“Ordered the off-menu Pomodoro pasta and it did not disappoint. The tomato and petit basil sauce was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together. “Everything I’ve tried is great. If you can’t decide what to get you can try a bunch of different tacos. The Pibil Chicken Bowl has a little of everything and is very satisfying. Their Cauliflower is also a favorite.”

“Villa's Tacos were amazing! and I'm not saying this just because of the hype of the Super Bowl. I'm saying this because I mean it. The tacos were just amazing to me. Not your regular everywhere tacos. These tacos were homemade recipes. I had the carne asada, pork with potato (puerco con papa) & beans with cactus (frijoles con nopal). It's a week later that I tried these tacos and I can't stop talking about them. My favorite was the beans with cactus. Soooo good. Also, the atmosphere was just so nice and lively. I truly enjoyed every minute of my visit here. Thank you Villa's Tacos, we will return.”

“Outstanding experience dining here. Our server was incredible, super knowledgeable, confident, and clearly not their first rodeo with gluten-free dining. They knew every single dish inside and out, proactively pointed out shared fryer cross-contamination details, and clearly walked us through which items were fully gluten-free outside of regular soy sauce (super helpful for anyone with different tolerance levels). Finding a spot where the front-of-house understands dietary nuances that well without making it feel like a hassle is rare. Fantastic food, top-tier service, and total peace of mind. “The best spicy Chinese Food in OC/LA area hands down! They have been Michelin recommended for a reason. Their food has lots of depth of umami flavors with a good amount of spice with a refined touch. Their none spicy broths are especially good too. My faves are their dry pots, toothpick lambs, Qiao Jiao Beef. We also like their spicy ribs and boiled fish in chilli sauce, and Mao cai. Service is great too!”

“My only complaint was it was hard to speak to others at the table because the music was loud. The owner is a very sweet guy who comes to your table and gives new people samples of their drinks and popular Peruvian ice cream .He proudly explains the popular dishes and their Peruvian ingredients. The staff, owner and food made this restaurant so classy! The homemade food was not only delicious but special. The owner gets his ingredients from and that are grown in Peru. It was fun to eat food with ingredients that is new and tasted sooo good! It was such a treat. The Peruvian ice cream made from Locuma fruit is actually nutritious! The chicha morada drink also is different and beneficial.
I'm coming back for my son's birthday! You can't go wrong with this wonderful restaurant!!!”

“I enjoy coming here when my partner and I can't agree one something. I wish the seating was more comfortable and the less cramped together but there usually is somewhere to sit. The cleaning staff is always quick to clear tables and manage trash and dishes. Even at its busiest there is usually plenty of parking.”

“this definitely deserves the michelin recommendation. every piece of meat was so tender and every dish was just so flavorful. i really liked the braised beef noodles. it had a cilantro taste and the bok choy was so soft. my family really liked the texture of all of the noodles - especially the fried ones. the scallion pancakes were very good and the food came very quickly. the staff are very nice and the water hits hard 😁. definitely come here”
