“Wife and I went for lunch today, we had the seaweed salad, ebi nigiri, spciy California roll, ocean roll and dragon roll. The food was very fresh and each item tasted great. Most sushi places I go to all rolls taste the same. This was not the case at Tokyo express. We will be back.“

“My wife and I began coming to Oki at the end of 2023 - Marlon and his team continue to provide a welcoming atmosphere with a delicious mix of Japanese cuisine. The sashimi and nigiri is always presented well with generous cuts, and my wife loves the assortment of Maki sushi. We've sampled a number of other dishes as well - be it Udon, tempura or teriyaki dishes - all of it satisfying and delicious.

This has become one of the few places we frequent when we're not back over at our second home in Japan - if that's not enough of a compliment, I don't know what is! Will definitely be back soon!“

“Randomly decided on this place last minute and what a hidden gem. It was pretty busy but no wait. They had beer, wine, and even Pepsi Zero which is rare! We started with jalapeno poppers, which were excellent, not too spicy but a little kick. We got Garlic Shyou Ramen and Bibimbap, both absolutely amazing, we can’t wait to go back“

“Wow. Just had the most amazing sushi experience. New place Roku near our house. A curated experience with individual accompaniments with each fish type. This was the Sashimi presentation with more exotic fish. All are aged fish which added to the evening“

“Their shave ice is very soft and fluffy, not hard at all. They're also generous with the syrup but not to the point where it's too sweet. Also recommended their beef teriyaki. The beef is thin and easy to chew and there is always the right amount of sauce.“

“This is one of the best Teriyaki place in the area! Consider this as a small mom and pop restaurant that gives you generous portion with flavorful taste. My personal favorite is Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu combo plate. My wife loves sushi so she usually gets Alaska Dream and Americano. We come here at least once a month and never get disappointed!“

“I've eaten here probably close to 30 times since they opened, including pickups during covid. There's a few Ramen spots around Roseville at this point, but they are the best. For that classic Ramen, just get the fukumi ramen with spicy on the side. Also, for when they finally open indoor dining, they sell beer for like 3ish dollars, which is awesome.

Edit 4 years later: I can track inflation with my fukumi takeout receipts. Have probably had close to 300 bowls of ramen from them.
Still the best around the area despite numerous other spots opening. Their thick noodles just hit different. The only criticism I have is that occasionally hey have an off day with the broth tasting slightly less umami. Not sure if it's the broth itself, or maybe the aromatic oil being different, so if you try them a single time and it was so so, that could be why. Also, their beer prices went up, but what can you do. Still 5 stars 🤝“

“Excellent food and service.
While visiting Folsom I stumbled upon this gem of a place. I ordered a rice teriyaki dish with tofu and vegetables.
It was excellent!! Real tofu not the spongy kind. The portion was a good size. It was so tasty and light. Not full of oil. The owner, I'm assuming, was friendly and had lots of pride on his excellent dish. I ordered a to go chicken noodle dish for my son. He also raved about how good it was. My new favorite place to go to.“

“It was a very unique and an elite experience. The place the ambiance food service everything was slick. The food was unbelievably delicious. I had zakuro spaghetti. The light cream sauce in which the seafood and el Dante udon noodles was served in a well presented manner made my weekend special. “Nice hibachi place. They don't inertact with you to much. Fried rice is always great. Wish the meat had more seasoning.

“We are long time visitors to Blue Nami and we love the convenience and how easy it is to also order it to go, the atmosphere is really cool. Kind of feels like Pirates of the Caribbean in there. The food is delicious my favorites the yummy yummy roll, crazy fly the lion King and the Jack special. If you love sushi, you will love this place. It taste so delicious. I highly recommend giving them a try.“

“I like this place a lot just make sure if you are planning to go to get there earlier if possible, if you are going for a weekend dinner i reccomend going 2 hours in advance since the waitlist is always pretty long. The employees are all really nice and i have never felt bad after eating here“

Love the food, one of my favorite places. But last time I used the online ordering system, it sent my food to the wrong location. I called to ask what happened, but what I was told is that all I could do is come pick up my already cold order. It was good but cold. Ill come back because I like the food, but customer service could use a little work.“

“I come here more than I should probably admit. The sushi is always fresh, and the service is just as good. These days I usually grab takeout since I work on the road, but every time I pass by, my car somehow pulls into their lot on its own (very bizarre).

“Mizuki in Citrus Heights is hands down my favorite spots for sushi in Sacramento. It’s become a go-to for our work (Deacon) crew for years; we’re here so often that the owner, Ella, knows us all by name. That personal touch makes every visit feel special.

The food is consistently amazing. The Red Dragon roll is my favorite with jalapeño peppers also it’s just packs the perfect kick. The Citrus Roll is fresh, flavorful, and a perfect signature touch. And don’t even get me started on the gyoza—easily the best in town. Pam seared to perfection on the outside, flavorful inside, and always served piping hot.

“My personal experience here was very positive one and the employee that served me was very kind and helpful her name was Nia and she did a wonderful job. The food was pretty good on par with other sushi restaurants around. Inside there a moderately loud environment but nothing that prevented conversation. “All you eat shushi buffet, order abd they’ll make fresh and can also order from the menu as well. Prices vary from lunch to dinner was $27, plus drinks and takeout box was $6 time a tiny box that only fits 8 shushi. Order digitally from the table. This place is always packed, arrive early. Ice cream is one scoop per bowl, so order two for each person. Same with appetizers 2 pieces per order, so order more than one! Not bad for the prices. If you love shushi this is the place for you!“
