Our waiter brought us water, bowls for sharing (we didn't even have to ask!), and a small dessert at the end of the meal. For a place with to-go in the name, this kind of service was unexpected and very welcome.

“First off, junes kinda slap. Second, the band that was playing needs to be headlining a country wide tour. The drummer was the human version of a golden-doodle that could jam tf out. Third, THE garlic parmesan wings with ranch - are you serious!? Would bathe in it three times with no regrets. Lastly, think about the best vibes you’ve ever felt at any bar. Double it. Still not enough. Triple it. Getting closer. Comfy couches inside, any board game you could think of, great outdoor area with a band (see above), families and couples and friends just having a grand old time. It is impossible not to be happy here. Even though a 5 year old beat me in corn hole (he cheated), I still had a fat smile on my face. The friendliest people you could think of. Also, maybe you’re thinking “I don’t wanna drink hard kombucha, what?”. Shut your mouth they have 30 flavors I’m sure you’ll like one. Gut health is gut wealth. But still - they have BEER too. Now you’re thinking, oh wait this place actually does sound dope. BUT WAIT, there’s more. Their merch is absolutely sick and cheaper than zara. Literally bought 3 shirts and a bathing suit for like $50. Catch me repping in the streets. Anyway, I’ll be dreaming of this place forever and trying to reach the high I felt at 5:43pm PDT on 4/5/25. “Lots of variety and options on this menu. They brew fun beers instead of the seemingly more common, easy-drinking IPAs. I’m looking for something that tastes like I’m chewing pine needles, and Duck Foot has that (among other, less intense beers too!).

“My husband and I loved our coffees on this Sunday morning! I got a half sweet lavender oat milk latte and it was so good - perfect sweetness for me. My husband loved the specialty Dubai latte. Quality of coffee is so good and smooth, no bitterness at all. They use mostly Monin brand syrups. Definitely would love to come back soon!“

“My family and I LOVE NBC, so much better than any overrated cupcake place. Today’s experience was extra special because my kids got to meet the baker Kaden who came out to greet us and chat briefly about our favorite carrot cake. He made a birthday extra special without even knowing it’s for a birthday! We definitely come to NBC for the sweet tooth but the icing on the cake is the sweet employees like Kaden and Carmel Valley and Lai at Mission valley. Please do convey my gratitude“

“The people who worked there were very nice and I got a great deal on Groupon but the food looked nothing like the advertisement and was not very gormet. I had a margarita pizza with no basil which I thought was odd and it was pretty cold by the time I returned home an exit away. The food was ok but I think it's because the thin crust made up for the mediocrity. I wouldn't complain if the pizza wasn't quite so expensive for what I got.“

“Like a few others here, I am a native New Yorker with a love for authentic and delicious rugulach with proper and freash ingredients.Chewy's rugulach is the best there is here on the west coast.I pick up the chocolate rugulach at the cookie bar at Whole Foods Market in El Segundo, and you should too! Just the most delicious snack one could ask for. Love the raspberry (not usually a Raspberry fan of anything) and the apricot as well!“

“Loved my impromptu dine-in experience! I was waiting for my car to be fixed and found Pho Ha Noi on Google since it was a short walk away. The dine-in experience is basic & straight forward - you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it’s ready.

I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and an iced Vietnamese coffee to-go. The server was very friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! I loved the pickled vegetables, the veggies were fresh, and the shrimp was sautéed with perfectly crisp/golden garlic & onions. I would definitely eat here again since I’d like to try a tofu dish 😊“

“It's just the best tasting pizza. Not too heavy on the sauce and the cheese type is perfect. Usually pizza can be greasy, but their pizza isn't. It reminds me of the cheesy bread that I used to buy at a French bakery. Great to reheat for breakfast or a snack. I'm not a fan of pizza, but I love Perfect Pizza. “Hit up the New Nutmeg on Danielson Street in Poway. I heard their Scripps location closed because the landlord raised the rent so high it was unaffordable for them to stay there. We were a large group so we were able to order a bunch of menu items. There was a line but its a very popular place so we were not surprised. We started with some espresso drinks, and agua frescas. We had the Hearty Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Amazing Burrito. Some in our group had the new Grandpa's Breakfast Bun with the egg and spam, and the Porky. They are very flexible with special orders including one in our group who is gluten sensitive. We finished, sharing their in-house baked pastries (they have gluten-free pastries); the warmed espresso scones and cinnamon buns (don't ever leave without having the "buns"). I work in the area so Nutmeg is now my go-to for breakfast before work, or lunch. Its also located nearby Costco and Home Depot, convenient for a weekend meal before or after my weekly Costco runs.“

“I didn’t even buy anything from here but I had a question about fitting cakes on a cake stand for a wedding and the fella who helped us out not only let us test out a 10in cake on a stand but gave us a sample of Bundt cake to try before our wedding. “The food is amazing! Every time we come we have the best meal. When the owner is here the service is amazing. When he’s not the employees tell you at the door that they are closing when you are coming in mins before 7 pm and the website says they close at 8:30 pm on Sundays. They told a family coming in at 7:05 pm they were closed so they left. According to the person who greeted us they close at 8 pm. Not sure if maybe they should change the hours on Google.

I would definitely recommend if you get here early enough to not feel that they are rejecting your order. You can’t order more Naan 30 mins before closing as the kitchen closes. That’s what they should say at the door. Kitchen closes at 7:30 pm and let the client decide if they want to stay rather than saying we are closed.

The party sitting next to us said they love going to the San Marcos location as the service is superb. They said the something similar as we thought “Great food, lousy service”.

Other than that the service is good. We will definitely come back hopefully earlier.“

“Good lunch buffet with balanced options for both veg and non-veg. Wide food spread with chana puri, idlis, paneer, chicken, lamb naan etc. etc. A couple of yummy desserts. Slightly on the milder side but pickle helps bridge that gap. Atmosphere can be made more lively. They do include hot Indian tea.“

“First time ever at a blaze pizza, pizza was good but they forgot one of the toppings on both pizzas and thankfully we were eating in or show up home and i would have been pissed. So we tell them about the missing pizza and no apologies whatsoever, they just gave us the missing topping in a cup to add on. They doubled down on Bad service. Also the person cutting the pizza did a poor job. Some slices were double the size on both pizzas.“

“I love the place. The food and the cakes are really good. But the service is terrible. They are not organized. They have 2-3 people in the cakes, the cashier, and other stuff. But most of the time all the people is doing the same thing. They are not organized. They take long times to take and order. Sometimes since all of them are focused on the same thing, your food is in a counter, waiting there because no one can just grab it and take it to your table.
This leads to the tables being constantly dirty because again, all of them are doing the same thing and no one is cleaning them.

Great place, but they need to improve the entire service.“
