“I stopped by this Starbucks inside Target today to get a drink. I wanted the Strawberry Acai but they ran out of it so I just got iced water instead. There was only one worker taking orders and making the drink so it was slow but the customer service was great.“
“I stopped by here tonight to take my sister to get her Starbucks coffee. When I pulled into their lot, there was no cars in the drive thru at 8pm so I chose going through there. When i got to the ordering area, the person working the drive thru was already laughing. I think theh saw me reserve since I originally passed the ordering box because I didn't see it. My sister got ice Chai Latte. She said the Chai Latte was pretty good, they put light ice on it and still fill it to the top so thats a win-win. The payment was pretty simple, we pulled up to the window and he scanned the barcode on my sister phone. The lot where this place is in is not that big so be aware and the drive thru can back up during their busy time.
Parking: There a limited number of parking spots here but be aware to stay away from the drive thru line or you might get boxed in.

“OMG! I’ve never felt so loved and welcomed by strangers not only once but every time, they have such a strong uplifting team not only to each other but to customers too. I’ve been here before, I just moved here for college and I started going here with all my friends during a program. They treat us like every day friends and sometimes that’s what people need. Recently what made me want to drop this review was I was having a difficult time and decided to do some things that would make me feel better and instantly I was met with eager employees and compliments and social interaction which is what I need the most during these times and they made today a lot easier than it could’ve been. They also have the cutest place for uplifting sticky notes and reading them was so helpful. I’m so glad this Starbucks is within walking distance, I will visit often. The food is always good the drinks are always good the people are always good, etc. Thank u Northridge Starbucks!

“My wife wanted her Iced Chai Latte and everything bagel so we stopped by this Starbucks today. We came a little before lunch and used the drive thru. They weren't that busy so the line moved by quickly. I just got a venti iced water. The staff were polite and we didn't have any issues during our visit today.“
“I stopped by here to get my wife her Chai Latte and since I was also looking at the Halloween decorations inside Target. We came like 30min before they closed so they weren't busy. I put in the order and the drink was ready within like 2 minutes. They have some dining table here if you want to sit and drink your coffee.

“I stopped by this Starbucks tonight inside the Northridge mall on the first floor. There are two Starbucks inside Northridge mall, one is on the first floor next to JCPenney and the other is on the second floor inside Macy where the jewelry department is at.
When my wife and I stopped by this Starbucks location tonight, they were not busy at all because it was the final hour before the mall closes. My wife got her peach green tea and I got a mango Dragonfruit. It didn't take the barista long to make our drinks. I was able to watch him make the drink since I waited next to the pick up area. They have seating inside of the store and also outside as well because it's inside the mall. There are also more seating as well near the water fountain.“
“Wow, completely remodeled with accessible door plates (handicap). There is no more indoor seating; all tables are al fresco.
Cons: There are no more outlets or wall sockets. There are only a few umbrellas, which do not cover the entire patio. There are only 12 chairs and 6 tables under 3 umbrellas.
The heat and the sun on the patio are unbearable if you are not under the umbrellas.
The heat makes the two big trash cans smell more.
If you are a student this is not a spot for you.

“This is my local Starbucks. I usually come for my morning coffee and breakfast around 8am. They’re always so quick to prepare my order. It is always accurate and tasty. The lines move fast. You are greeted by friendly employees. I came in today for a mobile order and the manager saw me waiting and quickly helped me look up my order. I had placed it in a different location. He was so accommodating in getting it sorted for me. Their attention to detail and great customer service is why I love coming here. Thank you! Keep up the great work.“
