“Have only been here once after walking by so many times but will be back! Came on a Thursday afternoon and they had trivia night! My friend and I had their apple cider and I had the pineapple cider, both delicious but I liked the pineapple one more! It was sweeter and fruitier.

The bar is very nice, seating at the bar, tables, outside in the back and in the front. There’s a decent amount of seating and it was packed when we came. Service was great, staff were nice, and the energy was great. I’d want to come to try some of their food options and spend some more time enjoying the space.“

“A quiet experience. The theme is hush and food was ok but the food portions are meager in my opinion. The tacos I ordered I could eat in one bite easily. I am not kidding. A clean place with an upscale atmosphere within a nice quiet hotel.“

“The Star Lounge is located on 2719 K street in Sacramento inside Hyatt Hotel. The ambience is sophisticated, exclusive, and oooh-la-la. The service that we received was exceptional. The restaurant offers creative cocktails including small bites for happy hour. The interior design features a historic antique look, which is mysterious and elegant. The bartender was extremely attentive and super fast, and Ryan Seng (the manager) went over and beyond to accommodate our party and provided excellent hospitality. We were particulary impressed with Ryan who anticipated all our needs, considering we were a party of 20. My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and we wanted to host an intimate cocktail hour with some close friends and everything was perfect. Overall the experience was great and everyone had a great time. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy the happy hour and the full menu and I highly recommend the Star Lounge.“

I had such a great time at MIX Downtown! The rooftop atmosphere is amazing, the music was really good, and the whole place has such a fun and energetic vibe. It’s the perfect spot for a night out with friends, especially if you want to dance, enjoy good drinks, and have a great view of Sacramento. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere made the night even more special. Definitely a place I’d come back to! 🥂✨“

“We were excited to check this place out. Love the vibe and music was great! Although there was a server going to tables it was a rarity she made it to the tables near us so we had to go to bar to order. Drinks on the menu are pricey at $20, but they did have specials at $14.“

“Recently came here with some friends while exploring Old Sac and wanting to try a new spot. This lounge is tucked away in an alley across from Firehouse Restaurant. It is small inside but has a surprising amount of seating they were able to make fit. It is dark, intimate, and romantic. The vibes I was getting was a mixture of burlesque snd dive bar. The bartenders were super nice, the drink prices are very reasonable and cheaper than some midtown bars I’ve been to, and they have a touchtunes like machine you can play music on, as well as two pool tables. I really enjoyed our time here and would come back.“

“Really impressive spot in Sacramento. The staff is incredibly attentive and personable. The food was amazing, the Kamboka (sp?) Curry dish was exceptional, and my partner had the Tuna plate and we shared a Hummus *chef's kiss - delicious! We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was lovely and the view from the rooftop was spectacular. Our server Veronica or maybe Victoria (sorry) was superb. She was so nice and so helpful in guiding us through the menu selections and recommended one of the best cocktails I've ever had "Figgy Smalls". Overall, just a really fun night out and great spot quality, service, venue, 5 stars.“

“Restaurant was undergoing renovations, so our party of 6 was seated in the atrium on the second floor. Menu choices are not expansive, but more than adequate. Portions are generous and food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Salmon with risotto was excellent. Service was attentive, and very accommodating to our guest with dietary needs. Try the chocolate dessert!“
