“A bit different from your traditional Boba tea shop. But I do highly recommend it to try this place if you do like something new to try. Their cheesy fruit smoothie is one of the greatest drink I ever had. Perfect sweetness, ice cold and somehow it just feels like burst of freshness and flavors melting in your mouth. One of the negative though is the long wait time, there wasn’t much people ahead of me, but I had to wait about 20-30 minutes before I could get my order.“

“New Boba spot and I love it. Their prices are very reasonable and I love that their boba is always fresh and soft. I always order off the swirl menu. Add creme brulee to your drink. They also have fries, onion rings, and cheese sticks. Love the plain cheese sticks, only thing missing is the marinara sauce. They give ranch but I don't like their ranch. It tastes weird. I tried the plain onion rings extra crispy. They are ok but leave a grainy after taste. I'll stick to the cheese sticks. But I love their boba. I go almost every day“

“Very kind and friendly staff! Everything was freshly made to order, juicy, and very flavorful. This was also very affordable. The scallion oil noodles, and beef/cilantro dumplings were our standouts but we loves everything we ordered.

My family found a new boba place that actually accommodate everybody drinking favorite. I don’t have to drive to Rowland Heights for Half And Half then go to West Covina for BYOB and OneZo. Then go to Dunkin Donuts for Matcha latte. Boba Box is amazing and drinks always comes out the same taste every time. Just the right coldness and amount of toppings. Keep it up the good work.“

“Pretty good experience at this Tea Shop compared to other location I went to in Rowland. They have two order yourself stations and I was able to take a look more closely this time at their selection. This is located at the front, and although there isn’t any seating, besides a bench, you could take your drink and walk inside towards the food court.

I tried and enjoyed the Sunlight Fruit Tea. Got it with less sugar and less ice.

Let me just say it was the best decision of my life. It was EXQUISITE! Everything looks and taste super fresh. “El Monte doesn’t have too many good boba spots, but Ono Tea House is a decent option. Prices here are a little lower than most places, which is nice.

The tea itself is just okay — not super strong — and the drinks can lean on the sweeter side. I usually order mine with 1/4 sugar since I don’t like them too sweet.

Overall, it’s not a spot I’d go out of my way for, but if you’re in El Monte and really craving boba, it does the job.“

“I needed some afternoon boba, so I stopped by this Sunright location. This store is located in a plaza with other businesses and it was busy during the time. However, I was able to find ground level parking. Inside the store wasn’t busy though, since I was able to order at the self kiosk right away. The kiosk had an images, so it easy to reference what to get. It was ready within two minutes. I got the Oreo Brulee boba milk tea (regular ice, fresh milk, 50% sweetness, with agar boba). It was a good drink option, especially if you are craving something sweet. This store does have a reward system if you put your phone number, so take advantage of that! American Express is accepted.“

“Certified! If it’s your first time here start with the Superior Milk Tea (50% sugar of course). The price is reasonable around $4.50-$7 and the lady was very friendly. Their art and cups are really cool too.

“Loved my mango slush with ice cream and Brown Sugar Boba. It tasted like fresh mango and then got creamy with the ice cream. I did 75% sugar but next time I'll go 50% because of the ice cream. South El Monte is also home to a lot of Taiwanese boba supplies companies and import so that makes people who start boba shop businesses in the South El Monte an easy access to the materials and that makes it all thrive. When I am not getting the 7Leaves down the street in South El Monte, I would come here to study Mandarin or work on software engineering projects remotely. I think South El Monte has a thriving community of Asian and boba drink lovers. Hello Boba adds another great addition to that one. Another great option is Boba Time which is also right down the same street. I love to get boba and then head to the King Taco place and drink boba with my taco.“

The boba tea was absolutely amazing. I got the strawberry milk boba tea, and I loved it. It was so cheap too, especially with the toppings I added. I got it with coffee jelly, boba, pudding, and it tasted so good. It also tasted like there was actual strawberry in there and not just strawberry flavoring. Had some strawberry bits in it too. I can’t believe how cheap it was, ($6.50) for a large boba with three toppings. Was also pretty fast too.“

“There's no denying that boba flows through my veins and a place like Sunright only adds to the obsession. This location is tiny - very little parking is available on the streets and this being situated next to a high school means they get BUSY after school gets out. You have enough space to order either at the counter or on the kiosk, with the latter being preferred. On my recent visit, they ran out of boba on a Friday afternoon and I was gutted. I still went with another topping with my Oolong Milk Tea with Soy Milk, which was a solid substitute but not quite the same without my black pearls. Tea quality was fantastic and I enjoyed my drink. However, my friend ordered their Grapefruit Tea with Boba and omg... one of the best fruit teas that I've ever had from a boba shop. I immediately regretted relying on my milk tea to quench my thirst and should have gone the fruity route. I'm taking note for the next time I am in the area.“

“Nice little place. Drinks are pretty decent. Very minimalist: Seating is only for waiting for your drink. This isn't a place to sit down and have a conversation. You order, wait, pick up and go. Pretty simple. If there isn't anyone at the front, off to the left wall from the entrance is the tablet to order.“

“This spot is a hidden gem fr. Every drink I’ve tried here has been on point—flavorful, not too sweet, and the boba is always fresh and chewy just how it should be.
