“Top notch home style Thai food, not sure I need to say more.

It's different enough from what you'd get at a restaurant, and very delicious! We're longtime fans of their pad see ew, pad Thai and (in particular) their khao soi, which they unfortunately run out of sometimes so come early! The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate pure veg food requests as well.“

“Curry puffs were good, crisp and very nice sauce. Thai iced tea on the less sweet side with very cute bear ice on top. Pad thai had some slightly undercooked noodles, not enough peanuts for texture, and what I think was tofu that was textured extremely dry.“

“This place really knows how to leave its guests happy – with both the service and the food. The only staff member there was very friendly and welcoming. There was also an unfinished mural on the wall that somehow added to the homely charm.

The Tom Kha arrived piping hot, with lime flavors taking center stage. The Pad Kra Pao chicken was deliciously spicy, and full of chili flavor without being overwhelmingly hot. The jasmine rice was soft and comforting , while the Pad See Ew had lovely notes of soy sauce and garlic. Everything arrived quickly, and the portions were generous. We left feeling content, well-fed, and very happy.“

“On a recent trip to SF I got to experience this Resturant. Cozy intimate and comfortable, we had an awesome meal. Some of the group were Vegan and they were able to accommodate them with ease. “I’ve been here twice and love the service and the attention to guests and to the wonderful flavors of food. Affordable lunch specials with decent portion that keeps you full. I got the chicken satay lunch special last time and this time, I got the Panang with chicken and rice. So delicious! Deep flavors, a good spicy kick, and just soothing to the soul, even during my lunch time break.

Authentic and just a great staple to have locally in Pacifica. A little bit unnoticed and undecided almost, and I hope more people recommend and tell people how great the food is! As a Thai person, it really is authentic and delicious and reminds me of food growing up and of all the LA restaurants I’d eat at. “Such great food and people. We were hungry driving around looking for that magical parking spot next to an acceptable eating spot bingo! We found it all at Gai. Unsure of what kinda of cuisine I said take the chance they’ve got a chicken on the sign so it’s actually food. And boy was it good. Delicious. Freshly prepared Asian Thai or Vietnamese food. I got the Original Chicken Rice bowl with side of broccali. My friend got the salad with Tofu. Both great. He sauces are fresh and flavorful. One is quite hot which I love. I recommend it. And as we sat there from 1:30 pm to 2:30, there were multiple to go orders being picked up. I think there were about 5 orders at a time rotating. Fresh Fast Full of Flavor. We hit the jackpot!“

“They share a storefront with Rooster&Rice. The Rainbow Beef with Garlic Noodles was 10/10. (Only got a photo after devouring most of it.) Seasoned well and beef was very tender. “Easily one of the top 5 pho bowls I’ve had an I’m Vietnamese. I had a lot of doubts about so many different Asian ethnicities represented as dishes here but from the few we samples (Japanese, viet, Thai), it did not disappoint. Also the craft beer selection is *chefs kiss*

“I've been here a couple times, and enjoyed both meals here. The papaya salad, pad Thai, and pad Kee mao have been consistently delicious. The larb was also good, but sooo spicy we almost died (I'd still get it again though).

It looks like the negative reviews have been primarily for delivery, but I'll go ahead and say that the dine-in experience has been quite good. The portions are pretty big as well.“
