“Hidden Gem in Pasadena! Very Yum!“

“A beautiful restaurant with lively vibe!

Great wine selection for wine lovers, and a simple cocktail menu for the liquor fan.
They gave me a mega pint for my gin tonic, which I am far from complaining.

The staff is super kind, super attentive to make sure our beverages and table was clear.

We ordered:
Anticuchos - Heart Skewers with a side of roasted potatoes, peruvian corn and rocoto sauce. I am an organ meat fan so this hit the spot. Add a dash of the rocoto sauce as it brings the flavor to a new level

Bistec Con Tllarin Verde: The rib eye steak was perfectly cooked medium rare, seasoned simply. They do provide sauces on the side to enjoy of course. It comes with a savory Creamy pesto Linguine to pair with the protein.

To share with a group of 5, additionally a dish called
Chancho Al Palo : Rotisserie Style Pork, with their crispy skin, sweet plantains and white rice. Comes with a lovely Salsa Criolla. Another well perfected pork, keeping its savory juice within. The Salsa Criolla tops it up to the finest pairing“

“This place has never disappointed me. Over the past nine years, the quality of their food has stayed incredibly consistent—which is rare and honestly impressive.

The Lomo Saltado and Pollo a la Brasa are absolute must-haves. Every time, they hit the mark. The bread and sauces they bring out at the start are also fantastic and set the tone for the meal.

On top of that, the service is always great—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive.

“We came from Florida and were truly impressed with this Peruvian restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavor, and tasted just like homemade cooking. “It's been many years since I had been here since I moved out of area. I visited yesterday for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised restrant had been remodeled looks crisp and clean. Service was great. They served us Bread rolls that are addicting with creamy butter . Food was just as tasty as I remember. I started with fried calamari it was very tender and beautiful crispy crunch. A must try for sure! We had Loma saltado and shrimp saltado flavors were pleasing to my taste buds. We also ordered Garlic shrimp plate . The shrimp was large and plenty . Flavorful . They all came with a side of yummy rice.we were to full for dessert but i'm hoping to pace myself next time so I can try one.I recommend this place.“

“Very good place to get your Peruvian food fix. The menu is pretty diverse. We got the classic lomo saltado and tried the ceviche de pescado. They first gave us bread that was garlic bread surprisingly with the aji sauce. It was delicious and spicy and garlicky. The ceviche de pescado was excellent. It had that tangy citrus orange marinade with lime and with the nuts and corn nuts. The white fish was soft and cooked thoroughly and delicious. The lomo came out in huge portions that surprised me (basically two meals). The sauce and fries went well together with the onions rice and tomatoes. The meat was decent and it all went together well.

The table came in a lazy Susan style for family style sharing which is convenient. The waiter was very nice but not very attentive as we had to ask for water and check & boxes by intentionally getting their attention and walking to them for assistance. The decor is very chill and homely with a variety of music in the background. The whole place is very red and decorated with various Peruvian cultural references.

Prices are fairly reasonable for the portions you get.“

Their rotisserie chicken is so good and tasty didn’t leave anything behind, I almost ate the bone 🤤 I’ve have Peruvian food all of the world but this right HERE is the best chicken I’ve ever aren’t in the states, it’s seasoned to perfection and it’s crispy not greasy nor oily. “We stumbled on this place before a Dodger game. Super yummy food with reasonable prices. A little hole in the wall but well worth the effort to park (we parked on the street where there is electric car charging. It wasn’t working so we scored a spot)

“I rarely order Lomo Saltado when I go eat Peruvian cuisine because I'm afraid it won't taste good and I had tried many different Lomo Saltados in different locations where I don't see a reason to even try the plate and leave a review. My intuition told me to try it out here at this location and I wasn't one bit disappointed. Best Lomo Saltado I had in Los Angeles. I tried the Ceviche ✅ I tried the Tallarines a la huancaina with a Medium Well Steak delicious 🤤. Amazing Amazing Amazing!“
