My server Madison was not only so kind and attentive, she was amazing. Her energy was so genuine. She was on it! She made sure me and my family were well taken care of. “I work in this mall and have tried every cafe in the mall multiple times. I can without a doubt say that the capitol one cafe is the best cafe in the galleria. Their lattes are the best lattes I’ve had in a long time. Everybody in the cafe is super polite and friendly. You will get greeted when you walk in and wished a good day from employee’s when you leave. The atmosphere is so fresh and open, they also have really comfy chairs. It is just overall a great place to be! Give it a chance and it will become your go to coffee place!

The staff really make it what it is, Beverly helped me and my wife feel welcomed to a new area, and we mostly come to see them at this point.

I enjoy the sledgehammer with pomegranate, my wife likes the red K-tea with strawberry, and we both LOVE the atmosphere. It's our go-to place to take our out of town friends.
