“I have been coming to this World Wrapps spot for years now, and aside from the fact that the food is just delicious? The customer service is beyond outstanding!
The food has fresh and delicious ingredients, perfectly proportioned to where you feel satisfied with every meal. But what makes this place really special are the employees. Anya is so sweet and remembered my order from just one time she assisted me. Her and other employees like Cesar are such a pleasure to see and engage with. Everyone is amiable, and you truly feel appreciated as a customer, whether you are doing take-out or enjoying your meal dining in. I will drive from wherever just to have a good meal and relax while doing so. I can’t recommend enough! Love this place!“

“Creative menu, all house made ingredients except pepperoni. Best pizza where special attention is given to create the most amazing crust in both flavor and texture. The dough is fermented for two days. To maintain the crispy crust at the table, it is delivered to the table with a screen insert between the pizza and the pizza pan. No other restaurant that I know of goes to that extent to maintain quality. Creative ingredients are offered such as the creamy garlic sauce. Creative salads such as their Tiffany Salad: Baby kale, maple-Dijon vinaigrette oven roasted butternut squash, 6-minute egg, applewood bacon, blue cheese Creative nibblers such as their South Indian Deviled Eggs: Lime Pickle, Chaat Masala, Chickpea Crisps, Cilantro The interior is warm and inviting along with Friendly and helpful staff. The owner is very knowledgeable about beers bringing 24 local craft beers to the offering as well as beer pairing recommendations. There is a lounge which is available for parties. Great for any special occasion. Catering off site is offered with years of experience in catering having been a successful Executive Chef at a large estate with several culinary venues, concerts, catering, restaurant, grill at golf course and more. The owner brings a creative flare in menu design and recipes. Special attention to detail and professionalism and personality.“

“Delicious Thai food with bold, authentic flavors — a true delight.
Every dish we tried was flavorful and satisfying. The fried rice and curries were particularly well-balanced and seasoned just right.

However, I had requested double egg in the fried rice and clearly mentioned I was fine with the extra charge. Despite that, the dish arrived with barely any visible egg, which was disappointing. Additionally, while the service was fast, it felt a bit rushed — likely due to the small dining space and high turnover.

That said, the food quality speaks for itself. Would return for the taste alone.“

“Chose to come here on a spontaneous Wednesday night and ordered the nigiri and sashimi boat for our table of 3. We could see the chefs carefully crafting the boat while we enjoyed some of their appetizers. Food and service was amazing!! One of the servers saw us playing a game on our phones and striked up a conversation with us, he was so incredible friendly. Will definitely come back again!!“

“Had occasion to have lunch here recently. Good news, they offer luncheon-specials even on weekends. Food itself is good. I had the mongolian chicken luncheon/$l3.00. The pork fried rice had very few pieces of pork in it but it was tasty. The chicken was hot/taste but the sauce was a bit sweet [a little different than I'm used to for any mongolian creation]. Portions were large, I didn't finish. My only real negative was, the whole dish was luke warm, not hot/temperature. As I was the only [early] diner in the place, I suspect the food was pre-cooked/made and just warmed to serve or wasn't wok'd long enough. The appetizer/fried wonton/2 pcs, was also warm, as was the sweet sauce over it. The food would have tasted SO much 'better' if it was cooked just a bit more [I even some raw onions in the chicken]. I'll return, just to see if the food is normally served hot.......“

“I recently catered food from Hyderabadi Biryani House for a gathering of 20 people, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The packing was absolutely perfect—neat, secure, and kept everything hot and fresh.

Every single guest raved about the food! The spice level was just right, striking the perfect balance of flavor and heat. Their chilli chicken, fire cracking chicken, and dum biryani were truly mind-blowing—packed with authentic taste and aromatic goodness.

“Primavera Ristorante in San Ramon is by far our favorite “go to” Italian restaurant due to their outstanding service by Victor, Andreas, Leticia, Sofia, the chefs & the owner. We have had everything on the excellent menu. Our favorites are the chicken avocado sandwich, the salmon dill, the carbonara, the chicken pesto & the butternut squash. The bread & dip is delicious!There is a nice wine & specialty drink selection as well! Love the dessert selection, especially the chocolate hazelnut gelato. The prices is reasonable & the ambiance is so relaxing.“

Our server was friendly and attentive — took great care of us and returned in a timely manner to offer an additional drink, which we really appreciated.

One area for improvement would be the initial hospitality — the host came across as rather cold and unwelcoming, which slightly detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance.

We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area at the back — it’s a charming, spacious, quiet, and comfortable setting. Adding some shade would significantly enhance the comfort and make it an ideal spot for a more private and relaxing dining experience.“

“I placed an order through DoorDash (convoluted because it was through an entity called Harvest Kitchen, but the food that arrived had Vitality Bowls branded lids on them), and I checked boxes to exclude cheese and to indicate I have a dairy allergy. The two identical bowls I got both came with cheese all over them, and I had to fight with DoorDash a little to get a full refund. I also requested the phone number of the restaurant, but DD gave me a nonworking phone number. Eventually I found the number myself. The reason I’m giving a good review is that when I called the store to let them know what happened, the gal who answered the phone was super apologetic and sweet, and actually seemed concerned and sorry that they screwed up my order. This seems to have become vanishingly rare; it’s amazing how often people will make mistakes and then act like jerks when you try to talk to them about it. My customer service experience with this person at Vitality Bowls was very positive, and I would go back to the restaurant just because of that.“

“Burgers, fries, and pricing are better than In-N-Out. No drive-thru is a bit less convenient and they don't have as much customization but you get more food for the price and the charbroil flavor if you just want their standard burgers. They have peppers too, and mushroom is an option. I did have an order that omitted a paid extra (portobello on a portobello mushroom burger) in all of the many visits.

Also, they have Dr. Pepper if you're a fan.“

Dine-in: Dining-in was great! Friendly staff and good food (who knew bree would be amazing on a burger and the fries were AMAZING). I loved all the topping options and that everything could be altered. It was a bit expensive, but everything at City Center is, so it's par for the course.

Delivery: Not so good. In fact, the food had cooled and tasted terrible.

Verdict: If you are eating there - go for it. Good burgers and fries when they are hot. Don't order delivery.“
