“I stopped in after grabbing a meal nearby, looking for any boba in the recent heatwave.
Let me tell you, I was in for a surprise and I didn't even know it.
Upon entering I was greeted by a comfortable and clean atmosphere and good music. To my surprise, just behind the glass on the counter was a worker actively making the fresh boba pearls!
Ordering the drinks went nicely and they had a very good selection of teas and flavors.
I opted for the simple and classic Brown Sugar Boba w/Fresh Milk, and it was one of cleanest, smoothest boba drinks I've ever had.
The owner was on site and she was very kind and generous by answering any questions and letting us sample her freshly made boba. She showed such passion for her craft and the business and it shows in the quality of the product provided.
The fresh boba she let me sample was absolutely delightful and had a flavor unlike any of the typical tapioca boba pearls you would find at your average boba shop.

Definitely suggest coming to Mr. Sun Tea and trying out their boba. A simple review can't begin to show the difference in taste and quality.

They have six locations in total and I will be visiting them regularly from now on. Officially my go-to boba spot.“

Been here a bunch before, I've made the mistake of not going more often after I tried the suadero. Chezburrito is fire too. Service is lightning fast and friendly.

“Really enjoyed the Uttapam, Idli, and Vada — all fresh and flavorful. The sambar was delicious too. The coconut chutney had a great texture and taste, but it was a bit too spicy due to the amount of green chilies. Would love it even more if it were slightly milder to balance the overall meal. “Boba Bliss is my go to milk tea shop since is walking distance from work. The place is clean, modern and with plenty of in door and outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. Menu has seasonal items, coffee, teas and drinks that are more on the milk shake side. The tea is freshly brewed if you're like milk tea for the tea flavor. Boba is soft and chewy. Overall one of the best milk tea options out there.“

“A delightful find in Mountain View - local favorite boba place that has won Best of Mountain View awards several years in a row. Bobas are super soft and chewy! I would like my Hazelnut milk tea with stronger tea flavor and my husband’s Dark Plum smoothie to be slightly sweeter at 50% sweet. Not too many sweetness levels in some drinks - it’s either 100% or 50%, prices more reasonable than other boba places.“

Super impressed with their wine selection - I loved that they supported local wineries and they were so knowledgeable about all things wine. The pretzel itself was perfectly baked – warm, soft on the inside, and slightly crisp on the outside. The cheese dip was creamy and flavorful. I only wish they provided a bit more mustard, as it was delicious!

“A fun place for dinner. 10 stars for the excellent, timely, responsive friendly service. It's right next to the train tracks, so it's loud when the trains honk their horns (we sat outside - you won't hear it if you dine inside). But the patio is full - so clearly no one minds the train horns. A great selection of food and drink options.“

The only we had is the clams linguine came in red sauce instead of white, server said he didn't hear it, realized he didn't even repeat the order or the option, was giving it a try even we hate seafood pasta in red sauce, just like you are having red wine with seafood. Pasta was over cooked and salty. The clams were fresh. Waited a while for bill even the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Not a pleasant visit compared to last time during thanksgiving. It was full house but service was quick and food was flawless.“

We are also so grateful that Blue Line Pizza is on Castro Street in Mountain View because Mountain View is a bit of a food desert restaurant-wise for vegans. I was going to order the ahi tuna bowl anyway, so my bountiful and delicious bowl was free. I also had points because I am a rewards member. We had a free appetizer of calamari. This time I did not like the gola kabab it was more like Paste.
The Nihari was awesome with garlic naan and so was the butter chicken masala we also ordered the rotisserie chicken which was also very nice.

This was apparently the former Officers Club building and sits across from the looming Hangar One.

“This is a new restaurant in Mountain View, in the San Antonio Center. It's connected to the new Hyatt Centric, and a restaurant I highly recommend. The Poke Tuna Nachos and Wings were perfectly done and full of flavor. Paired well with an IPA.“

“Came here for a birthday dinner with a big group and it was so good! We tried so many different dishes. The pork rice noodle roll was the stand out for us. We also enjoyed sesame buns, chicken feet, shumai, and the cucumbers. Also the duck appetizer was so good. Highly recommend this spot for a group meal.“

Stopped by for some gelato and was really impressed by the variety of flavors, especially the lactose-free (vegan) options. Got to try three samples, and all of them were smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced. It can be hard to find good dairy-free gelato, but they nailed the texture—creamy and satisfying without feeling icy or thin.

Service was friendly and efficient, and there was no long wait, making it an easy stop for a quick treat. The setting is nice, though more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and linger.

If you’re lactose-intolerant or just love good gelato, this place is definitely worth checking out!“

“This was our first time at Scratch. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was great. The servers were very considerate. I was with friends I hadn't seen for a while and we were chatting.
