“4++ great neighborhood coffee shop that has fun, chill vibes, and enthusiastic service. There's fun decor inside and looks like a place where people can hang out or get some reading and/or work done. I only got an Americano or drip from here (with added cream), so I can't really speak to the food items or any of the more complex, possibly more sugary drinks here. It looks like they roast their own beans here as well. I had a lot of coffee at home at the time of my visit, so I didn't buy a bag. I might have to come back and grab one. Parking was easy to find. There's a lot on the side of the building. If the lot is full, I'm pretty sure you could find street parking close by.“

Exterior vibe is boaty lol as the café is tucked away between the Wilmington Marina & surrounded by boats. There are booths & a counter inside but why would you sit inside if the outside is refreshing? Lol There is usually a pup or two on the patio that is generally calm. There are occasions the pups go a little nuts over the birds or ducks around. Lol Yes, there is a small menu for dogs. Staff is friendly, professional, & efficient. Food is simple but good. A couple surprises: the French toast & the menudo. Both are delicious! WC: Key required, separate facilities for ladies & gents.“

“Bites & Bashes is a cute little breakfast spot run by a mother-daughter duo, using produce from their family farm. The menu comes off as Asian-Mexican fusion with burritos and bulgogi items. We had the ube lava pancakes, Korean breakfast, crack fries, and the CFO. The ube lava pancakes comes with three moist, fluffy pancake generously drizzled with ube syrup and coconut flakes. This was soo good! The Korean breakfast is a skillet of beef bulgogi, onion, peppers, and two eggs over rice. It was a very satisfy and delicious comfort food. The CFO is a burrito with scrambled eggs, pork, beans, rice, and scallions. I tried a little of it and it was pretty good. The crack fries are a great appetizer. Service was really great and we got to meet the owners: Crystal, the daughter, and the mom, Chef Julie.“

“Cafe Pruvia is one of the most underrated spots in the South Bay for boba. They definitely perfected the milk teas! Although I'm not a big milk tea guy, their drinks are quite impressive. Strawberry milk tea with black tea is so refreshing but also satisfies that milk crave. If you are looking for a fruit tea, I recommend the peach green tea as it is nice and tart. They also have amazing service and are very welcoming. Not to mention, it is a perfect place to study or work, as it is always packed with college students studying on their computers. I will say, the boba pearls can be inconsistent. Some days I would go and the boba will be really small while other days they will be just right. That's their only flaw. My go-to order is the bacon and Portuguese sausage combo, minus the tater tots, and it never disappoints. Also I love the traditional Hawaiian music that plays as I'm enjoying my food. It always creates a calm and comfortable environment.I've explored breakfast burrito options all over the South Bay and Los Angeles, and nothing even comes close to Auntie's. The flavor profile is absolutely outstanding. The bacon is thick and delightfully crunchy, elevating every bite to a whole new level of deliciousness. What makes Auntie's even more remarkable is their support for law enforcement. They go the extra mile by hosting "coffee with a cop" events periodically, fostering better communication between the public and the Gardena police department. It's heartwarming to see the mayor of Gardena, Chief, and Captain attend these events, demonstrating Auntie's commitment to the community.Auntie's isn't just a restaurant; it's a place where you can savor incredible breakfast burritos and feel good about supporting a business that actively engages with its local law enforcement and community. “Our group enjoyed the xquiche Lorraine, California omelet, and a basic egg, bacon, and bread combo. I think the quiche was the best of the entrees. There was lots of flavor, the crust was flaky, and the dressing on the side of greens was very good. It was a generous size, too.My mocha was nice and got and served promptly. We arrived at about 9:30 and beat the rush of about 7 groups that came in right after us. The restaurant was busy on Thursday!“

“We had breakfast here and it was very good. I had their Quiche Lorraine, chocolate croissant and a cappuccino. My husband had the Californian and French Onion soup. The cappuccino was a bit hot (had to take off the cap to cool it off). Service was good and efficient. Will have to come back and try more from the menu.“

“It's a must try hidden gem! Just happened to be in the area and hungry for some breakfast burrito. This showed up on my yelp search, but the last time it was reviewed was 8 mos ago. Not 100% sure, but I took a chance! Glad I did! Reasonably priced, great portion compared to price, and my burrito tasted yum! Give it a try when you are in the area!“

“I generally order Uber eats for my mom and have it delivered, but today, not only had her order delivered, but on the way home, I stopped with my wife and had lunch at the Yellow Vase in Rolling Hills. My wife had the Turkey Club Panini, and I had the California Omelet. My wife had a cappuccino, and I had a black coffee and OJ. The place is quaint and pleasant and the staff is very kind and professional.Recommended.“

“Pricey for the serving sizes you get. I was not really satisfied with the shaved ice, wasn't flavorful enough to me.Had lots of red bean in it (we got the original), didn't love it much. If you love red bean you'd probably like it a lot. Also ordered the Omiza tea (iced). It's like $7 for a small cup of tea (like a small sized drink) or around there. It was highly flavorful and sour. I think I would've liked it better if I had another cup half filled with water and had it diluted.I really liked the taiyaki though. Good crispiness but also soft and warm. If I ever came back I would just get the taiyaki again.Service was fine, they were all polite and had good customer service.“

“I had a work e ent in Torrance and wanted to grab breakfast burritos for the team. I found this spot. Wow. First, the service could not have been better and kinder. I ordered 5 breakfast burritos and watched them be made from scratch by the awesome chef. We got 3 bacon and 2 sausage. They were a huge hit. The ingredients were fresh and incredibly tasty. The only thing better was the fresh scratch salsa that went with the burritos. The shop is located on the outside of an office building. It has a great chill vibe to grab all sorts of goodness. When I'm in the South Bay, I'll be a yummy.“
