“I always ask for my iced coffee and despite they already have the measurements of creamer and syrup, this location is my favorite.
Always have my orders correct and their staff is kind
It is near the freeway, has parking

“Really good service there was this gentleman giving the orders from the drive thru on 05/31/2025 approx 10:35 am i dont know the name but still liked the service he confirmed the sausage was pork as i am not allowed to have pork and also he changed the biscuits to chicken. I know this seems pretty silly but who does care in todays time like this. Kuddos mann that guy deserves a raise for his attitude. Really felt delighted this time at MCD.!!“

“This McDonald's tries (and succeeds!) very hard to be all it can be!

The staff is consistent, they are professional and courteous. The food is just right ... here's a tip though ... ALWAYS ask for your order to be made fresh ... at any McDonald's! The quality of your order is at least 50× if not 100 times better.

They just rebuilt it ... It really doesn't have enough seating/tables to handle the amount of customers who want to dine there. After all .. it is a 24 hour restaurant less than 2 miles from the border .. a veritable tourist destination in its own way!

This McDonald's , as well as several others, has one main problem ... the are saturated with drive through and mobile orders from delivery food businesses like Uber Eats.

It's almost as if they should be it need to be two separate businesses. This is because it leaves them exhausted &, with very little time to give much care it concern or to put it bluntly .. much quality customer service to the patrons who eat at the restaurant.

I have noticed this at almost every McDonald's, the worst yet is the one on Nobel & Costa Verde in La Jolla ... It is a zoo of poor customer service due to spreading themselves extremely thin with to go orders

If McDonald's created a separate are for their delivery, food app and drive through orders it would be a nice restaurant.

It feels like you are interrupting a major event just trying to ask the staff about your order ... Or even just to order!!!

This is no reflection on the wonderful people that work there. This is something the upper management needs to take a serious look at

It diminishes the happiness of eating there and it is sad to see the employees run into the ground juggling what seems like 3 different restaurants.

Also their TV sucks as it's there but runs obscure sports shows w/ no subtitles so you can't watch it or read it! Go“

“I like the app because you can get special deals on certain items but the thing I don't like is they won't let you buy a toy from the happy meals Separate.They want you to keep buying the happy meals to get the toy. We don't mind buying a few happy meals.But jeez give us a break and let us buy an extra toy. Please make better play yards inside for the kids. Really nothing good inside of there. Most of the mcdonald's don't even have a play Yard. Sometimes I like to go there with my grandson.
But please put better safer things inside. They have this one contraption that my grandson just fell off of i'm not even sure of the purpose of it.“

“I mean for McDonalds we're food is key so is customer service. Why settle for great, this place offers excellent and humbling service. For me is who caters to my food needs and personality. Super friendly and neautral experience if needed. Puts a smile on my face, effortlessly. Thanks staff.“

“This is my favor McDonald in the area. It is so clean from the inside and outside tables to the restroom. Good and very helpful services. Sometime insatiable there for hours to read the news or responding to my emails and they never said anything.“

“I tried the chicken wraps and a 2 cheeseburger meal. I went with the drive thru and service was fast as their was two drive up spaces and no waiting (Saturday at 6:30 pm) not sure how busy during the weekday. I asked to modify the condiments on the cheeseburgers, and the order was repeated back to me perfectly. The Agent at the drive thru was very friendly, even when answering my question I had on the wraps and modifying the cheeseburgers. The entire process (from order to receiving my food), seriously took less than 5 minutes. Food was prepared exactly to order and all items were ready when I got to the pick up window after paying. The drink was first item I received and was very cold and not leaking. All hot foods were freshly made and definitely had not sat under a heat lamp. This was my first visit to this McDonalds and I will definitely be coming back.“

“Worse every day.No cashier, kiosk order only;So when you have a special order that the kiosk can't provide, you have to stand in line again. Then the worker looks at you all mad because they are so understaffed that she's trying to do 9 things at once. The forced smile only makes it worse.“

“Although the drive through staff didn’t take our order accurately (due to language barrier may be) the breakfast was one of the best in the States! Hush brown, pancake was fluffy and the coffee was better than the one we grabbed from our hotel. Thank you for serving a big warm breakfast before we head off our road trip:)“

“I received by far the BEST customer service experience from Christian today around lunch time (1pm - 2pm). He was so patient and kind even though I had a lot of questions and needed a little extra assistance in the drive thru. “I’ve had multiple experiences at this McDonald’s, and Amir has taken my order in the past as well and he has never gotten it wrong. Every single time, he’s been friendly, professional, and on top of everything, even when the store is super busy.

Amir keeps things running smoothly, makes sure orders are accurate, and brings a positive attitude that really stands out its amazing. It’s rare to see someone be this consistent in customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job.

“BEST MCDONALDS IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO AREA!!!

This McDonald’s is a shining example of what all McDonald’s should be. The employees, even though I’m sure are paid minimum wage, do their job fantastically and in a timely manner.

The fries are ALWAYS hot. The milkshake machines are ALWAYS working. The inside is always clean. The atmosphere is different from all other McDonald’s locations. It changes how you view McDonald’s and what you think when people mention that the company name.

I’m not sure if a manager or owner will see this review, but if they do, congratulations on creating such a positive atmosphere. The neighborhood of Hillcrest and downtown San Diego thank you and it does not go unnoticed !!!

Parking: Plenty of parking although it’s sort of in a weird area, the drive through is a little odd. But I’ve never had any issues“

“I went to this location to get a Happy Meal promotion. This location is on a corner, with plenty of parking. There's large touch-screen menus for self-service. The dining area looked fairly clean and updated from my brief glance around.

Didn't use the self-service so I called to an employee for assistance. I asked for a specific item and she politely told me someone would help me shortly. Another employee came to the counter that was cordial while taking my order and getting me the specific item I wanted. The food was standard -edible- but the service was good.“

“Very nice employees and their food is always at the highest quality. If they ever do make a mistake, they will own up to it, give you new food, and do it as fast as possible as to not hold you back or make you late. The inside is fairly clean.“

“I always order a Big Mac with large fries. I also ordered two McDoubles. How can you go wrong with two for $4!

Parking: There is only one way in and one way out. There's plenty of parking, but only one diagonal row. It was my first time having to park at North Dallas Forty. There's nothing that can be done about it.“

“The burgers I ordered had pickles on them. They do alright here. I didn't tell them No Pickles, my fault. So, I took the pickles off, seen the burger and the meat had salt on 'em when I didn't want salt. I used to work with McDonald's In Indiana. So, I know what I'm talking about.“

“Made a mistake on my mobile app that directed me to the navy base. I did not have access to the base and was not able to cancel or change Mc Donald locations for my order. The general manager Carol was so nice and went above and beyond her service. She insisted I get my moneys worth and met with me outside the base to give me my order. “What I like is that I don't have to use a kiosk. This is how I remember ordering food at McDonald's. Dealing with an actual person. Saying good morning, thank you, and have a nice day. Maybe its because I'm old school, but this is by far the best McDonald's experience I have had in YEARS.“

“I eat here often it's one of my go to McDonald's. Everytime I eat here my food is fresh, service is fast and the staff are friendly. Some of the esthetics can be worked on for sure like the menu board at the drive thru but other than that this McDonald's is one of my favorites.“

“I use my McDonald's app for the first time and didn't exactly do things right so the girl at the window helped me, she was nice and patient. After she got my food order taking care of I drove up to the window, picked up my food.Pleased to find that my food was freshly cooked and hot.“

I recently visited McDonald’s Restaurant #3813 at 6326 Mission George Road for breakfast with my son, and we had a great time. A few hours later, I realized I had left my wallet behind. I rushed back to the restaurant and spoke with Ms. Eva, who was incredibly professional and helpful. After verifying my identity, she quickly retrieved my wallet. I am beyond grateful for the honesty and outstanding service provided by her and the team. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Thank you, Ms. Eva, and the entire staff—great work!“

“I rate this particular location a four because it's inside Walmart and extremely busy also on this particular day the kiosk was not in sync with the locations inventory therefore I was denied a caramel frappe and a spicy chicken sandwich (out of stock). My advice is to order at the counter and not use the kiosk if you're going to the Walmart McDonald's in lemon Grove. One last note the double cheeseburger was a little dry.The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and and possibly the manager I'm not sure but he was he was nice and explain things to me after I had already ordered and received my order.“

“If you are going here for lunch, use the app and order 30 minutes ahead of arriving as they can be really busy and it can be a while to get your food. Also, refills are done by the employees behind the counter and that can also take a while. Other than those two points, everything else is like any other Mcdonalds.“

“I had a great service by Daniela she went beyond even when one of her coworkers said to her to charge me ( He said it to her in Spanish and I heard him) when I used my code for a the rewards and it did not came up she respected and honored it, Im glad she understood and was on the side of the customer.

“It is in a good location, fast service.

Parking: I am a regular customer but most of the time they always park us for something missing in the order and it is understandable but the parking lot is always full of people who only pass by waiting for orders from Doordarsh ​​or Uber and they don't even have orders and they occupy the parking of the clients that if we need the parking not only McDonald's clients but also the other places that are there should be something about those people who spend a lot of time there occupying parking without needing it“

“I am really impressed with the customer service at this location.Both staff members today were genuinely offering good customer service.I come here often and always get the correct order and prompt service at the register when paying cash.*Even though the staff was working hard,They apologized for the wait on my food when my food actually made it just as soon or sooner than most locations I visit.*(I like the option at McDonald's to use the kiosk ordering system but it's not going to work if people can't get customer service at the register when paying cash and it won't work with the older generations if they don't make their interface more user-friendly.)“

“Actually went through the drive thru. Service was very good and quick. My order was right. Even if they were to make a mistake, this particular Mc Donald's is good at correcting the mistake with no questions asked and very sincere in their apology. The atmos6is very busy in the drive thru more than inside. But when the kids get out of school. It's very busy inside and they are good at giving the customers quick service. I recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area and outside the area too. Very well kept place by my opinion.

Parking: Parking is on a strip mall area and there is a fitness center there which takes a lot of parking but, there is plenty for the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: All Mc Donald's are kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility and is convenient for the handicap.“
