The best way to fix this is to be honest and tell the customers that the ingredients for the item they ordered are not prepared and offer a different item as a substitute instead of not communicating the issue to the customer and having them wait for 25 minutes . “We absolutely love Cafe9ine and the owner Merceda! We have become regulars and pick up lunch on a weekly basis. The ingredients are always fresh, flavorful, and filling. The service is fast and friendly. Recently, Merceda catered a family gathering and the food was a hit! We ordered extra food but NOTHING was left at the end... Everyone grabbed any leftovers, and people commented on how tasty everything was. We cannot recommend this place more!“
“I love coming here to study, they’re open late unlike most places. The food is great and the portions are big enough to share. The customer service is on point, they’re all extremely nice. “El Cerrito Natural grocery store has almost all organic fruits and vegetables. They do have meat, eggs and milk. Personally I always buy milk and sprouted bread from this store. They do have parking but it's always difficult to find a spot.“

They pack on the avocado and feta and the seasoning give a great little kick! Definitely recommend trying a pastry as well! Everything always looks delicious. “I wish I could give more than five stars. I reached out to Tonya to see if we could get pizza making lessons with a small group of friends (because the pizza at Anaviv's Table is so good). Tonya was enthusiastic and flexible about helping me set up the event.The event was run by Darren with help from Siyoon. Darren was patient, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable. He guided us through every step of the process, giving us tips and tricks along the way, and by the end we had both a lot of pizzas to enjoy right then and plenty of dough to bring home to make more ourselves. “Came here to study after dropping my daughter off at school. It's a nice place but it was really full I waited a little bit before I was able to sit down somewhere. “A few days before my purchase, I went to a 3 day conference in Las Vegas. It waa my first trip since Feb. 2020. By the time my return flight landed at SFO, my body and immune system were shot. I placed my order on Sunday morning at 1am and waited patiently to pick up my 3 day Rookie Cleanse on Monday. I didn't intend to fast. Juice, tea and a light meal in the evening is all I could muster. The 5 juices, 1 milk and elixir are a lot. I drank juice during the day and had a vegan meal in the evening. It took more than 3 days to go through all of it. I believe the juices helped me bounce back from my trip.I didn't find the juices to be expensive. And, they aren't watered down. My favorites are Beet Treat and Citrus Sea. I will definitely be back for more juice and become a regular customer.“

“I went there on a Saturday morning with my mom. She had a Vietnamese sandwich the day before but she came along we me hesitantly. She ordered a combo and I had an egg sandwich. I was surprised their menu had egg usually I have to ask for it. The food came fairly timely not super quick which is a good thing. There is one cook who is also the cashier. Her name is Van and she made an excellent sandwich for my mom and me. The avocado smoothie was also very good and for the price everything was great. I would have paid more for the quality and service. The only downside for us was the outdoor smoking that left a smell inside. Not much to do about that but I enjoyed my food a lot and talking to the owners nephew who's a tall order haha.“

Today, I tried a slice of the Margherita Pizza. It’s so nice that they cut the slices in half for you. Makes it easy to share, or to save for later. For me, half a slice is already filling. Great customer service. They have takeout containers available, in case you didn’t finish your food while dining in. And, if you didn’t get to finish your iced drink, they’ll provide a plastic cup with ice, so you can take the rest of your drink to go. Love that!“
