“One of my San Francisco Bay Area Secrets..., that is no longer a secret.

Great Bar and Restaurant; old school making drinks (yes, heavy on the alcohol), a wide selection of worldly beers on the menu, a few beers on tap, and a good selection of amount of food that comes out of that kitchen of theirs.

I have been going to the Warehouse since I was a child, when my parents would take me there for dinner way back in the 1980s. Plus, there is a 11-foot tall polar bear, with another black bear for photography. Next door (random hours) is a clothing, antique store and on Sunday's (spring and summer months) is a live band.

If not live music, there is a jukebox with a very wide selection of music to choose from (with cash or on-line), only one (1) pool table, but because there is so much history in that place, there is no need for any activities like pool.

Overall, one of the best drinking holes in the Bay Area. We Love the Warehouse and shall never go to long without a visit.“

“Brasas do Brazil is an amazing place for a birthday celebration. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the food was absolutely worth it. The quality of the meats was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious.

The service was also outstanding. They even brought out a dessert and sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese, which made the celebration extra special.

I was already so full that day, and my only regret was that I couldn’t eat more! Great food, great service, and a really fun experience. Definitely an awesome restaurant for a special occasion.“

“This restaurant is new to me, but after just a couple of visits, I can already declare that they serve some of the best Thai food in the Bay Area. Using ingredients of the highest quality, the meals are creatively presented in an equally creatively decorated atmosphere.

“I come here almost every week, it's my go-to for filling and fulfilling Korean food. I usually get bulgogi and japchae, although I've tried most of the menu at one point or another and can say it's all very high quality, especially their fried chicken. The side dishes are also fantastic. The staff here are also really lovely and attentive and will refill the side dishes if you ask. I love coming here and highly recommend this place!“

“When people say a place is 'a hole in the wall', it can go two ways. In this case, it means intimate, small and you hope it's not crowded when you go because there are more fans than seats.

We got lucky, and went before (5pm) the crowd flooded in immediatelyafter we ordered. There was only one Hamachi Kama in the house, and we were the fortunate ones to have tasted it. It's clear this fish wasn't previously frozen, (if it was, they knew how to mask it) it was flaky, super fresh and flavorful.

Each piece of the Kensington roll was SO large, I'm embarrassed to share a photo of me cramming it in my mouth, because it was impossible to be graceful.

The beer with a hint of peach was a must try, it perfectly paired with everything we ordered.

All of the great reviews of how good this place is, were true, including mine.

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. “Jen and Cecy and the team at Cafe Soleil catered our wedding at the Brazilian Room, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, they took care of *everything* in the venue, and they were truly a joy to work with. Cecy was very responsive, professional, and patient with our many questions and requests. During the reception, the staff was wonderful with the passed appetizers and the bar, and the servers took care of us (bride and groom) with special attention. At the end of the evening, once our guests were done with the bar, the bartender even came out on the dance floor to teach us a line dance. :-) Jen is a treasure: her professionalism is suffused with genuine warmth, and we felt well taken care of from the very beginning of the process. And did I mention the food was amazing?“

“Today we visited El Jardín de los Sueños Cafe ( Garden of Dreams Cafe) It was crowded but the service was spot on. The ladies serving worked fast and the hot chocolate we order was yummy. The neat thing about this Cafe is that they have a children's play space . They have children's books a doll house and toys. Food wise they have regular Cafe drinks but their hot chocolate has delicious cinnamon. They have omelettes, Bagels ,Sandwiches . protein smoothies and fresh juices. They also carry a variety of candy from Mexico and el salvador. There is also an outdoor seating area. Today being Saturday it was crowded but there was plenty of standing space. I loved the livelyness of the Cafe and overall it was a very interesting place to visit. I think this is a great place for families or for friends to meet.“
