It was the perfect amount of food I couldn't have eaten anymore and I paired it with a negra Modelo which held up very nicely to the savory deliciousness of the adobada“

“Hands Down the best carnitas of all of San Diego. My family and I always buy our carnitas here. We get the carnitas by the pound and they are delicious 😋. They also catered 2 of my party events my baby shower and my daughter's 1st communion at a reasonable price. I said I wanted for 50 people and they set it up in party trays and I picked it up. It came with everything: carnitas, rice, beans ,3 salsas, chiles with sauted onions, guacamole and chicharrones. To ensure that they stayed walm i put the food on party trays warmers. My guest loved it and was a hit ♥️🙏“

The service was the best part of the experience. Great attention was given to our comfort, order accuracy and well being.

“I have been here a few times and and I thought I reviewed it but I guess I didn't.
I popped in for a quick bite but I didn't have much time so I placed the order and went to go pick up. The online ordering process was so easy!

I walked in and the woman was so welcoming and told me my order would be right out. Her hospitality combines with the beautiful wall art, decorations and their Salvadorian pride flag gave such an inviting and warm atmosphere.

I ordered a couple Pupusa Revulta that had chicharon, beans and cheese in side and it was such a good combination! The Pupusa was cooked perfectly, the chicharon was so tender and flavorful and there was just the right amount of beans and cheese inside! Paired with the sides of salsa and pickled cabbage made for such a good meal!

Overall Silvia Pupuseria is a gem! I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!“

“Drive thru, I ordered a Machaca burrito with sour cream and a Quesadilla w guacamole.. The Burrito is one of the best I've had in San Diego. The ratio of meat/beef and eggs were perfect. Tortilla was nice n soft. Green salsa was great. The Quesadilla also a great side order but this thing could feed 3 people. Very cheesy and guacamole made the Quesadilla very tasty. I'm definitely going to try more of their menu. My experience was pretty good and I'll be back.“

“Drive thru was busy on a Thursday evening around 8:30pm. It's probably just like us, having late dinner.

We ordered fish tacos, adobada tacos, and carne asada fries. We are not sure if it was on the menu, but we just took the risk of asking if they have caldo de res. And luckily they have. My kids love caldo de res.

The price point was good, especially for the amount of food you get. Fish tacos were loaded with a big slice of fish. Topped with cabbage and maybe a mixture od pico de gallo. I like the fries because they are crispy even when we have to wait till we get home to eat.“

“I ordered a full Torta, Carne Asada! Muy bueno!!! Bread, toasted. Meat, well seasoned. I asked for no mayo, no onions. What a deal! On a Sunday at around 2pm, no line for me! It cost 12 bucks and some change. Well worth it. I have a full belly. People forget just how good a torta can be. Roberto’s torta’s are soggy, but not here. If I’m in the area again, I will order again!!!“

“I haven't been to Zarlitos in so long, maybe even years and nothing has changed! I came in wanting a simple Filipino breakfast and I found exactly that here!

I walked in and the restaurant was pretty big inside with lots of seating and it was nicelt decorated. The host sat me right away and gave me a menu. I did have to ask for water though but that's okay because there were only two people working from what I could see and there were a lot of take out orders coming in.

Initially, I asked for a small bowl of sinigan and they sais they only do large orders so i decided to skip it. I ordered the beef silog with a side of spam and lumpia. The beef was well seasoned but a little tough honestly, it was still really good the eggs were cooked perfectly, sunny side up and nice and runny. The garlic rice was a nice balance to the dish as well. The spam was cut at a decent thickness and added a good depth of flavor to the meal. And the lumpia was alao pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but still very enjoyable.

Overall it was good ans worth a visit if youre looking for a nice homemade meal.“

The (asada, chicken, adobada) tacos, mulitas, beans, and rice were very tasty and included all the fixings as well as aguas frescas. The thing that puts me off is that they don't offer or make the effort to give you green salsa at the drive thru anymore (they used to a long time ago). They have it available for dine in but not for the drive thru.“
