“First time coming here. Just wanted a cute vegan spot for coffee with some food. They had so many options it was hard to choose. I ended up ordering something extra to go. Everything was so good. I had the breakfast sandwich, dirty chai latte, jackfruit tacos and a tart with apples and almonds. It’s bittersweet that I live in South LA otherwise I’d be here every week. 😅“

I thought it was a little bit too white sauce the tortillas all the flavor was delicious. The staff was exceptionally attentive and I was just taking out. The original Jolly Jug was in South El Monte in the 1930s and people came from all around to eat their famous Pastrami’s and Beef Dip sandwiches. “I’ve had breakfast at the Toast in Whittier and this one. Both have great breakfast. This Restaurant is much bigger and it’s very clean. The servers are friendly, however, I felt like they worked at a slower pace compared to the Toast in Whittier. The breakfast was awesome!“

“I’ve been cutting out refined sugar and it’s been difficult but I came across this place and I was able to have a wonderful chocolate shake with almond milk and cocoa, yes it had sugar but pure cane sugar. It was a great alternative and it taste so yummy! I was also able to add toppings, healthy toppings, strawberries, blueberries, etc. so good! Can’t wait to go back❤️“

Helen was quick on delivery, she was willing to work with us to add variation to the lunches and her prices could not be beat. The employees we were training highly complimented all the food. Sandwiches, wraps, tacos, bento bowls and salads. All of it was delicious. I cannot thank Helen a Crossroads enough for her hard work and wonderful food.“

“Went on two separate Fridays
First visit server was slow and didnt check on us. Tried getting attention of server and still couldn't get them til they brought check. Food was good. It restaurant was empty.
Second visit Server seemed overwhelmed and rush, now its a little crowded. So it was definitely hard to get her attention.
Food was served fresh and hot, but definitely something was forgotten.
Even with the crowd still able to enjoy my meal.
Will go back again, hopefully third times a charm lol“

“We love having breakfast here on our way home from Yoga class. We go 1-2 times per week. The place is always busy, but has lots of room so we are always seated quickly. We are treated so nicely by all the staff. Our meals are served quickly. Great food and great value.“

“Giant breakfast burritos! I ordered the bacon burrito. The bacon is super crispy and so are the potato's that come inside. The flour tortilla has the perfect amount of chew and they eggs are cooked well. I was only able to eat half, so the other half will serve as my lunch.

I ordered online and it was a very quick and easy pickup.

My only complaint is they give you one tiny container of salsa. If you want more it's at an extra charge. For the size of the $18 burrito, it would be nice if they at least provided two or a larger size.“
