Stopped by for some gelato and was really impressed by the variety of flavors, especially the lactose-free (vegan) options. Got to try three samples, and all of them were smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced. It can be hard to find good dairy-free gelato, but they nailed the texture—creamy and satisfying without feeling icy or thin.

Service was friendly and efficient, and there was no long wait, making it an easy stop for a quick treat. The setting is nice, though more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and linger.

“Okay, so Yogurtland in Mountain View is honestly a vibe. The flavors always hit, especially the seasonal ones—pumpkin froyo? Weirdly good. Plus, the fact that you can build your own? Love that. You can mix and match like crazy, and the topping selection is chef's kiss (popping boba + cookie dough is low-key my go-to).

The spot itself is super chill, no pressure, just grab your cup, get creative, and vibe. Prices are decent unless you pile on like a mountain of toppings (been there, no regrets ?). It’s also a nice hangout spot if you wanna chill with friends or just take a solo froyo break.

The biggest downfall is that we should be able to try a couple flavors to see what we like and don’t like before purchasing, I have purchased a couple times where I ended up throwing away my $9 yogurt because it didn’t taste right to me, had I been able to sample first I would’ve known not to purchase that flavor. “I love this place! It’s great to get Asian-flavored ice cream. Also their takoyakis are very good too! I like their custard takoyakis and their Oreo one. My boyfriend likes their Nutella one.

The ice cream’s also really great here too. They have a good milk ice cream. I also like their cookies and cream ice cream. They also change up the pairing of their swirls ice cream, so it’s nice to drop by and see which flavors they’ve paired up for swirls this time. I also like how they make the ice cream fancy. You can get a waffle fish on top of your ice cream. Also you can add toppings like sprinkles or Oreo crumbs. And like adding a cherry on top, you can add mini macaron or a strawberry.

The inside is new and clean. There’s not a lot of seating area on the inside, but it’s still pretty popular in the evenings and people just stand around on the inside or outside of the store.

The service is good. I like how you order at the kiosk ordering station. They can take some time to make the takoyakis, but you can watch them make the takoyakis from behind the glass at the counter. Also since this place is so popular you sometimes have to wait for them to make your ice cream too, but I don’t mind the wait because their ice cream concoctions are worth it.

“I always wanted to try somisomi and glad I was able to while visiting San Jose. Only thing that was disappointing was the taiyaki since it was overcooked. The soft serve (oreo and matcha mix) was super tasty. “Among all of us we had the Rose, Kulfi, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and also the puppy icecream. All the flavors were really nice and you could see real vanilla bean powder, nuts in the different flavors. Pepper did not stop licking till her icecream was done and then was looking for more. There is so much packed into one thing (pineapple, mango, orange, tamarindo straw, chammoy, tajin and squirt, and it is so delicious. Tart, sweet, sour, and most importantly, refreshing. The crepe was soft and warm. Freshly made, too. Next time i go, I'll definitely try the ice cream. They have so many flavors to choose from. The staff were very polite and attentive. “Interesting flavors to try. I am glad they let you sample a little. The cinnamon seemed a little burnt according to one taster, the caramel one as well. The strawberry seemed to have a yogurt taste but also more of a raspberry flavor. I chose the mint with chocolate chip which was reminiscent of the leaf itself. It is a nice dessert place whether or not you had a big meal. Service is nice. PS there was a neat "show" if someone before you orders a toasted marshmallow.“

Her recipes are delicious and traditional. My favorite one is the raspado de Guanábana (soursop). It’s perfectly sweet and the pieces of fruit are delicious. I have also tried and liked her limon, rompope, vainilla, coco, nuez, mango con chile and chicle flavors.I recommend also trying their tostilocos with everything plus extra hot sauce. They are super delicious and a very generous size. Her fruit cups are also really good. The fruit is always perfectly ripe and fresh.Definitely recommend when you’re in Redwood City. All her antojitos are delicious, fresh and never overpriced. Great value, taste and quality.“

Orders take awhile. We've also been ignored for a curbside order before. That was an unfortunate night. Overall, we opt for other places before Crumbl, unless the flavors sound like something you NEED to try. Which thankfully doesn't happen too often, since there's a high chance they won't be very good. Flavors are also oftentimes sold out.“
