I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. We ordered dirty martinis and when we asked for more olive brine they happily obliged. We ordered fresh and broiled oysters to share as well as mussels abs lobster roll. All were fantastic!
