The chicken had a flavorful dry rub, and the skin was perfectly crispy while the meat stayed incredibly juicy. The tri-tip was tender and packed with flavor, and the brisket had a rich, smoky taste that hit all the right notes. But the surprise standout? The tri-tip chili—absolutely outstanding! The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and comforting, and that loaf of garlic bread didn’t stand a chance once we got started. Add in friendly, helpful service, and you've got a 5-star experience. “We had such a great experience here and can’t recommend this spot enough. The owner and manager were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, especially in allowing us to host a groomsmen proposal dinner in their private room. From the very beginning, reserving the space was easy and stress-free.

The manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of and even the owner—who I spoke with on the phone—came across as such a genuinely great guy. You can really tell they care about their guests.

“Ok, I've been going to this spot (ONLY smoke bbq at all I get) since covid and I have NEVER had anything that but the Best bbq, you owners are bar none the Nices people! Now.... I had a piece of pork rib (end piece) that changed pork ribs forever for me. It had the Perfect flavor, texture, and was just MIND BLOWING! I actually have half of it for later! “The ribs are seasoned and smoked to perfection. The oxtails are smoked and tender. The Mac n cheese is absolutely delicious and the greens...I could eat them daily. I will definitely be ordering whenever he comes to the town.

“If you're just looking to get your fill this hole in the wall Mongolian place is a great way to do that. The prices are reasonable and they will give you a refill for your soda. The one item I missed out on the last couple times was the soft serve machine. Dinner and lunch are priced different and its all you can eat for dinner, they offer to-go prices as well. The cooks who whip together your noodle bowl really appreciate the tips. Not the nicest place but its all about getting full here.“

This spot seriously delivered… if you’re a sandwich person, you NEED to try this place 🤤

I ordered the Black Cadillac and wow… one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while 🙌 It’s loaded with tri-tip, black garlic butter, sweet balsamic glaze, lettuce, tomato, white onion, and parmesan cheese and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell the meat is smoked for a long time because it’s super tender and has that deep, rich, smoky taste 😮‍🔥

That said, the meat definitely carried the sandwich. I almost wish there were a bit more toppings to balance it out, like extra balsamic glaze or more lettuce and tomato. But if their goal is to really highlight the meat, then they nailed it 👏

Also got the mac and cheese on the side and this was not your average mac… it had pieces of brisket mixed in which made it even better 🧀 The flavor was so good and really complemented the sandwich

I will say, the wait was a little longer than expected for the size of the line, but honestly… completely worth it once you get your food 👏
