lunch. The options include coffee, Mexican food, breakfast and burgers as well as a salad and sandwich shop. With soaring ceilings and subtle lighting, the atmosphere is very pleasant. I had had a carne asada burrito that was delicious. We also had guacamole and chips and the guacamole was very good. Overall everything smells delicious inside it should be a great spot to grab a relaxing lunch. There are a few booths as well as tables for four in the front section. There is a larger section in the rear of the building with lots of tables.“
