Starbucks in Oceanside

“I recently visited this Starbucks location and was pleasantly surprised. The store was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and efficient staff. They were not only courteous but also went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone seeking a quality cup of coffee and a friendly, welcoming environment.“

“I should have made this review a long time ago, because I love the place, but something extra prompted me to make a post. 10AM Saturdays I spend my 10 minute break quickly picking up coffee for me and a coworker at this location, but they didn't put coffee in one of my coffees (11-2-24). I usually can understand missing something when it is busy, but how does one not put coffee in the coffee? I now have to test them before leaving...

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic I appreciate that I can replace the sweeteners with stevia. Also Almond and Coconut milk is there if you can't have cow milk“

“Just went through the drive thru. I asked for the barista to surprise me with a drink that was hot, strong and sweet. Callie came through with a delicious drink! It is so good! Callie was very polite, friendly and made my day. I will definitely return!“

“This afternoon Andrew was killin' it. He was in turbo mode making drinks and making them tasty. The wait was long as it usually is at this location but Andrew gets 5 stars for hustle. The guy working the window was also very personable and polite. Even though this location is the closest it's usually my least favorite because of unexpected closures, out of products, and long wait times.“

“I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I’m not a huge coffee or tea drinker but I saw a special on the Albertson’s Store App for any Grande beverage. I decided to give it a try. Anjalea greeted me. I mentioned hadn’t used the Albertsons app for something like this before. She helped me with that. I mentioned what I was looking for, she asked a couple of questions regarding my preferences then says “I got You”. “ It’s one of my favorites”. She had a co-worker with her and I am so sorry I didn’t get her name. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and spot on for the drink I was looking for on this very hot day. Kudos to both these ladies. I felt welcomed, and the Paradise Drink that was suggested and then expertly made - well AWESOME !!! Doesn’t begin to describe it. Thank you and a big shout out to these ladies that gave me a great experience while at the Marron Rd Starbucks inside the Albertsons store. My UPS box is in same shopping center and I will be stopping in and ordering the Paradise Drink now. “I read reviews and got nervous bc the other Starbucks on mission by stater bros sounds just as bad with making coffees wrong but this is my fourth visit and they have made me and my husbands drinks right all 4 times! It’s a little further from my house but at least I’m getting my coffee just the way we like it. Parking is hard sometimes bc it’s a congested little shopping center but hey I’d rather get my $7 coffee made right“

“Instead of waiting at the Oceanside Amtrak station for my wife's arrival I decided to spend some quality time at Starbucks located in the WalMart Shopping center, right off Highway 76. The Amtrak station is just 7 miles from this location and I had a couple of hours. The staff at this Starbucks were very nice and my Venté Black iced tea tasted great, especially during this heat wave we've been experiencing in Southern California this week. (I live in Lake Elsinore). I stayed until about 8 pm and the staff made it a very enjoyable experience for me. Thanks so much!“

“So, I admittedly am not a coffee house person and rarely frequent them . Yesterday I was meeting a friend at this Mission location Starbucks and was having a hard day. When I went to order, I was flustered and didn’t know what to say, this angel barista, Monique, was so sweet and so patient…she made my whole day! I very much enjoyed my coffee after this and thanked her again. Great , great service.“

“Had a pleasant experience at this location. Barista that took my order was professional and polite. I wanted to try Blackberry Sage Lemonade but wasn’t quite sure. He took time to explain the product and I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed. Nice refreshing flavor tart but yet has some mild sweetness to it without overpowering natural flavors of blackberry. Perfect for a warm day to help you stayed hydrated with a twist of berries. And my doggO loved the pup cup. That’s his favorite 🐾🐾🐾“

“This Starbucks does not play!
The young man and young lady that were taking orders around 12:30PM today were just amazing. They simply took my order and delivered my request right to the drive-through window.
I’m not trying to talk smack on other Starbucks, but honestly, it’s not very common for me to get exactly what I request.

“I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year now. The friendliness of the team always gives me a great start to my day. They go out of their way to make connections with you and always make the drinks delicious! Not to mention, they’re quick. No other Starbucks does it like them!“

“There are only power outlets at the long, center table. Slight bummer since I prefer to work in a corner, but that's my only complaint. Courtney is professional, kind, and confident. She kindly ensured I planned to be a paying customer before helping me find what I needed. I saw her field a bunch of customer service requests, including someone who was looking for donations for a charity event. Courtney made a phone call and arranged free coffee for their staff. She was also moving quickly behind the counter to prep food and drinks. I didn't mean to be a corporate spy for Starbucks today, but damn you guys have a gem of an employee here.

Wifi speed is adequate but not great. 3mpbs down, 5mpbs up.“

“Last month I ordered a drink and was curious about one of their new drinks. The barista at the drive-thru offered to give me a sample. I was expecting one of those tiny sample cups, but she gave me a full drink. She was so kind! I ended up loving the drink and ordered it a bunch more times.“

“I would love to give it a five, but they always seem to be out of almond milk. Then you have to go somewhere else. With a lot of drinks using milk alternative you would think that you would have enough almond milk on hand or to be able to go to the grocery store and buy some almond milk.“

“First time visiting. I went around 955am on a Tuesday morning and it was packed. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I had to walk in to order my white feta wrap & hot coffee. Customer service was good. My wrap was not fully cooked through. I can tell it was rushed. I will return but next time I will definitely order via the app.“
