“Perfect joint to grab some drinks and great Mexican cuisine. They have a full bar and a nice big menu of food. We got the Chilaquilas Con Carne Asada with eggs over medium and red and green salsa. It had the perfect spice and was an extremely big portion. The carne was tender and not chewy. The eggs were also perfectly done. We also tried a veggie omlete that was also cooked to perfection. Fluffy egg, not dry and tasty fresh veggies with fresh slices of avocado. Served with rice and beans that are fresh and delicious. My buddy ordered two Michelada's with Modelo and loved them!! Our waitress was also SUPER friendly and took care of us. Will be back again soon.????

“We always! have the best experience when we come to eat and our favorite Taco shop in the Coachella Valley Las Carretas Taco shop in Palm Desert off of Washington Street Janey, Natalie, Salvador, Daniel, always smiling and always ready to give great customer service with hot and fresh authentic Mexican food that makes your mouth water I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a great meal in the Coachella Valley, prices are very reasonable, and huge if you ask me my favorite is #4 pretty much everything is fantastic here, that's why "The Bondservant's" love coming here not to mention my wife April LOVES the rice ???????????“

“The staff are so kind and are very hospitable and welcoming. The complimentary chips and salsa are to die for. The horchata was great. I went for Taco Tuesday $1.49 per taco. I paid $9 for 3 tacos and a regular size Horchata not including tip and I was stuffed and so happy I fell into a food coma after. Definitely will be back! Also a easy going environment.“

“I went here for a quick lunch while waiting for a meeting. Man was it good! It was my first time and I just went through the drive through but I was so glad I did. I got the chicken beat sandwich and fries. Both were excellent! The price wasn't too bad so I will definitely be back!“

“We had a terrific lunch here; excellent fish tacos! Comfy, authentic atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. The chips (made on-site) were the best we'd ever had; so fresh and crunchy that we ordered a bag to go, too! I highly recommend this Cucina!“

“We've eaten here before and it was pretty good. This time was the exception. Ordered a pork burrito and the inside was cold...COLD. Sent it back and within a few minutes it reappeared and again COLD inside. 3 times a charm...but as hot as it should be. One other issue is that the burrito came with NO sauce which left the dinner dry. Also...to get rice/beans was an additional $5. Not sure what the manager is thinking with price issues...but will not be going back until we hear their dinners are much better...and pricing in line.“

“I have been to the Sedona location and the Palm Desert location is even far superior. The taste, presentation and service were all exceptional... especially given that they have only been open for three weeks. The Mole Enchilada was the best I have ever had. Decor was fresh, modern, open, airy and welcoming. Nice bar to sit at as well. I will be coming back many times. Bob K Palm Desert“
