“Located on the northeast corner of Sherman Way and Wilbur in a small strip mall. Parking is free but does get crowded. This little restaurant is a gem. Not a huge menu but the food is amazing. Their Pho broth is among the best I’ve ever had. Other than water, all the drinks available are bottled or canned.“

Ordered the pho combination and some spring rolls on the side. Service was quick, portions were solid, and the flavors was Deep, rich, and straight-up authentic. That broth hit all the right notes. Spring rolls were fresh, and dipping them in that peanut sauce to Perfection. Had some soup left, so I threw in steamed rice...texture was spot on. Everything just felt right. “The staff/owner(?) were all so friendly! They humored me being really shy while using Vietnamese to order. Got the pork belly banh mi, grilled pork banh mi, potstickers, and chicken wings. Chicken wings didn't have a ton of flavor, but that's what the sweet fish sauce (nuoc mam ngot) was for. The pork belly banh mi was the star! The bread was so fresh and crunchy. Staff was super attentive and came to refill water whenever our cups were even half empty. Will definitely be coming back again to try the other dishes! It's in my blood as a Viet person - Viet recognizes Viet!“

“Number one I’m a huge Vietnamese food fan growing up in Seattle I got to eat it all the time and I absolutely love this place they’ve done so well to make the food convenient and easy and it’s perfect to enjoy outside. I had to of course had to have the pho with beef and tendon it was the number two on the menu I was greeted immediately and by the way everybody is very friendly, even the interior of the restaurant makes me excited for the days when we can actually go back inside again. They kept everything very clean sanitizers available at the front desk if you want good cheap food then you need to come here this place is beautiful they’re working very hard I am coming back!! One thing I love is to get the extra peppers of course in hot weather that’s not desirable but vitamin C and healthy content load up the bean sprouts let the broth soak in through the super mouth watering I’m going to try many other items on the menu!“

“I tried this place for the first time and I was so impressed! It was better than 3 other locations I tried! I want to thank the young man that helped me towards the end of my dining experience. I went to use the bathroom and he bussed my food. I had saved the best for last and didn’t get to eat it lol! He said he would make it for me again but I asked if it can be to go. After a little bit I must have had a sad face, he made what I had for me to go. It left a really good impression with me. I will definitely be back at this location again! It was clean! Fun and quality was amazing! Way to go guys!“

“Great new place. I'm seriously here every other day. Food is amazing. Been vegan for 5+ years now and this place makes the best queso I've ever had. My favorite is the Chipotle Burrito with jackfruit! I also get a side of vegan queso to dip my burrito in. I usually come in but they are also available for online order/delivery. You sometimes have to wait a bit because they make everything fresh but it's beyond worth it. They use sweet and savory flavors together and it's like magic. Will keep coming back. Definitely recommend.“

“Stopped by for an afternoon sandwich. This is a nice little shop with sandwiches and Vietnamese food.
The people behind the counter are really friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering a #7 pork sandwich. It was really good. What impressed me the most and stood out was the fresh vegetables in the sandwich. They were crisp and refreshing with every bite. I really enjoyed this sandwich!

“I’ve tried dozens of Pho locations and this one is by far the best one. People need to understand just how healthy pho is for you especially the broth, I eat at this location at least 3 times a week and I’ve been losing weight and feeling better. I get their #17 and I ask them to put the meat in the broth since I’m grabbing it for takeout, once I get home the meat is nice and cooked. And they are lighting fast! Who said fast food isn’t healthy?“

The parking is tricky as it horseshoes around the restaurant, but aside from that: eating at PHO VIET was an experience I will be recreating again. TL;DR: 10/10 Would come again.

“These Vietnamese sandwiches are “The best sandwiches in town” as advertised on their packaging. French bread is freshly baked for that perfect toast that’s not too dry as I’ve had at other spots. The sandwich was over 12inches long and made to order. My go to Vietnamese sandwich is grilled pork with everything and they are generous with the meat. Sandwiches are so good that I end up never saving the other half. They offer clean seats and tables but nothing to boast about.“

“Fantastic Bánh mì - pork and pâté Just $4.75. The baguette was perfect. Crusty outside soft in the middle. The vegetables on the sandwich were so fresh and crunchy. Mayo is included on the sandwich, but there was so little I hardly noticed. This sandwich did not need anything else. I’m going back to try the rest of them. 9-10 varieties Bánh mì. 10 inch roll. I ate half in the Am and half at lunch. Again, just $4.75!“
