“Ike's has the best vegetarian subs around! Well, from what I've tried anyway. Few months back I tried their Freddy Krueger sandwich (not vegetarian) on their dutch crunch and it was great. The dutch crunch is delicious. I also tried their James and the giant peach recently and it'll be my go-to anytime I visit for sure! All the ingredients come together perfectly and the vegan fried chicken is good too! Their sandwiches come with a candy (caramel apple lollipops) and as someone with a sweet tooth, I love it. Service was good and my sandwich came out in a timely manner. It's a great place to grab a bite after running errands in the plaza.“

“I ordered the grilled pork sandwich and it came out in less than 5 minutes. They put in a pretty generous amount of pork and pickled veggies, and the bread had a nice, crispy crust. The pork was a little too peppery for me but otherwise well marinated. I managed to find free street parking in the front and was able to grab and go quickly.“

“I can always count on a wonderful meal at the Stevenson Ranch Urbane Cafe. From the warm welcome as you enter to the delicious healthy food. Management and the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure the quality, consistency and presentation of the food is excellent. The restaurant is clean. The line to order moves quickly as well as the delivery of the food. Nice location and the ability to eat outside is nice.“

“I grew up here in the West Valley and have passed this place so many times. I have always been curious to try it since it's a shop that's been on Ventura Blvd for like 20 years. After a friend told me that this used to be her go-to lunch stop, I decided to give it a try. The parking is pretty great given its location. There's a parking structure that is fee free, and there is a side entrance to the shop so you don't have to walk all the way around back to the front street entrance. The cafe its self is has a NYC sub shop vibe to it. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. At my first visit, the shop owner was there helping me decide between sandwiches. The one thing that bummed me out was that they didn't have some of the items I wanted like Swiss cheese and the banana pudding. The owner stated she was out of Swiss for the day and that she hadn't made any pudding. However, I wasn't too upset cause I appreciate a restaurant that uses fresh ingredients! The sub itself, I ordered their Turkey Ham & Cheese, was pretty good! The pickles are house made and are delicious! The only things I didn't like were first, the pickle spear the comes with the sub was way too wet when she plated it with my sub. By the time I finished the first half of my sandwich, the bread of second half was soggy. Secondly, I do not like how they chop their ingredients. I prefer sliced tomatoes and onions and this place uses diced tomatoes and onions. Nevertheless, those are very minor preferences that I had. I still enjoyed the dry half of my sub and have been back a few more times since.“

“The biggest and best chicken tostada you will find anywhere! Baja salad is great with all the colored tortilla chips. Tuna roll, French toast, beef dip, Rueben, Pastrami, Denver omelette, All delicious meals I have had here that were great. Oh yeah, Hamburger with mushrooms, swiss cheese, bacon and tomato with crispy fries! I love this place! Carlos has worked hard to keep this place going with great tasting food. I have been coming here for 20 years and have never had a bad meal. Places like this that have fresh cooked food are hard to come by. I hope God blesses this restaurant with more business. Between a truck smashing into his building causing him to close for almost a year, then the pandemic, then a lot of local businesses closing he has kept working hard with his employees to keep the doors open. You have to try this place out for yourselves. You will be glad you did.“

“I received the ultimate steak pocket. The ingredients are wonderful, but you need a fork to finish it because it was oversalted (which the friendly owner verified and offered to correct), and it was crumbling at the end. The portion and price are both reasonable. For now, I'll give it four stars.“

“I’ve been meaning to review this place for a WHILE. The only reason I didn’t get around to it sooner is because I was always so excited to eat my sandwich that I forgot to take a picture of it. Any sandwich here will be one of if not the best sub sandwich you’ll ever have and are all elevated to the next level with their Italian dressing that you HAVE TO get extra of. The sandwich in the picture is the Pandoras Box, and it’s fantastic, but the Hula Girl, Sweet Caroline, Captain Morgan, Endless Summer or just a traditional sub (I recommend the #6) are all amazing choices you will never be disappointed by. Also all the staff are super friendly. They even recognize my dad and I whenever we go. Easily the best sandwich’s in LA.Parking: It’s parking on Ventura, so it’s sucks, but you can usually find a spot.“

“Got here as they were opening after searching sand which shop, it's a hidden gem deep in a plaza. Got the large special sub and man is it good and so much food. I ate half and had the other half later it was so much. Will be coming back to try the other subs.“

“I've been coming here for so long. This might be the best Vietnamese Sandwich shop in town. It's authentic Vietnamese for sure. They also bake their bread in-house and I've overhead other customers raving about it, sometimes coming in just to buy the bread! Also, try their Vietnamese coffee with your sandwich! I love that they sell other items at the counter in addition to their sandwiches; banh gio, cha lua, banh bot loc, just to name a few. In gacy, I'm craving their food as I'm writing this review! There is indoor seating available, parking is limited but it seems like most customers get their food to go so parking doesn't seem to be an issue.“

“Fantastic food in a busy but fun atmosphere.We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened at this location. The food is fantastic, there is plenty of free parking in the lot behind and usually room to be seated. Friendly staff.The only downside I have noticed over the past few years is that orders can take quite a bit longer than they used to. It's not uncommon to have a 20 to 30 minute wait once food is ordered which can be a bummer with hungry kids.“

“I came into this place because checked the reviews while I was already in the shopping center. I saw the positive reviews about the food and while I was nervous about the wait times mentioned, I had to give it a try. My sandwich came out in about 3 to 4 minutes with about 5 other customer in the shop and 2 also waiting. I got the Dani California loaded up on Dutch crunch and it was really good! Good quality, abundant and filling sandwich. Now I need to try some of the others... Meatball next! The seating area and open kitchen was very clean.“

“This place is absolutely AMAZING! They have, hands down, some of *the* best turkey sandwiches in the country. It’s like Thanksgiving dinner, in a roll, year round. Staff is warm, attentive and very professional. The atmosphere is pretty good as well. The music is loud enough for you to hear it, but low enough to be able to have a conversation with your family and friends without having to scream. Also, it’s “clean” music (no cursing), so it’s a pretty decent place to bring young kids. The establishment seems clean and well kept. I highly recommend their gravy. Dunking your Bobbie in it before taking a night bite is life changing.“

“Stone Oven sandwiches hit every time. My mom and I ordered the garlic basil sandwich and my personal favorite the spicy chicken sandwich with Caesar salad.The oven baked bread is savory along with the ingredients and fresh guacamole in the sandwiches. There salads are also great with the tastiest croutons made from the same oven baked bread. I always enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich!“

“I tried out the hamburger combo with the onion rings and paid almost $20 (normal beach prices). Good portion of onion rings, which were not freshly made, but still warm. The burger was a grilled patty on a plain bun--not bad, but not outstanding. I'd try the sandwiches. They do have a freestyle soda machine, so you can mix up your own flavor, which is a plus. Service is cheerful and quick, and the interior is tidy. They do serve a few beers/Truly. There are big screen TVs that I'm sure you can watch the game/fight on.Vegetarian options: They serve impossible burgers, a falafel sandwich, and a salad wrap.Parking: Street parking varies, as it's on Washington Blvd near the beach. “This is a hidden gem - the paninis are great. The salads are great. I placed an order for a work event I was having nearby, I had probably 20 items on my order. The order was ready on time and all of the items were labeled (which made my job of distributing them so much easier). Everything was very fresh! “Best subway I've been to ever. It was a pretty big space. It was quiet and very very clean and organized. I ordered online and told the guy making my order for extra veggies and that it was okay to squish the sandwich because I know it will be hard to close. I also called that we would be late, and he held it the whole time (they can cancel or throw the order after a certain amount of time). I'm pretty sure he put extra sauce on the sandwiches which was really nice, and it was a fat sandwich. I've literally never had a better sandwich ever except for thisOnly thing is there was two crashes when we arrived, one of which we witnessed. Just please be careful in that area lol.“

“I used to come here way back when. And they are still here!! This is a small townsubshop, they make outstanding sandwiches here. They are about $10.50. Give them a try if your out in canyon country. They serve soft rolls which I like. Be careful NOT to stop here during the Jr high school out time, it can get crazy.“

“My family and I visited this location yesterday, Antonio took our order, his disposition, and he was very friendly and gave us suggestions. Hubby had a wrap, the elite it's new, I had the Italian herb and cheese foot long bread, and chose #8 garlic with olive oil, honey mastard and garlic oile my veggies, our lil one had kids meal, that was a good deal 6 inch sub, snack, cookie and juice. For the most part, it was tasty. However, too much SALT got from the grilled chicken, not to sure if the bread herb and cheese would have contributed and hubby said same thing SALT, thankfully the veggies helped and I am glad I didn't take the bacon. Subway take that into consideration, wherever you all source your rotisserie chicken from. Imagine eating this daily that sodium, can be a problem, for one, send up a person blood pressure, so be mindful when ordering. Our meal cost altogether $37.15 and he filled it up which was great. We got cookies, as combos are no longer available for the wrap or footlong. It has been a minute since I had a subway like 4 yrs ago. ??‍♀️, so this was news to me. The regular chocolate chip cookie was good. The double chocolate has a brownie taste, too much sugar for me. I would definitely visit again, probably try tuna or meatballs. “One of the last gems for a Quiznos. Clean restaurant for sure. They may have only one or two servers there but they take the time for each and every order, I witnessed it while waiting and then dining in. Everything always tastes so fresh. I’ve tried a bunch of sandwiches so but the chicken honey mustard and their limited time options are always fantastical. Bread is always fresh the jalapeño cheddar is great! They have deals of the day too and customizable toppings of course. They have front row parking too specifically for their restaurant. Common sandwich pricing. “I went here last night with a friend. I started with minimal expectations as it had a standard sterile sandwich shop ambiance. It was clean though. We ordered at the counter and they delivered the finished sandwiches to our table. But the first bite of my sandwich (a Buenos Aires) told me this place is very good! Steak, grilled mushrooms, peppers, cheese and chimichurri sauce on a telera roll--absolutely delicious! It came with freshly prepared potato chips that were also very good. My friend ordered a Health Nut sandwich with a side order of French fries. She was very happy with it, but then she has been getting sandwiches delivered from The Carving Board for a long time. This is a great sandwich place! My one suggestion? Get better signage so that the drivers on busy Ventura Boulevard can see that you are there!“

"The best sandwich in the world".I commented that it had too much mozzarella and ricotta for me and IMO Jersey Mike's beat this sandwich. I really really enjoy the sandwiches at JM's. I find the bread delicious, the veggies fresh and the meats are better than most sandwich shops and are in fact adequate.I love how they pay attention to how you want your sandwich constructed: may on one side, mustard on other side, extra tomato extra onion and forget the lettuce and dressing ( sorry Mike ).Also I love their BLT while out in the RV.“

“I was in the area and have always wanted to stop by but the exterior of building is not appealing at all. I came in on a Friday morning for some Vietnamese coffee . Coffee $5.50 It was delicious, it hit the spot and did it's Job. The interior has a lot of plants and selections for cold beverages.
