“Great ramen and reasonable“

“This is the first time to dine in the restaurant. We ordered 3 items to share: a huge Omelette Rice, a curry rice and a ramen. Omelette rice was delicious, beef curry soup was different from others as it had only beef, no others. Ramen was also good. Good service, too.

*We went there the second time and ordered different items. The beef fried rice was so delicious. We also ordered a different ramen and of course, a huge Omelette rice. Wonderful!“

“Hands down one of the best ramen I ever had. The tonkotsu ramen is amazing, tasty yet not-too-gravy broth, chewy noodles, refreshing sprouts and veggies, and on top of all, real good chashu pork, much unlike any bland pork slices elsewhere. Great service and fair price. Highly recommended, though do remember to reserve online prior to your arrival.

“I went for lunch with one of my friends here. We had spicy miso ramen and monster ramen. I seldom leave a review but this time I really wanted to give ten star review. The owner lady was super friendly, and she makes the soup with pride. The price is not that expensive either. I will definitely come back!“

“Had the vegan creamy ramen and it was delicious! Only complaint was that the vegetables and toppings were cold, as if they had just come out of the fridge. The thickness of the noodles was somewhere in between traditional ramen and udon. Their vegan broth rivals Marufuku’s, I think, but I prefer how Marufuku does their vegan ramen overall because the ingredients, both temperature- and texture-wise, meld together better.
I’ll try the other two vegan/vegetarian ramen options next time I come here.“

Both soup was rich and thick and the fried black garlic was fragrant. The pork slices were thick and soft. Have to say the ramen was tasty and satisfying, authentic to Japan. “Tried the black curry out of curiosity. Honestly, it was a very disorienting experience eating what looks like black sludge while simultaneously tasting curry. 10/10 experience if you want to try something unusual. They can also make the curries vegetarian, too.

Further, the dishes here are regional based (Central China). That means not many Chinese restaurants have these wonderful spices/ flavors. Highly recommended!!“

“This is a nice little hidden gem with a variety of Korean and Japanesen dishes! There's a bunch of popular appetizers like cheese corn, edamame, gyoza, takoyaki, miso soup, and shrimp tempura. They also have a huge variety of sizzling rice bowls served in a stone bowl with different kinds of proteins. One kind that I wasn't expecting was chicken/pork katsu with curry. They also have 3 kinds of ramen, chicken/pork belly/beef. They have nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, and all the popular sushi rolls! They also have fried udon if you're into stir fried noodles. If you like classic soup udon, they have that too! Finally, the last main dish on their menu is hot pot.

We came here for dinner and got the pork belly ramen and lion roll, both of which were delicious! The prices here also seem fair with their portion sizes.“

The aburi shime saba is the best thing on the menu. It’s lightly poached and the caramelized sugar on top adds the perfect contrast of texture and flavor. I’ve been here a few times to try the appetizers, but the MUST GET item is still this saba.

Uzumakiya Udon: (4/5)
The Uzumakiya Udon is good，the noodles are chewy, not overcooked; and the broth is flavorful. The other toppings leave something to be desired, so if you want to be satisfied, order the Oxtail instead. (Although it’s gotten quite expensive😔）“

First of all, the atmosphere was very cozy and casual, creating the perfect setting for enjoying the food. The menu offered a variety of ramen options, and I chose the classic chicken ramen.

When my dish arrived, I was impressed by its size. The noodles were average in taste, but that's an acquired taste. The only downsides were the water glasses and the toilet, which weren't very clean. I wouldn't come back.“
