“Staff is amazing i was upset because I went to another starbucks and they made me such a nasty coffee and I took it to their shop and Gilian corrected the issue right away for me and the Barista Kylie did an amazing job on getting everything perfect!“
“I have been a frequent flyer of Starbucks for over a decade . . . And this is the first time I had a drink “for here” in a fancy glass! Not a paper cup! And my egg bites came with a plate - like, a real one! The staff here obviously goes the extra mile and very friendly. Check out my strawberry matcha in the photo!!“
“I normally don't write reviews but I had to today! Ruby was working and from the moment I walked in she was super friendly, helped me figure out what drink I wanted, and even walked it over to me when she noticed I was working with headphones in. Every time I saw her interacting with anyone it was super friendly and with a smile! She definitely created a very kind and sociable atmosphere. Had to give her a shout out!“
“I like the quick and friendly service at this location. There's a nice seating area inside and out. I usually stop here 10pm at night tho. So not sure about the morning crews. But at night past 9pm till close it's Hella chill. Drive through busy but it keeps moving. I recommend this location after 9pm“
“New location that isn't busy in my experience. Order came out quickly and accurately and I was greeted when walking in. They even grouped my 2 orders together (due to an issue with the app) which is what I wanted. Food could be a little warmer though so have to take a star off for that.
Parking: Parking lot is on the smaller side but this location is not busy for some reason.“
“Perfect location for the San Elijo crowd, and there really is a crowd at 2:35 every weekday when the middle school gets out. The staff is unfailingly nice and cheery no matter how slammed they get, and somehow they never run out of the additives like oatmilk, chocolate cold foam, etc, which other Starbucks have done.“

“Dropped in for a coffee after a Kaiser appointment and was impressed by the staff and the friendly experience even though it was my 1st visit, I felt welcomed by Styles at the counter on this visit and I was impressed by her customer service. Styles is a real asset to this location.“
“Please be patient while getting your drinks! Most of the time it’s just a person or two working, so if you have lots of orders go to an actual Starbucks store and if you don’t, maybe try to tip! I have gone to this location numerous times throughout the years, and I’ve had a good experience except for when there’s delays but that’s when there’s lots of people. They’re usually friendly so that’s a plus!“
“This is my SQUAD!!!! They've raised the bar for all the Starbucks I've been to (across the country) I'm in and out within 4-5 minutes, no matter if there's 4-5 cars in front of me... The consistency in the taste of their drinks is UNMATCHED!!! I hope I get to keep them there forever 🥹 as selfish as that sounds, they are so very appreciated and I hope they know this. This has been the best team yet! I've been here Every. Single. Day ... for years! Unless I'm out of town and when I am, I miss them dearly!!! Lol it's real over here y'all 👏👏👏🩷🥹🩵🫶💙“
