“Free Spirited Bar is an absolute gem. It is incredibly refreshing to walk into a restaurant where the entire menu is vegan by default (they do offer an option to add halal chicken if desired), a total 180 from the usual experience of hunting for that one token plant-based option.
As a group with diverse dietary needs, we were blown away by how seamlessly accommodating they were. We ordered the Alfredo pasta with mushrooms, the marinara pasta, and the buttered scallops, finishing off with the Dirt Coupe mousse for dessert. Every single dish was amazing. The pasta is made in house, and most menu items are made from scratch. A special shout out goes to the gluten-free bread, it was so outstanding we completely forgot it was gluten-free.
It is a sober bar, they don't even have alcohol in their vanilla extract. However, their non-alcoholic cocktail list is extensive. We tried about eight different drinks among us, and each one featured incredibly unique flavor combinations and beautiful presentation.
The owners are so sweet and clearly understand dietary restrictions on a personal level. They took the time to patiently explain everything and made us feel completely at home. I don't live locally, but you can bet Free Spirited Bar will be my go-to spot anytime I’m in town!

“We had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s! The service was excellent, and our server was so kind, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. The drinks were also amazing—perfectly made, not too strong, just right. There was no wait when we arrived, and we were in and out within about an hour without ever feeling rushed. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!“

I love the large varieties of cookies there and they're large! Every cookie and small pie has been absolutely delish! I just had a small key lime pie this past weekend that SO good!“

“Casual coffee / tea shop that also has specialty pastries. Highly recommend their Espresso Cloud iced. It's delish. Also recommend trying the Black Sesame Dark Chocolate Cookie, the Milk Cream Bun, and the Yuja Kumquat Tart; all three are very delish and not too sweet.“

“Their donuts and cookies are always amazing, so my girlfriend ordered me a surprise birthday cake (delivered by Uber). Cake Girl worked with her to come up with this amazing cake! It's my favorite cake I've ever had. I loved the good weighty chocolate with light tasting lemon frosting on top and a chocolate icing between the two layers of cake! “Went there for the first time with three friends on a Saturday at noon. Sure, finding parking was a bit rough, but with people leaving with to go orders we found a great spot pretty quickly. Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. We found a table on the patio & the employees there were also very friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to us, exceptional, especially the potato balls. Sandwich on a croissant also delicious!!! Took a chocolate croissant home & thet was also so yummy!!! I can't wait to go back again & again. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!“

“The New York style slices here are solid with good flavor, plenty of cheese, and a nice firm crust. The quirky option to add a side of spicy ranch would upset a purist, but I liked it. PIZZAISTA! is definitely a good thing for the greater Los Angeles area. But is it destination pizza, a place you should seek out in a special trip? Honestly, I would say no, but I live in New York, and we have places like this all over the city. However, if you're in the area and want a quick slice, this is the ideal spot for you.“

“Kitchen Mouse Bakery is a true delight! Adorable inside, it has the kindest employees and offers all manner of delicious vegan treats. Their breakfast sandwich is an addiction along with their s’mores brownie. “ok this is an unexpected gem… we walked in due to interest, but not really with an appetite for it. ended up trying their spicy crabmeat and a plain crepe… amazing… i was actually blown away by the flavor. usually i have to ask for a sauce, but this came with enough spicy mayo and the seasonings to make it taste perfect. the plain has an amazing flavor by its self, just delicious! we will absolutely be back, the menu is extensive and i’m intrigued by the sweet ones!“

“This place came to the rescue!!! The wedding cake I had made fell over on the long drive. It was a disaster!! Other bakeries near the wedding venue were already closed and others needed at least 48 hour notice… the wedding was happening NOW. I called Sonora Bakery in my final desperate attempt, explained the situation, sent them a picture of the cake and within minutes, they got to work. The cake was delicious and the wedding was saved. Thank you Sonora Bakery…. You have a customer for life!“

“I rarely can find vegan sweets at theme parks. The Berry Tart appears to be more common, but they do offer some seasonal treats. The Berry Tart did have undisclosed nuts, pistachios. If you have allergies I would probably not go to this place. Based on my experience with other restaurants at Knotts, they do not take food allergies very seriously.“

My family and I have followed Chef & Owner Kei since it first started and only had regular priority mail delivery and pickup from a co-op location in Downtown LA. I stopped by after the Montrose Farmers Market, where Sugarbird was before and I believe still is for other Farmers Markets, and Kei herself was managing the store. She was nice and really excited to finally have her own storefront. I got a free tea, free clotted cream, the tea sandwich set, six scones (ube, lemon blueberry, matcha, fig & rosemary, passionfruit & earl grey) and shortbread cookies.“

“I just got the 5-day cleanse. First time I ordered and of course they packaged it wrong according to the person that I've been emailing with. One of the soups seal was broken and it leaked out. Very disappointed with the customer service because she says that they can't send me a replacement soup just to $12 refund for the one that was damaged. I don't know how I'm supposed to do the 5-day cleanse next week as planned as I am now short a soup 😔 First and last order if they can't make this right. UPDATE: I guess they did the best that they could to make it right. They found me a similar soup on Amazon and are sending it to me since for some reason they can't send a replacement soup of theirs“

“My wife and I had a great time visiting Tobara booth when they were set up at the Northridge Farmers market. She wanted to get some dessert for her mom so we looked at what they had. They have different cheesecake, Mexican desserts and so many more.

The prices are reasonable so my wife got the Mexican cheesecake and Estilo Casero for her mom. It is as a man and his son working the booth, they were really nice to use.“
