“As usual, Ramen Nagi has a long wait. Sometimes there are lulls in the line, which is when I happened to get in. The line is outside, so be prepared for the weather. When you get close to the front, they give you a sheet to fill out on what you want. I got the squid ink with everything the usual except with lower sodium and a 4 on spice. I should have asked for more spice, 4 was not that spicy! I also like the thick noodles, the thin ones are a little too thin. The meat on the top of the squid ink ramen was scrumptious!!

The service, once they get you seated, is super fast. I added the bean sprouts from the table to mine! We also split a chicken kaarage, which was yummy. I had enough to take home a little in a too go box!“

“The staff were all so welcoming and attentive, especially our waitstaff, Oliver. Our dishes were filled with fresh ingredients, and we ordered our must-haves: tea leaf salad, pad thai, and coconut chicken curry, which we would order again and again, but not likely the fiery lamb and tofu. It was overseasoned, and I couldn't appreciate the flavor of the lamb. We tend to enjoy foods that are fresh, lightly seasoned to complement the star of the dish, not overwhelm it.“

“Went to another shake shack in Southern California, this one was very good but I personally would go to the Southern California one since this was my first experience in the north. Staff were friendly however, didn’t greet us when we came in and the table was slightly oily and had crumbs from previous customers that were not cleaned up. I did enjoy the burger but it was not the best experience that I got from the Southern California ones.“

“We stopped by on a busy Saturday evening and ordered the coconut breeze and the mango mochi coconut pudding. I like how both items taste fresh and not too sweet. The mango is ripe and sweet. The drink had a lot of textures and is well balanced.“

“This is my wife and I's go to spot whenever we are at the mall. We may not shop for anything but will always get the bowls at World Wrapps. Love that they can substitute tofu in any of the bowls - makes it great for vegetarians as well. The sauces add a lot of flavor so the pro tip is to get that on the side with the Ube Horchata :)“

“New York Pizza in Palo Alto is, in my opinion, the best pizza in the Bay Area. The taste of their pizzas is absolutely delightful, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The staff is just amazing, so attentive, friendly, and always ready to serve and make sure you’re satisfied. I love dining in, but their delivery service is also fantastic. “The chicken is cooked to perfection and the naan bread is good as well. My only complaint is as our group was halfway through our meal, the waitress came over to ask if we wanted dessert. After we said probably not as we were still working on what we had ordered, she then asked if she can close the tab. I felt extremely rushed. Perhaps give your customers sufficient time to finish their meal before asking whether they want dessert (while everyone was still eating) and demanding payment (her exact words were “who’s paying) at that very moment. I like what we had ordered but not sure if i would want to be back again after last nights experience. We were only there for about an hour before she asked us to pay the bill. Service at this restaurant really can use some improvement. The timing of this waitress really ruined the whole experience.“

It really might be what I ordered but for 30 dollars with the substitutions the Gardena soufflé is really underwhelming. But the dishes my friend ordered as well as dishes on tables near us looked much more flavorful and interesting so I’m not docking much from my rating. But overall i left a little disappointed. I would recommend trying something besides the soufflés as I suspect that’s where I made my mistake.“

Until, we talked, I stopped ordering from Terun on principle. I was a frequent client. Takeout customers must be honored for requests that are gladly honored when in the dining room. Takeout customers should be thanked for not causing dirty tablecloths and dishes -- and LOYALTY. Jessica reinstated that loyalty. I truly hope that the owners appreciate her. Without extra sauces the food is too dry. With it, delicious. The prices honor extra sauces and more!“
