“Goodbye Over Crowded Starbucks! I just found a great remote working/studying spot! Was super quiet here and the free wife helps! Healthy drink options and had my dinner too! They are so welcoming! So kind! Food was great! I’m picky bcs I don’t like salty foods and here was not salty at all. The pork and the beef bowls with the egg just hit that spot for me. Thank you!“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“This was my first time ever trying Crumbl Cookies. Today only 11/6, Crumbl Cookies is offering FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins for each visitor that comes in for one; no purchase necessary.

This was a great way for me to try them out for the first time. When I first walked in, I didn’t expect the place to look so clean!

It was spick and span and there were cookies laid out in front. There were two women working at the time. I didn’t catch the name of the girl I spoke to.

I came in and asked her if they were giving away FREE Cookies today and she said they were. She told me what to press on the machine to order my cookies. She wasn’t very friendly though. I placed my order she handed me my cookies and I told her this was my first visit.

Usually when I tell a business that I’m a first-time customer, they’re more open to explaining what they have, who they are, their process, etc. I don’t get that this time. I also noticed after I grabbed my cookies, she kinda spied on me in odd way as I was leaving.

As far as the cookies, I honestly didn’t expect to receive two! I give them a 3.5/5. They tasted like chocolate chip ginger cookies to me, which was good.

I may visit a Crumbl Cookies again if they have some better flavors I’d like to try and some more warming customer service.“

“I had to come on here and leave a review because this experience truly saved my party. I was planning a big birthday celebration and thought I had ordered an ice cream cake ahead of time. Turns out I never actually completed the order, which was completely my mistake.

When I showed up the day before and realized what happened, I was definitely stressed. Gavin and Christina were amazing. Instead of turning me away or sticking strictly to the 24 hour policy, they stepped in and helped me figure out a solution right away.

They were able to get a cake made for me in less than 24 hours, and I just picked it up. It looks fantastic and exactly what I needed for the party.

I am so grateful for how they handled everything. They really went out of their way to help me even though the situation was my fault. That level of care and customer service means a lot.

“It was kind of busy with just one employee but he was very focused on each customer's experience. When he got to us it was like we were his first customers of the day although I could see how hard he was working. Great work, nice to see. Oh and the ice cream was really good too.“

“The cookies are delicious, definitely would come again. They have weekly flavors, so you never get tired of the same old cookies. I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice cream cookie, and it’s amazing. My favorite cookie, however, is the original chocolate chip cookie, it’s super sweet and warm, and topped with sea salt. Part of me was wondering why my taste buds even drew me here because I'm not a big desert kind of guy but the server helping me was smiley and bubbly so her friendly attitude made me feel at ease to sputter out an explanation as to why I was indulging in this decadent dessert. They were very friendly and accommodating to the switch, didn’t mind our kids at all. The ambiance was clean and quiet (not overly busy or crowded) with Kdrama love songs playing. Staff was attentive and friendly. The drinks were a very good value! Large sizes. We had the matcha latte and the peach lemonade and they were both super tasty. Two adults and 3 young kids shared the shrimp fried rice, one beef banh mi and one pork banh mi. We brought half of one sandwich home for leftovers so the serving sizes were generous. Macarons made a fun special treat at the end of the meal. Everything was very fresh and hit the spot.“
