“This is my favorite type of Ice cream, the flavors are so different from a regular ice cream shop, and they don’t make me feel sick like other heavy ice creams do.

My daughter loved the lemon gelato, it was just like a frozen lemonade. My personal favorite is the dark chocolate gelato. Nothing out there like it.

I was also so happy with the service today, I came in at around 3:15pm on a Tuesday, I don’t normally come out on weekdays but they were so kind and had such a lovely attitude. Especially the gentleman, he was exactly what I expect when I go to a place with desserts, someone bubbly and happy to be there. Although I’ve been here many times before, today he made it extra fun to be here.“

The spot itself is super chill, no pressure, just grab your cup, get creative, and vibe. Prices are decent unless you pile on like a mountain of toppings (been there, no regrets ?). It’s also a nice hangout spot if you wanna chill with friends or just take a solo froyo break.

and a Thai tea ice cream-both were delightful! Owners really want you to have a positive experience. We had to wait a few minutes while our ice creams were carefully made but our ice creams were more than worth it. We don’t live in the area but this is destination worthy so we will be back.
Oh, and side note: kids LOVE this place! They get to fill up a container with many, many flavors of frozen yogurt (healthier option)! They can reach the handles themselves so are in heaven!“

“Among all of us we had the Rose, Kulfi, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and also the puppy icecream. All the flavors were really nice and you could see real vanilla bean powder, nuts in the different flavors. Pepper did not stop licking till her icecream was done and then was looking for more. “Loved this first experience of Takiyaki. We had, red bean, blackbean sesame and Nutella. All were delicious. Many customers were walking out with the variants of the waffle like cones with soft serve, and toppings. Parking was available. And we enjoyed sitting the sun right there. Saturday schedule 😋 The recycle, trash and compost bins right there as well.“

“I saw a worker from another place come back from break holding a churro. I had to ask where, this shop was two doors down. First I ordered the churro and then I saw the fun ice cream varieties. Settled on a refreshing soursop, it had seeds! My friend got a dried fruit and he said that grew on him. There are many other flavors to try next time. Service was nice, there are a couple of tables to sit and eat other snacks that they make as well. PS the churros were OK, crispy and sweet but the middle was not as crispy as fresh out of a fry vat in Mexico.“

“Huge line on a Saturday…looked intimidating but it isn’t too bad. It’s a slightly confusing process and there’s no staff to explain everything

1. You wait in line to order at the kiosk. While you can order online as well, that’s only for drinks. So you’re stuck waiting if you want gelato. I recommend ordering online if you only want a drink

2. If you ordered gelato on the kiosk, you proceed to wait in another line that’s usually much shorter. They will verify that you ordered gelato on the kiosk. You can try flavors here as well.

3. If you ordered a drink, it will probably take another 10-15 minutes of waiting inside before they call your number. So eat your gelato!

The matcha ice cream was good. No. 3 had a strong tea flavor that wasn’t overpowering. We paired it with hojicha, which was a nice combo.

The White Matcha Champaca drink was excellent. Beautifully blended Jasmine and matcha flavor, with just the right amount of sweetness.“

“I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years, hands down the best yogurt in Santa Clara county, the staff is usually friendly, except one guy. The biggest downfall is that we should be able to try a couple flavors to see what we like and don’t like before purchasing, I have purchased a couple times where I ended up throwing away my $9 yogurt because it didn’t taste right to me, had I been able to sample first I would’ve known not to purchase that flavor. Please allow samples again…..at least give a limit of 2 free ones, you’re not losing money by allowing a small sample Thanks for the Carbolite options they are a life saver on my healthy lifestyle goals“

“Snow time was amazing! We got the black sesame snow and added boba, which was perfect. The almond crunch and ground soybean made it really nutty and it was so good paired with the black sesame. The snow texture was super fluffy and didn't turn into a melted pile of goop like some other dessert shops.

To top it off, we got 3 mini tayaki with red bean, Nutella and cheese. The cheese was by far the best - like a ooey gooey stretchy mozzarella inside. We'll definitely be back to try other snow flavors!

Update: went back and ran it back with the same black sesame. Except this time we skipped getting a sweet tayaki and went for the ham and cheese! It did not disappoint but the grilled cheese one is still my favorite tayaki flavor 😍“

“The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always find a way to accommodate a request even if it is last minute. For example they took care of me on Saturday when I needed a cake for my son's birthday party on Sunday without any complaints even though I was the one asking late. At the Santa Cruze Ave location in Menlo Park I was told that all I could so was choose from what was in the display fridge. Props to Carlos at the EPA location who even gave me his personal cell to make sure everything was seamless! And the cake was super yummy as well!!!“

“Came here on a weekend with friends and really enjoyed it. Sulbing does authentic Korean snow ice with super fine, milky ice that melts in your mouth—sweet but not heavy. Works great as dessert any time of year.

Green Tea Chocolate Sulbing was a highlight. The matcha is more bitter and fragrant (not overly sweet), paired with chocolate cake and milk ice—very balanced and easy to keep eating.
Strawberry Yogurt Chocoballs Sulbing was refreshing, with a nice sweet-tart yogurt flavor and crunchy chocolate balls for texture.
Dubai Nougat Crunch Ball was a fun surprise—crispy chocolate shell with pistachio cream and crunchy bits inside. Sweetness was well balanced with the snow ice.

We also tried some toasts. Mozzarella Injeolmi Toast is a must when hot—nutty soybean powder, chewy mochi inside, and stretchy mozzarella. Sweet and savory combo works really well. Honey Butter Bread was simple but comforting, best eaten warm.

Overall, great place to share a few shaved ice and toasts with friends. If you like light, fluffy snow ice, Sulbing is a solid choice.“

“She is now located in front of Tere’s Boutique near the Chavez Supermarket by Middlefield Road.I love her raspados so much! I used to get them after church growing up. Her recipes are delicious and traditional. My favorite one is the raspado de Guanábana (soursop). It’s perfectly sweet and the pieces of fruit are delicious. I have also tried and liked her limon, rompope, vainilla, coco, nuez, mango con chile and chicle flavors.I recommend also trying their tostilocos with everything plus extra hot sauce. They are super delicious and a very generous size. Her fruit cups are also really good. The fruit is always perfectly ripe and fresh.Definitely recommend when you’re in Redwood City. “Pretty decently good froyo- what you’d expect. Not self-serve, not many flavor options. But what’s there are good options in my opinion. I got pomegranate and original (I was asked if I wanted them in a swirl or separate) with mochi toppings. The mochi topping was good quality- soft and squishy, not hardened like some other places. I have come here a few times before over the years and you can expect the quality standards to be the same every time. Dependable good froyo place.
