Started to come to them when they were over in NoHo now they are in Glendale (sit down spot) & who knows where they will be next! Love this place, I get breakfast & lunch here haha remember they close at 2 PM so make it there on time and get a FEW meals. (Try all items on the menu to find your favorite!)“

“The eggs were fewer, the meats more,the price a lot higher, and they no longer have the tray with a selection of pancake syrups. This new set up was quite noisy - reminiscent of "Olive Garden". The pros are that it returned to my immediate area in a spot with more parking than you can imagine. Still, their food is good and I'll be back.

Stand on line to place/pay for my order. Grabbed my number, took a few steps where I cured my coffee, needed additional napkins and my hot sauce. Next thing I know , this lovely plate was presented. “Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.

It was good, not the greatest, but good. There are a few other vegetarian options I will have to try, and I heard their breakfast is really good! I will have to come back again.“
