They're running a special at the moment, plenty of tables and a couple outlets to get work done too. I had their chicken tenders last time and they're solid for a "boba shop".“

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

“The strawberry smoothie is made with fresh strawberries and is delicious. The owner made ours with a modification without batting an eye, and when our four year old began sobbing after spilling hers, he came outside to see what was going on. As soon as he saw what happened, he took her smoothie and filled it up and put new angel wings on it for her. It was so sweet. He takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and it shows. Bravo.“

I also began sampling the rice balls and have two more to go to have tried them all. Delicious!! I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. I have tried at least 20 different drinks and enjoyed all of them. The staff is friendly and professional, worth a stop whether you just want a drink or some delicious food. Highly recommend!! Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

Easy & self explanatory menu and self order via kiosk - they do have cashier but he was busy with making drinks and waffles. “Friendly staff + gr8 service! Funky decor + atmosphere.BUT issues which owners can consider: 1. Where’s the recycle bin? Everything is single use plastics, but there was only 1 bin for general trash for landfill.
2. Why are syrups full of artificial flavors? e.g RED40 in the strawberry!? That stuff needs a warning label in Europe but here we lap it up like a pig plunging into slop. Probably a supplier issue- but surely spend a little more and get some better quality ingredients?
I ended up with a tea, and sure enough it was sweetened… can’t get away from all the sugar. I’ll try the black tea next time- maybe that’ll be sugar free!

“This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. Their portions are much larger than other shops, and the tea flavor is pronounced and not covered by sugar/milk. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding.
