“I always ask for my iced coffee and despite they already have the measurements of creamer and syrup, this location is my favorite.
Always have my orders correct and their staff is kind

“Really good service there was this gentleman giving the orders from the drive thru on 05/31/2025 approx 10:35 am i dont know the name but still liked the service he confirmed the sausage was pork as i am not allowed to have pork and also he changed the biscuits to chicken. I know this seems pretty silly but who does care in todays time like this. Kuddos mann that guy deserves a raise for his attitude. Really felt delighted this time at MCD.!!“

Get ai to do the drive through seriously. Cheaper for McDonald's and the customers never would have to deal with the lazy or arrogant worker. Win win.

“Although the drive through staff didn’t take our order accurately (due to language barrier may be) the breakfast was one of the best in the States! Hush brown, pancake was fluffy and the coffee was better than the one we grabbed from our hotel. Thank you for serving a big warm breakfast before we head off our road trip:)“

“It's an above average McDonald's. Never had any complaints. Sometimes the fries are fresh sometimes they're okay.
Only time I waited in the drive thru forever was because of a customer ordered more food at the pay window. Other than that it's an above average Fast Food McDonald's, and you get what you order.“

“I tried the chicken wraps and a 2 cheeseburger meal. I went with the drive thru and service was fast as their was two drive up spaces and no waiting (Saturday at 6:30 pm) not sure how busy during the weekday. I asked to modify the condiments on the cheeseburgers, and the order was repeated back to me perfectly. The Agent at the drive thru was very friendly, even when answering my question I had on the wraps and modifying the cheeseburgers. The entire process (from order to receiving my food), seriously took less than 5 minutes. Food was prepared exactly to order and all items were ready when I got to the pick up window after paying. The drink was first item I received and was very cold and not leaking. All hot foods were freshly made and definitely had not sat under a heat lamp. This was my first visit to this McDonalds and I will definitely be coming back.“

“I was craving French fries and I stopped by the Linda Vista Mc Donald’s (at lunch time) they were extremely busy and seemed short staffed. However, the drive through line moved pretty quickly and the people working were so nice and so calm the entire transaction from ordering (drive through) to paying, to picking up the food.“

Parking: There is only one way in and one way out. There's plenty of parking, but only one diagonal row. It was my first time having to park at North Dallas Forty. There's nothing that can be done about it.“

“Worse every day.No cashier, kiosk order only;So when you have a special order that the kiosk can't provide, you have to stand in line again. Then the worker looks at you all mad because they are so understaffed that she's trying to do 9 things at once. The forced smile only makes it worse.“

“Made a mistake on my mobile app that directed me to the navy base. I did not have access to the base and was not able to cancel or change Mc Donald locations for my order. The general manager Carol was so nice and went above and beyond her service. She insisted I get my moneys worth and met with me outside the base to give me my order. She is the best Mc Donalds employee Ive ever encountered. Note: Always check fulfilling location!!! :)“

“Staff does a great job of dealing with the situation they have. This is a destination for homeless but its safe due to all the security and border patrol right outside the door. It is a crazy environment but is well managed and the food is as good as any MCD's surprisingly. As a restaurant manager for years, I would shake the managers hand for a job well done.“

“Love taking my kids here, an employee named LICETH is so kind & polite. She treated my kids & I so well. She defnitely deserves a raise or promotion. “This location makes others look horrible. Thanks to all the employees that work here, appreciate yall. I switched the pick up location on my app from the McDonald’s on plaza to this one on paradise valley rd. & I have not had 1 issue. My food is hot, the employees are super nice & helpful, & my orders r always correct. I can’t say the same for the plaza location, I don’t recommend that one at all.“

“BEST MCDONALDS IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO AREA!!!

This McDonald’s is a shining example of what all McDonald’s should be. The employees, even though I’m sure are paid minimum wage, do their job fantastically and in a timely manner.

The fries are ALWAYS hot. The milkshake machines are ALWAYS working. The inside is always clean. The atmosphere is different from all other McDonald’s locations. It changes how you view McDonald’s and what you think when people mention that the company name.

I’m not sure if a manager or owner will see this review, but if they do, congratulations on creating such a positive atmosphere. The neighborhood of Hillcrest and downtown San Diego thank you and it does not go unnoticed !!!

Parking: Plenty of parking although it’s sort of in a weird area, the drive through is a little odd. But I’ve never had any issues“

“I usually wait for a fresh batch of fries but I was not by myself old and figured I would try to be as time conscious as I could only to receive cold fries.. I took them back and the man manager was happy to replace them for me with a fresh batch. That guy is super amazing. . He was filling orders, barking orders, and answering the phone, all at the same time. Don't know that guys name but he's got his position as manager for a reason. My only suggestion would be to be a bit nicer to your staff. Pump them up try starting the shifts with a pre work informative motivator, I've found that knowing what to expect BEFORE I go into my production period is a lot more helpful than getting it on the spot during my shift. Maybe you've already done that but a little prep goes a long way .. get it?prep?“

“The burgers I ordered had pickles on them. They do alright here. I didn't tell them No Pickles, my fault. So, I took the pickles off, seen the burger and the meat had salt on 'em when I didn't want salt. I used to work with McDonald's In Indiana. So, I know what I'm talking about.“

“Thank you McDonald's for this location, my son always has fries and a lemonade, at various locations. That being said the fries are usually luke warm if were lucky or they are out of lemonade.. this location however had hot fries and the lemonade on Thanksgiving. So thank you, the playground is a plus and it's overall pretty clean.“

It's clear that management has created a culture of care here, where employees are encouraged to take pride in their work.

The experience as a whole made me feel like I was being treated not just as a customer, but as a guest. If this level of service is anything to go by, I would not be surprised if this McDonald's sets a new standard in customer service within the fast food industry. Kudos to the team, and especially to the gentleman at the front counter—he is an absolute asset to this location and, without a doubt, deserves recognition for his outstanding performance.

“To be honest with you when I came to the USA 6 years ago, I was very disappointed in McDonald’s in general: food quality, customer service, cleanliness but when I moved to the Mission Valley in San Diego I gave it another chance and I would say this is the best McDonald’s location, staff is very friendly and professional, especially I would like to thank Evelyn and Caesar. They are above and beyond!!! The way they treat me every time is fantastic! It is very clean in the restaurant every time I come there, food quality is very good. “I had a great service by Daniela she went beyond even when one of her coworkers said to her to charge me ( He said it to her in Spanish and I heard him) when I used my code for a the rewards and it did not came up she respected and honored it, Im glad she understood and was on the side of the customer.

“It is in a good location, fast service.

Parking: I am a regular customer but most of the time they always park us for something missing in the order and it is understandable but the parking lot is always full of people who only pass by waiting for orders from Doordarsh ​​or Uber and they don't even have orders and they occupy the parking of the clients that if we need the parking not only McDonald's clients but also the other places that are there should be something about those people who spend a lot of time there occupying parking without needing it“

“I use my McDonald's app for the first time and didn't exactly do things right so the girl at the window helped me, she was nice and patient. After she got my food order taking care of I drove up to the window, picked up my food.Pleased to find that my food was freshly cooked and hot.“

“I rate this particular location a four because it's inside Walmart and extremely busy also on this particular day the kiosk was not in sync with the locations inventory therefore I was denied a caramel frappe and a spicy chicken sandwich (out of stock). My advice is to order at the counter and not use the kiosk if you're going to the Walmart McDonald's in lemon Grove. One last note the double cheeseburger was a little dry.The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and and possibly the manager I'm not sure but he was he was nice and explain things to me after I had already ordered and received my order.“

I recently visited McDonald’s Restaurant #3813 at 6326 Mission George Road for breakfast with my son, and we had a great time. A few hours later, I realized I had left my wallet behind. I rushed back to the restaurant and spoke with Ms. Eva, who was incredibly professional and helpful. After verifying my identity, she quickly retrieved my wallet. I am beyond grateful for the honesty and outstanding service provided by her and the team. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. “Buy far one of the nicest McDonald's in the county, very modern decor, good food friendly staff, and modern kiosks available to place your order quickly

Parking: This place is in a busy area so lunch time could be a challenge to find parking lot“

“Actually went through the drive thru. Service was very good and quick. My order was right. Even if they were to make a mistake, this particular Mc Donald's is good at correcting the mistake with no questions asked and very sincere in their apology. The atmos6is very busy in the drive thru more than inside. But when the kids get out of school. It's very busy inside and they are good at giving the customers quick service. I recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area and outside the area too. Very well kept place by my opinion.

Parking: Parking is on a strip mall area and there is a fitness center there which takes a lot of parking but, there is plenty for the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: All Mc Donald's are kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility and is convenient for the handicap.“

“Fantastic service at the drive thru window

The food was exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Nuggets, sandwiches, and value menu items. Nothing surprising and that was exactly what we were looking for. It was fresh.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. There was a gentleman at the first window named Sidél, and he had a pin that said “Employee of the Month.” It was well deserved. He noticed that we qualified for a discount and kindly explained how we could save 20 percent on our order. He easily could have let us move along but instead spent the extra few seconds to make sure we got the best deal.

When I mentioned how great he was to the person at the next window, they smiled and jokingly said, “That’s our uncle,” which made the whole interaction even more funny and memorable. It is rare these days to come across someone who takes that kind of pride in their work and treats every customer like they matter.

This was the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.“
