“This has been a regular spot of mine even after I moved out of the immediate area. The chicken box is a great little meal & my favorite but the grilled bowl is also delicious. Actually everything I've had here is delicious and the evening vibes are fantastic. Low lights & music that doesn't distract from conversation. Did I mention the disco ball?“

“Come on Now! I hurt my mouth so the only thing I can eat was porridge. But where can I find porridge? I found it here after googling porridge… And it was fantastic. Not “the best” in terms of the fancy restaurant style of rice porridge (juk) but definitely more homey vibes version. Like how your mom or granny would make it.

The banchan (side dishes) were really fresh and a lot of variety. I’m going to try more menu items once my mouth heals.

This place has great comfort foods and classic korean foods most other places don’t have! More authentic. Not your basic trendy Korean spot.

Also, the lady who runs the register and serves is so kind. She is like the best Korean auntie. Just a kind soul.

I will bring my wife and our families (Lord willing)!

“Very delicious place. Authentic Korean food and they always take care of you so well! Their rice is always fluffy, kimchi and pickled radish on point, and their soups are always well made. I usually get the #1 but I have tried their other dishes such as the black goat soup and the #9 pork soup. Very friendly servers and the cook always works hard. Love this place!“

“Amazing food love Korean fusion especially the bulgogi burrito 🌯🌯🌯the burrito is so packed it will likely fall apart as the tortilla cannot contain all the incredible food and delectable ingredients. They have a variety of different ramen that you’re able to cook and customized! You can choose what toppings you want, and basically control the flavor, softness of the noodles, etc. It was such a fun experience!

The Tuna Kimbob was also super delicious and incredibly filling. I love Kimbob, and I used to take some of my best friend’s all the time when she brought them for lunch at school. So this was soooo nostalgic ✨

The pork cutlet was also HUGE, for one, but it was also sooooo good and crispy. It’s definitely an item that I think is for sharing because I could not finish that myself.

Overall, if you’re craving authentic Korean style street food, this is the place to go!

“Starting with the food. I got the fresh salmon, popping salmon, fluffy egg, and grilled spicy pork. I liked the fluffy egg and grilled spicy pork the best.
Fresh salmon is alright. It is what it is with basically poke quality salmon. Light and refreshing.
Popping salmon has like sort of a buldak/rameny flavor for the marinade which I didn’t like but my partner liked. Not too spicy.
Grilled spicy pork is fairly typical dwaegi gogi, which i like so i’m a little biased. i thought it was good with the yubu. Plenty of pork marinade seeping through the rice. Not very spicy.
Fluffy egg did not have as much roe as the picture lead me to believe but it was good. It also had a few salmon roe for some reason but I liked it. Nice and savory. Egg was wet-ish and soft. nice.

Prices are fairly reasonable. I’d say 3-4 would be a pretty filling meal for the average person. about $5-7 each yubu after tax. I’ve never seen a yubu restaurant before. Vibes are kind of grab and go but they have a decent amount of seating for like groups of 4-5 maybe (like 3-4 tables)

Pretty okay neat looking modern place on the inside. I might try again if I was craving something in particular. I wanted to try the Garlic Butter Crab that other reviews were talking about.“

food, service and atmosphere was superb.
it is on the pricey side but I think it is worth.
i didn't tell them it's was my birthday but somehow they figured out and brought me seaweed soup which is a traditional soup you eat on your birthdays.

I grew up eating so many ramen and Chinese noodle plates in San Gabriel Valley area and at little tokyo, Jeong 's noodle is my top 1 or 2. I invited my family and friends over to try it,they all liked it. The business next door has people lining up all the time, but I wasn't impressed by their food. Jeong 's Noodle deserves that long line.“

Got the Korean katsu meal which comes with soup , along with a roll of bulgogi kimbap and my husband got their combo set with ddukbokki and kimbap, which came with two dumplings.

“No fancy looking photos, good tasting soups for dinner. We did a take out, and was amazed how they packed the food. It was so sealed, good thing i have scissors during our trip. Then later found out they provided a plastic cutter for the film.
We really enjoyed the beef rib soup. Kimchi was really good too. I know their pork belly soup was popular too, but its not much to our liking. The seafood pancake probably had too much egg on the batter, it became more omelette. But its still tasty.“

“They were not joking when they called this comfort food. I was sick, and it was raining, so I wanted something warm and hearty. This place seemed like the obvious choice, and far exceeded my expectations. Food came out fast and blistering hot, but still perfect temperature to eat right away. It was somehow nostalgic, even though it was my first time trying this dish. The tofu was extremely soft, but held its shape well, and very flavorful from absorbing the liquid. It really felt like it cured by illness.

Portion size was also very generous, which is always important. The menu was also pretty varied, I could imagine coming back multiple times and trying something new each time.“

“Kaju Soft Tofu still has my favorite soontofu ever: galbi soft tofu.

The crazy thing is soontofu costs $17.99 per bowl! This includes the rice bowl that comes in the stone pot. Add water to it after you remove the rice. Take it home to drink. This also includes the side dishes, like kimchi cabbage, kimchi radish, bean sprouts, etc.

You order on the tablet at your table. When you need to check out, there is an option on the tablet too.

I docked one overall star because the service was lacking. The tablet has options to ask for water or get the check, but there is no button to get to-go containers or more napkins. It was hard to flag down someone, and it took them even longer to get what we asked for.
