McDonald's in Pasadena

“Good is what it is. I came here at 11am and things were busy already. Tons of cars at drive through, parking lot almost full, and here I am trying to pick up food I ordered on app. I picked up food, and the employee was so chill. She had tons of requests, tons of ppl waiting for her, but she did excellent and had excellent attitude and was calm and polite.

I went back to the car only to realize that I needed another order. It was lunch menu already, and I knew I had to order chx nuggets. That orser took a while. Ok, there still were tons of cars in line, 2 lines, and tons of pullup and uber orders. The poor manager (yellow shirt, I assume), I feel for her, running around and handling all the guests that were there. She didnt yell at her employees to move faster. Her employees, especially that same lady who served me earlier in grey with glasses and her coworker (leader?) 8n black quickly tepped up bagging and gwtting all food ready for ppl. When friea were needed, the leader in black stepped up to afd more and cook more fries. The lady with glasses then bagged (took over station that manager was at). When drinks and frozen treats were needed, the manager stepped up and helped with that and drive through. Everything was cooked fresh, no station was lacking, and the poor manager did everything with a smile, even guests at the pick up area asking for condiments, napkins, other drinks, etc. it was awesome teamwork to watch while waiting for my order. Everything fresh and wonderful service.“

“I’ve always ordered via drive thru but today I sat in with my family and was surprised at how clean the location is. All the seats and tables were clean and the bathroom as well! Food came out quickly and no issues with the order. Would definitely say that this is one of the best locations where you can actually sit in and enjoy a meal compared to other locations where I would avoid sitting in.“

“I can only rate and comment on the take-out Orange Chicken and combination Fried. I don’t believe they are equipped for dine in. The orange chicken is good 3.5 to 4 out of 5 stars but the Fried rice is amazing! Like 2x better than any fried rice I’ve had so 10 out of 5. Good flavor, Well seasoned and large chunks of meat. We had a lot riding on a New Years Eve delivery. The large order was delivered right on time to celebrate a 99th year birthday! Food was excellent - thank you“

“This McDonald’s location is mainly drive thru, but they have a few tables for dine in too. The food was well prepared and tastes addicting, McDonald’s fries truly cannot be beat. But the fact that my meal was 1280 calories is criminal. The only reason I got it was for the Genshin Impact promo, I would never come to McDonald’s normally. Service is good and the place is clean, but if you can try to make healthier choices!“
