Cash only. Small parking lot. Family owned and operated. The carne asada is delicious! Actually I haven’t had a bad meal here. Take away is available. You won't be disappointed . “Do you love going to Flavortown? How about dreaming with your eyes open? Then try these birria tacos. The first time I had it was from leftovers that my daughter brought home for lunch. Then I drove from Oakley to San Mateo to have them fresh. It was AMAZING! They provide extra stuff to add to the tacos, but it honestly didn’t need them. The meat was so tender & flavorful that I had to close my eyes so I could fully appreciate the taste. Then I added the extras one by one & it tasted like a new taco each time. I know it seems like I’m exaggerating, but it’s really that good! My only wish is that they had seating nearby & a second location closer to Oakley.“

“Ordered here from DoorDash and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavor of my food. I got the tofu bowl and everything tasted fresh. I get nervous when ordering food for delivery but I would definitely order here again. I wanted to try the smoothie but wasn’t sure if they put it in a sealed bag or what, I’ll try that next time.

“I just bought a Horchata today from this taqueria!!!! Mind you, the best horchata ever that almost taste like cinnamon and coconut milk together. They are not too sweet at all which i love!!!!! Because i dont like my horchata too sweet and too much sugar.

“First of all, this was my first visit to this place. The cashier was fantastic. He is probably the owner of this place. It was on a Thursday during a two day rainy weather storm. I walked in at 11am and I was the only customer. The guy was super kind and the food was beyond good. I ordered a carnitas super burrito. He then told me about salsas in the beverage refrigerator. It was in little Togo cups. I grabbed one of each. One Pico De Gallo, one mild Red and one hot Red. I raved about the hot red and he said it is made fresh daily and that it is made with Habanero peppers. It had black pieces in the salsa which is probably from Roasting the peppers. The taste was so so good with the tortilla chips. Those also looked homemade.To drink I had the Aqua Frescas which was self serve. I helped myself to a refill for the road. I am not sure if that is allowed but no one stopped me.Last, the same cashier also made a point to remember not only my first name that he said several times during our conversation but on the way out as I said goodbye, he said Goodbye Mr. Garcia! This is a man who knows how to be a good business man but makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room.Several people came in after me and he knew them all. Everyone talked with him like they have known him for years. During my next visit through town, I will stop by again. This time, I will ask him his name and remember it because he means that much to me now. Cannot wait to return.“

“This place is close to the freeway, 101 N. and S. Close to my work ?I felt like tacos and this place did not disapoint. Ordered two beef tacos and received in about 10 mins. Plenty of meat and salsa was not too spicy. The tortilla was perfect, not saturated with but a little fluffy. They use two white thick tortillas.Will eat here again.

“Good food . Different style of pancakes which is very yummy . Breakfast items are good and filling and good price . They have menu items of American , Italian, Salvadorian and Mexican and combinations . Its tucked away in a corner and hope more people come here to enjoy a different style and combinations of food . They also serve breakfast all day . The atmosphere is a very neighborly atmosphere. We had breakfast and also took some lunch and soup to go . Will visit again .“

“I really think they have great tacos. I only get two normally, and they are pretty small.. so I could still eat 4 more, but I'm too cheap to spend $10-12 to fill up. So, I go there for my fix, then go to Carl's Jr so I am not hungry anymore and end up spending the $10 I didn't want to, but am overstuffed.
