“Pizza is not a favorite dish for me and I can have it occasionally but this place is something else!! I’m impressed by how good the pizza is but also how great the heating area is outside. I have their chicken pasta, but without onions or mushrooms and it was so amazing. The group go there lunch and it was super good taste it’s not going to be my last. I used to like lays but now this is another level of pizza. I will definitely return here and recommend it to friends and family.“

“I can't remember the last time I have been to a place that hit all the marks on overall satisfaction!... Edenic nails it with their atmosphere, prices, and most importantly to me their customer service. Oh and ofcourse can't forget how amazing their smoothies are. Having tried every smoothie on the menu, I can definitely say that if you like all natural and healthy ingredients put into your body, without lacking flavor, then edenic is a must! And this is coming from someone who has tried every smoothie place under the sun. I knew edenic had something special when I was able to get my sugar obsessed , never try anything healthy or new teenage son addicted to their smoothies. Also would love to note that their chicken pesto panini sandwich is by far one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.“

“Ordered the TNT Bahn Mi , Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi. , Fish vermicelli and 2 Ube Milk Tea. They ran out of brown sugar boba, so we ordered crystal boba instead. All of it was very good. We ate there and there wasn't enough space to sit until a couple left. The shop is pretty small, but I understand that it is a take-a-way restaurant. They seemed very busy based on the rushing around and a couple people waiting for their orders. We would definitely go back. So much better than "fast food".“

“Jason from Ruffhouse was fantastic! He catered our wedding in Ventura on 9/21 for about 97 people, and he was incredibly prompt with communication, very easygoing and professional. The food was SO GOOD - the venue we had chosen didn't have a kitchen available, so they brought in all the food freshly prepared and kept it hot. Our guests were raving about it - they especially loved the brisket. My husband is from Texas and I'm from California, so it was extra fun given it's CA-TX bbq. “Channel Islands Juice in Ventura is a fantastic spot for high-quality (though not freshly made) juices and healthy bites. The chia pudding was absolutely incredible—hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, with the perfect texture and flavor. On the other hand, the Power Up smoothie was a bit underwhelming, lacking the bold taste I was expecting (I added coffee to it). That said, the overall experience was great, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff - Kai especially- who clearly care about what they do. “I always love a stay at the Ojai Valley Inn!! I usually come with my husband and kids. When we visit we love the kids pool, kids club, tennis courts, bike rental and driving range. Along with the fabulous restaurants where we can see them running around while we eat. All the rooms we’ve stayed in have always been large and amazing. This trip I brought my mom and sister for their birthdays. I booked it through American Express Fine Hotels. This gave us $70 towards breakfast everyday, $100 hotel credit, chocolates in the room, 4PM checkout and a room upgrade if available. When we arrived they said they were fully booked and could not offer a room upgrade. I have always been it great rooms and expected the basic room to be the same. Unfortunately it wasn’t. It was small, had a small balcony with only 2 chairs- there were three of us, and a view of dirt. I’m not one to complain but we were there to celebrate my mom’s and sister’s birthday so I asked if we could be moved to a room that could at least have room for all 3 of us in the balcony. They were able to find a room in Shangrila and it was great. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills and a huge balcony with loungers and a table with 4 chairs. Thank you to the manager that switched our room!!! We enjoyed all the amenities at the Inn. Delicious food at the Oak and great with gluten allergy. - the night hostess and front manager were rude but everything else wonderful. We used the fitness area and attended yoga and water Pilates which we loved. We went to the artist cottage and made succulents. Really enjoyed the artist cottage happy hour with a glass of wine and potpourri. Adult pool was super relaxing and service there was excellent. As with every time I leave there I can’t wait to go back. It is an amazing resort with excellent service.“

Family owned and run, the staff is very nice. This will continue to be our go to spot for lunch here in Ojai.

“The location is terrific. We sat on the outside patio where it was relaxing, shaded by beautiful trees, comfy chairs, twinkly lights - really a nice ambiance. I can’t give the food as high marks as the restaurant’s physical attributes but it was more than okay. I had the pasta bolognese which was very under-seasoned and kind of flavorless (the pasta was perfectly al dente though). My husband had the duck breast which he thought was excellent. The service was pretty good although I had to wait so long for my aperitif that the food arrived before the drink! That was disappointing and I got antsy just sitting there empty handed for an unreasonably long time (I finally told them to bring my husband’s drink so at least one of us had something). That said, I have no hesitation to recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner out or special occasion.“

“We stopped there for lunch. We made reservations as recommended but not sure if it was necessary because there was nobody else there when we got there just before noon but filled up after 12:30.

The atmosphere was wonderful sitting on a warm day in the patio. The server was very attentive to our needs.

This is a place dedicated to SLOW FOOD. Allow at least 1 hour for lunch, at least 1.5 hours if you are having a dessert.

Food was extremely well prepared and you can taste the difference in quality and careful preparation. BTW, the crab cakes are the more spiced variety.

We REALLY enjoyed the Bread Pudding which is served with freshly prepared Caramel Sauce.“

“We had Sanders & Sons cater our wedding and it was so incredible! They were great to work with and even had us over to have a tasting so we could select our favorite flavors. They were also great with letting us adjust our menu, allowing us to mix and match up to 8 flavors (depending on how much of each flavor you wanted of course). They also supplied cups, spoons, and napkins as part of the package so it was great to not have to worry about that.

I'm pretty sure everyone finished some of the flavors I wanted to try before my husband and I could even make our way over there. But they saved a pint of pistachio just for us and that was the sweetest!

Highly recommend them if you're looking for a gelato vendor for your event!

Although everything I’ve ordered here has been excellent, my very favorites are the Avocado Bomb (the best I’ve ever had) and the Sushi House Roll. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.“
