“This is the first time to dine in the restaurant. We ordered 3 items to share: a huge Omelette Rice, a curry rice and a ramen. Omelette rice was delicious, beef curry soup was different from others as it had only beef, no others. Ramen was also good. Good service, too.

“Probably the best ramen I’ve had! Very nice staff, quick service. The tip is included automatically (which is great from my point of view). Really loved the place! And especially the food (I got the regular tonkotsu ramen and it was incredible!). Water is also nice (I don’t remember what exactly they add to it, but it was refreshing and nice to have this instead of regular tap water in other places). Definitely recommend everyone in the area!“

“Ramen Arashi is easily one of my new favorite spots in Fremont. The food is legit. I ordered the Arashi ramen and it was super flavorful — rich broth without being too heavy, and the chashu was soft and tender. The noodles had the perfect chew, and the bowl came out piping hot, which I loved.

I also tried the karaage and it surprised me. Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and not greasy at all. Portion size was really generous too. Even the side toppings were fresh and well-seasoned.

Service was fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I already want to go back and try more from the menu. If you’re anywhere near Fremont and craving ramen, this spot is a must-try.“

“I was super excited to see them open closer to home and the experience did not disappoint. Tried the vegetable ramen, chicken paitan and tantan men ramen with the karage and chilli lime edamame. Same flavors as the SF branch! Loved it- definitely going back.“

“Had the vegan creamy ramen and it was delicious! Only complaint was that the vegetables and toppings were cold, as if they had just come out of the fridge. The thickness of the noodles was somewhere in between traditional ramen and udon. Their vegan broth rivals Marufuku’s, I think, but I prefer how Marufuku does their vegan ramen overall because the ingredients, both temperature- and texture-wise, meld together better.
I’ll try the other two vegan/vegetarian ramen options next time I come here.“

“Ordered the Tonkotsu soup ramen with thick noodles and less salt for myself and the black garlic soup ramen with thick noodles and less salt for hubby. The black garlic ramen was most flavourful. Both soup was rich and thick and the fried black garlic was fragrant. The pork slices were thick and soft. Have to say the ramen was tasty and satisfying, authentic to Japan. Have a try for yourself“

“Love the ramen here! So flavorful! Noodles has the right amount of chewiness. This past visit, I found out that they also offer pork cheek in addition to chashu. The pork cheek did not disappoint! Totally recommend this place even if you don't like noodles - they also sell smaller rice bowls.“

“Tried the black curry out of curiosity. Honestly, it was a very disorienting experience eating what looks like black sludge while simultaneously tasting curry. 10/10 experience if you want to try something unusual. They can also make the curries vegetarian, too.

The food is good but I wouldn’t say it is exceptional, however, giving five stars because the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating even though we showed up 20 min before closing.“

“One of the best Ramen Place in Fremont or even Bay Area. I've been to different ramen places and so far, their Ramen is still my best ramen I've ever had. Not many ramen places makes the soup base tasty and made fresh. Bodo is made fresh and that's why it might take a bit longer. It's worth the wait. Their service is pretty good and the place is very neat. They serves different Japanese dishes as well. Plenty of choices. Try it and you won't be disappointed. I strongly recommend to my family and friends. Weekdays, they always have line outside, especially during lunch time. Give them a try. Bon appetit.“

The aburi shime saba is the best thing on the menu. It’s lightly poached and the caramelized sugar on top adds the perfect contrast of texture and flavor. I’ve been here a few times to try the appetizers, but the MUST GET item is still this saba.

Uzumakiya Udon: (4/5)
The Uzumakiya Udon is good，the noodles are chewy, not overcooked; and the broth is flavorful. The other toppings leave something to be desired, so if you want to be satisfied, order the Oxtail instead. (Although it’s gotten quite expensive😔）“

First of all, the atmosphere was very cozy and casual, creating the perfect setting for enjoying the food. The menu offered a variety of ramen options, and I chose the classic chicken ramen.

When my dish arrived, I was impressed by its size. The noodles were average in taste, but that's an acquired taste. The only downsides were the water glasses and the toilet, which weren't very clean. I wouldn't come back.“
